Apologies for the late reply and I’m sorry to hear that the envelope’s certificate can not be located, I understand you need this document, however, can you provide more information on your issue?

Are you the sender of the envelopes?

Usually the certificate comes along side the envelopes document, are you unable to find the document? Or when you select download > combined it does not get checked?
