How to change Outlook Docusign Add-ins Language preference?

I changed language preference on DocuSign web from English to French, however when I access DocuSign add-in from my outlook I still see it in English? How can I change DocuSign Add-in reference? Sharing add-in screenshot for your clarity -

Is this legally binding?

Is an agreement through DocuSign legally binding if only the recipient signed it? I was sent an agreement from a contractor which I signed however despite a signature line for the contractor, they never signed it. Even in the History page it doesn’t show they completed it. The last completion shown in my signature.

Shared Access and pdf issues

Is anyone else having issues with pdfs on their shared access accounts? Users are experiencing errors adding pdfs to a shared access account. (This is not for shared envelopes, but shared access accounts.) Their accounts previously defaulted to their individual accounts, but now default to the shared access account instead. This is a recent problem (2-3 weeks maybe).

How to create conditional logic or rules or sytax in a webform to generate or display a clause or new page

Hi, I am new to docusign templates and webforms.I have created a docusign loan application template and want to convert it to a webform so that I can obtain the following outcome ieA loan applicant applies online and is asked a series of questions to prequalifiy them or disqualifiy them from a loan. If they don’t qualify there is no point in continuing the loan applicaiton. How do I create using webforms a conditional If then statement or rule so that a clause or new document is generated and displayed to the user that says “ We are sorry but your loan application has not been approved” in the event that the user selects either a radio button and selects Yes/No or a checkbox in one or more fields? Is there a way to stop the loan applicant from continuing to complete further questions in the webform loan application once the loan has been denied? (I realise that it is not logical for someone to do so, but not all humans are logical)

Stamp field missing

When sending a document to a signer, there used to be a STAMP field I could put in for the Engineer’s seal, but it no longer is available for me to choose. Is there someway I can make that appear again so I can move it to the page?

Wont let us sign

When myself or my other signer on the account prepare a contract we sign first. It will not let either one of us sign. I hit the [SIGN] button and the working circle just goes and goes and we are never able to sign or pull up that document. This just started happening 08-22-24. I use this same contract several time a day and this customer is one of our larger customers that has received several contracts a month with no problems.

Hello. I’m trying to create a back-end system that can automatically retrieve an access token without any user interaction so that it can send out documents for signing. The samples I’ve encountered PDFs for signing have required me to authenticate using my developer account. Is there a way to get an access token programmatically without any user interaction?I appreciate any help you can provide.

SMS link not working

I have a document to sign via DocuSign.I received a link by email, clicked on it, entered my phone number and received an SMS.The SMS contains a link, but this link is not working and sends me on a non existent page.The link I receive is in the form https://identity.docusign.net/id/...But the page it sends me on is in the form https://identity.docusign.net/error?aspxerrorpath=/id/...I tried with Chrome on mobile, and even copying the link on Firefox PC. Docusign Email Archive Configuration

Could someone clarify what Email Archive Configuration is? Does it enable a sender or admin to view the exact notifications sent to signers? Occasionally, signers claim they didn't receive the envelopes—can we use email archive features to verify that the envelope notifications were indeed sent?

New Home Page 'Credit Card Expired' Banner

On the home page, a new banner popped up today, reading as follows:“Your credit card expired on 08/2024. Update your billing information.” [where the last four words are underlined with the underline signifying a hot link]My credit card -- the one in use at DocuSign -- did not, however, expire on 08/2024. How do I remedy this issue, removing the banner from my DS home page? I tried ‘updating’ my credit card -- I didn’t change any details but did retype the credit card number and enter the latest CVV -- but the banner is still there.Richard

Unfamiliar Completed Envelope in DocuSign but Cannot Access Envelope.

Hello,I got an email from DocuSign with the status as completed. I did not click the email because the name is unfamiliar. The email has since disappeared. So, I checked my DocuSign account. The document is in my account as completed. I attempted to view the documents; however, when I click the link it says, “Unable to access the envelope.”There is a download option, but I’m afraid to download anything because I don’t know the sender. My account is secure with a strong password and two-step authorization. I reported it to DocuSign spam email. How does this happen? How can I view the documents in the envelope without downloading attached files?

"The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded." in a developer account

I have a developer account which I use to test our Salesforce integration with. I recently started getting the error message “The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded.” I was under the impression that developer/sandbox accounts did not have such limit but apparently I was wrong. When does this reset or is it possible to increase it?
