My account is on developer mode and it says that envelopes are unlimited, but since yesterday I’ve been experiencing an error that says ENVELOPE_ALLOWACE_EXCEEDED.
I am reaching out to inquire about the envelope limits on my account. Last month, I was able to send over 1000 envelopes, but I am now experiencing a much lower limit. Could you please clarify why my envelope allowance has changed and what options are available to increase my envelope capacity?
Regarding API usage limit which is set to 3000, I am not able to Update the hourly limit and even after almost 12 hours, limit has not been reset.
