When trying to link accounts in DocuSign Admin console, it does not display the email address for the user that it is sending the invite to, it simply displays their name.Additionally, when attempting to search in the Users dashboard, it only allows for an email address. But since the console does not display the email address, I'm unable to search for the user that I'm trying to link.

How can I enlarge the esignature on documents? It seems very small?

Generally, I would suggest our client to follow these steps:Go to Report > Envelope Volume ReportSelect "Custom Date Range" and set the date to "the start/renewal date of their account" to "Current Date"Run Report + Sum up the number from the "Envelope Sent" column > Deduct this sum from the Total Envelope Allowance they initially boughtOf cause, they could set up the Schedule Report to make this easier, but it's not really a friendly way to do if you only wish to know the number of available envelopes.P.S. These clients do not have an access to "Plan and Billing" menu on the Settings tab

My envelope template will be used on a Salesforce Contact layout. I want the recipeint to be dynamicallyed pulled from the contact object (both name and email) so this is somehwat automated. It gives me option to pull fro the lookup fields but not from the fields in the Contact object itself. Is there a way to do this?

How do i send documents for signing to recipients sharing an email address

We are sending documents to multiple client households and are trying to use bulk sends. We need multiple fields to be populated with data points specific to each household filled in the document before any of the signers receive their link. We have found that making the first signer the owner works in instances where there is only one initial signer, but we would like to be able to send the documents to two signers concurrently and still have all of the household data filled in. Our tests show that leaving the first listed signer as the owner of the fields will result in the fields only being populated when that signer opens the document. If the second signer opens it first, all of the fields will be blank. We don't want the second signer to sign a "blank" document just because they opened their link first. We also don't want the process to be delayed if the initial signer takes awhile to sign, hence the desire to make this concurrent. And as these are unique

Hello, I have a quick question on DocuSign and the button ‘Approve’. I set up a document for, in order:someone to ‘approve’someone to signThe first person did ‘approve’. However, when it reached the second person for signing, that second person could not see that the person (1) had ‘approve’ and therefore that it was ok to sign.Please can you let me know how we can correct this so the signatory (person (2)) can see that the document has been approved by the ‘approver’. When I send a document to be signed, the first thing the signer sees is this very generic screen that tells them to fill in their name and, since I have a CC recipient, to fill in my name as well.It practically looks like I'm sending a phishing email. I want to customize pretty much all the text. I don't want it to say "PowerForm Signer Information". That means nothing to the people I send this to.
