I am building a form and have to add the initial tab on every page separately. Is there a way to add them to all the pages at once? The recipient needs to sign them separately, I already know that, but when creating the document there must be an easier way!

I am not receiving any new documents for signatory. I have checked email address on account and that which the suppliers are using? I do not even receive an email to notify me. Can anyone advise on this? 

Hi, I will try to explain my issue as best I can, but please forgive me if I don’t make much sense!!!We use DocuSign for various things and one of them is completing fact finding documents. On the document, there are fields for client one to enter their information and then for their spouse/partner to enter information.When I send the document out, I don’t always know if this person has a spouse/partner or not, so I am sending the document with every field marked as required (I did originally leave the spouse/partner section optional, but no one was filling it in at all!!!). The issue arises when someone doesn’t have a partner and they complain that they have to enter something in each field to be able to complete the document.Is there a way, that when they select that they are either married or have a partner, that then those fields open up? I sort of figured how to do it (I think) but could only do it selecting one option, eg- I could set it to do this is they selected married, but i

Hi my docusign template is mapped so only the recipient can change the textbox. Is it possible to bulk reformat the text boxes to general text boxes so i do not have to go into “Correct” the document and manually delete the text box then re add a standard text box (then copy and paste the text)?

Hi,I would like to create a template for 3 persons to fill data in and sign, but before that happens a fourth person (which is also the sender of the document) would need to fill in a text field, but this person is not a signer of the document. Is there any way on how to set this up that I am not aware of? Thanks,Nadine

I have created several yes/no style checkboxes configured as - at least one - must be selected.When the user goes the through the document, Docusign take the user through each checkbox with a ‘selected’ flag on the side and one must tab or forward through each checkbox. Is there any way to disable this feature and/or how should checkboxes be configured so as to not encounter this feature.Thank you.

I am a recipient of an envelope.My number for verification is set by the sender as ÷610484******I have been unable to do sms verification.I have requested the sender remove the 0They said they vhanged the number but the number is still appearing with the zero before the 9 digit number.The sender says they don't know wbat is wrong and said I should ask Docusign for assistance. Hello, does anyone know how we can stop/turn off the prompt for setting up password? The approver set up the password but this screen comes up each time. He has many documents to approve so trying to get rid of this… Thanks!

I’ve now at a point where my workflow creates a doc gen form, applies attributes and gets reviewed and sent out for signature with (currently) a seperate attachment ie waiver added at when it switches over to eSignature.  both the Doc Gen form and the waiver is signed.  This is being reviewed and signed and comes back into the correct customer folder once signed.  I would now like to be able to add a sub folder within my customer folder to seperate the doc gen forms and waivers to keep it looking tidier.  Or a sub folder for the two items I’ve just had signed.  I’ve looked at the questions and my workflow training but cannot see how I do this.  Could someone assist?  Thanks shelley

If the document is not signed by the client within 7 days, an email is sent to the client with the message:"Documents for your DocuSign signature have been cancelled for the following reason:Envelope expired."Please tell me if I can and if so, how can I add a link to the triggered record (account record in Salesforce) under this message so that the answer looks like this."Documents for your DocuSign signature have been cancelled for the following reason:Envelope expired."Link: "link to account(triggered record) here"Thank you all for your answers!

Hi there, please help. I created an envelope - where the final recipient has 2 signatures saved on his profile. But the envelope I sent doesn’t allow for him to select the 2nd signature. Only the one. Why is that? So he has his personal signature, but also a signature that he uses when signing on behalf of his company. But the one for his company, he can’t use. Is there something I did wrong when setting up the envelope? Is there a setting in the back-end that allows users to sign with different signatures? Please help. Thanks,Imke

I have a document that can be signed by either of two people. How do I make sure that the evelope goes to the next step if only one of them signs? 

I am creating a template that has a few different things going on it and having multiple problems. I am using the bulk send feature and uploading a CSV file and it is requiring some information that I can’t figure out how to change.  I have not done this in a year and didn’t have to do this last year.I have radio boxes that are for voting.  it has a group name and conditional field. It is requiring me to include that group name as part of my CSV file.  I have it set up exactly as last year and it didn’t require it last year. The conditional fields are for checkboxes to be checked if one of radio boxes is checked. It wants me to provided information for the checkboxes in the CSV file also. I have a text block that just needs to have a word in it that does not change.  I could put this in the CSV file if necessary but I didn’t have to last year. I have 2 text blocks for the signer to fill out if it applies to them.  There is no conditional field for this.  It is up to the signer.  Again,

I bought an annual membership in January and I just had to buy another annual membership to be able to use Docusign.  Anyone know how I can reach billing?  I can’t seem to find a way to talk with a human.  Thanks!  Karlynn

I did not include myself in the receipt of the envelope before I sent it to my client to sign; therefore,  I was not able to include my signature on the agreement also.  They signed and now it says “complete”.  Can I go back and sign once it says completed?  Will this matter?

Hello all, I send out an agreement between two parties numerous times throughout the day.  My goal is to make a template where Signer 1 can see Singer 2’s full name in the name row, before Signer 2 opens the document. Signer 1 needs to see Signer 2’s name in order to know who Signer 1 is singing to approve. How can I do this? I have attempted nearly every field that is offered in the template maker to no avail. My work around is to write the name of signer 2 in a text box or a note with the document, I would like to not have to do this and to prevent any errors it is best to be automated. 

I have an envelope that is missing a signature because one of the signers refuses to sign it.  How can I complete the envelope without the signature?  I don’t want to remove the blank signature line as it is part of the document record.  Thanks, in advance, for the advice!

I have the routing and signatures all correct, however I need to edit the file name only of the document. Is that possible, if 2 of the 6 signatures are completed? I don’t want to start all over. Thank you!

I keep getting a bar at the top of the screen informing me that ‘Your credit card expired on 12/2023. Update your billing information.’ My card is up to date. I’ve tried removing and readding my card details, clearing my cookies, using a different device, banging my head against my desk. Nothing seems to work and its driving me nuts. Any suggestions please?
