unable to create model

Hi all

i need to create a model.

i click on model menu at the top of the page, when the page appear at the top of left menu i haven't the button "start".

why?

please help me, thanks a lot.

Welcome to the Docusign Community.

Your user has the permissions to create Templates (Models)?

Your Admin can check that for you.

If your user has permissions to create Templates so try to login using another browser perhaps the button is not showing due some issue with the page and the browser.

thanks a lot for your reply, i don't know if my user have the right permission to create Templates. i'll ask to my IT colleagues.

i tried to change browser too but the button doesn't appear.

i think i haven't the right permission.
