I’m trying to download a signed document under my ID.  It asked various security questions, and I apparently failed one of them so when I click on the download arrow next to the document I get the following message:

{“errorCode”: “RECIPIENT_AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED”,”message”:”Recipient has not passed authentication steps.”}

I’m trying to find help on resolving this.

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.  

Whenever a recipient in an envelope fails an Identity Verification process only the envelope’s sender will have the option to unlock the option for the signer to re-attempt it. They can allow you to re-try accessing the documents by resending the envelope in Agreements>Sent. More details on this topic can be found, here:
