Docusign Retrieve issues "what is the little boxes" that appear on the form when Retrieved, Corrupts our index.csv

When a form gets retrieved we have cases where a form retrieved has "little boxes" on the field values appearing that causes a corrupt index.csv with CR carriage return on envelope fields.

Close or Reactivate Accounts

I am the administrator for our organization, and I have a user going on long term leave. Our policy indicates that the users account should be disabled while they are off, but I want to confirm if I use the “Close” account function, that the user will retain access to all of their envelopes when I reactivate their account. Can someone help me identify how long the user will have access to their data if their account is closed and reactivated?

Select Recipient Role

I have the standard plan. When I try to assign the “Select Recipient” role to a signer in a template, I get the error message "Account does not have permission to send to Agent recipient type”. I can’t find a setting I need to change or a feature we aren’t paying for. Any advice?

Received on my email a word doc which I want to open directly through DocuSign...sign it and share it through WhatsApp...HAVE DONE THAT HUNDREDS of time literally.Only that last time it says no more envelopes left or something like that.I just want to sign nothing else and as far as I know signing is free...would appreciate any help from anyone.

Hide the sender

Good afternoon,I need to hide the sender because, whoever receives the document to sign sees NAME, SURNAME and E-MAIL ADDRESS and uses the data to write directly, outside of DosuSign.Sometimes senders use e-mails that are not constantly checked and warn of losing information.Is it possible to hide at least the e-mail address?Thank you so much,Alberto Milani

Looking to set-up Share Access for the team where the majority of envelopes can be shared. However there are few envelopes that we would like to mark as private. Is it possible to have both Share Access across users and also specially designate private envelopes?

Shared E-mail

I have a document that needs to be signed by two parties but they share one e-mail address how do I go about the easiest way? I have been sending it out once to one of the parties then when I receive it back I change the name of the signer to the other person and resend it again. This makes a two step process is there a way just to do it in one step? Can the envelope be sent out to two people on one e-mail? Would they not just receive it once?

The new view does not show the entire subject line. the font is to big and it is making in difficult to match up documents that were send separately. Can you resize or hide columns? Extremely inefficient!!!

Document Custom Field Restriction

Is there a way to disallow a user from creating their own document custom fields on templates? As far as I can tell, if they can create templates, they can also create the custom fields (which makes sense). But, in order to try to standardize and eliminate the ‘junk’, we would like to control this a little better with some pre-configured fields. Is anyone aware of a way to do this?Thank you. Susan

Email account doesn't sync DocuSign.com

I’m an Admin for our DocuSign account. I’m also often sign documents for our organization. When I’m sent an envelop for signature I do receive it in my email, however, if I go online to DocuSign.com the envelop doesn’t appear on the homepage as needing action and/or never appears under agreements. I’ve double checked that my email is listed correctly. I’ve also ensured that the envelope is being sent to the correct email address. What am I setting up incorrectly?

CLM: Conditional Test using Percentage > 0

I’ve had an issue with a conditional test for a Docusign Gen template in SF since the last docusign update and I can’t seem to figure out the solution.I have a contract that should populate information about scholarship/discount information if the field in salesforce (a percentage) is greater than 0. I don’t want the information to populate if the client isn’t receiving a discount. This is the XML I’m currently using.<# <Conditional Test="number(//Account//Opportunity/Scholarship_Discount__c) > 0" /> #>Scholarship Applied: <# <Content Select="./Anticipated_Scholarship_Financial_Aid__c"/> #> <# <EndConditional/> #>The Scholarship_Discount__c is a percentage field in SF. I’ve poured over a the Admin guide and other articles linked at similar questions to no avail. When I create the documents, there are no errors listed, it’s just blank. Can anyone help review and diagnose?

Is there any way to get in touch with the support team?I have just discovered that I have been subscribed to a service without my knowledge or consent. I only intended to use the service to sign a single document, but it appears that I have been charged for months without realizing it. I believe it would be fair to receive a refund for the charges that I was not aware of.

I downloaded the sample csv and added in the the data and when I upload it, it comes up with a Bulk Send Matching Exception: Envelope entries:Employee::Continuous Service Bulk list columns:Employee::Continuous service When I click accept and send, the is data in the document for “Continuous Service” is missing.
