I have completed all the signatures on a document that I was sent.  When I select the  Finish button nothing happens.  Can I ask the sender to provide me a new document that is not damaged ? Thks for any info.

This behavior is usually related to having multiple document fields placed one on top of the other. Preventing you from completing the second set of fields underneath the ones already completed.

 

This can only be corrected by the envelope sender, it will be in your best interest to reach out to them for further assistance on this matter.

Why can’t I finish my docosign?

I appreciate you sharing your issue.

 

As mentioned in my conversation with @Marijke, this behavior is usually triggered by overlapping document fields. Preventing you from completing the second set of fields underneath the ones you completed.

 

This can only be corrected by the envelope sender, it will be in your best interest to reach out to them to get the second set of document fields deleted.
