I am a recipient of an envelope.My number for verification is set by the sender as ÷610484******I have been unable to do sms verification.I have requested the sender remove the 0They said they vhanged the number but the number is still appearing with the zero before the 9 digit number.The sender says they don't know wbat is wrong and said I should ask Docusign for assistance. What can I do?

What if Signhere Positions are not Provided?

Hello Everyone, I’m trying to build an embedded signing workflow. I’ve achieved the signing workflow for a document. But I’m trying a scenario where I will not mention x and y positions for the signer. Edit completed forms

I did not include myself in the receipt of the envelope before I sent it to my client to sign; therefore, I was not able to include my signature on the agreement also. They signed and now it says “complete”. Can I go back and sign once it says completed? Will this matter?

I need to make a template where the first signer needs to know the name of the second signer

Hello all, I send out an agreement between two parties numerous times throughout the day. My goal is to make a template where Signer 1 can see Singer 2’s full name in the name row, before Signer 2 opens the document. Signer 1 needs to see Signer 2’s name in order to know who Signer 1 is singing to approve. How can I do this? I have attempted nearly every field that is offered in the template maker to no avail. My work around is to write the name of signer 2 in a text box or a note with the document, I would like to not have to do this and to prevent any errors it is best to be automated.

Completing an envelop without a requested signature

I have an envelope that is missing a signature because one of the signers refuses to sign it. How can I complete the envelope without the signature? I don’t want to remove the blank signature line as it is part of the document record. Thanks, in advance, for the advice!

What am I missing about putting buyer name/address automatically on PDF template

Hello everyone. I’m new to Docusign.I want to send a contract to sign to a buyer. I need three things :The buyer to put his full name and address Me and the buyer to use two distinct places to insert the signature. Have the initials on the end of each page of the contract.Intuitively, I though that I would upload the PDF to use as a template, put a tag for the buyer full name and address, two separate signature tags on a selected page and two initials tags on the bottom of each page.But I’m pretty sure I’m wrong, because I can’t find an address field to drag on my template, and there is only one signature tag.Please help me understand how I can achieve my goal.

I keep getting a bar at the top of the screen informing me that ‘Your credit card expired on 12/2023. Update your billing information.’ My card is up to date. I’ve tried removing and readding my card details, clearing my cookies, using a different device, banging my head against my desk. Nothing seems to work and its driving me nuts. I am trying to send a document that needs 2 signatures. I downloaded the document, added the 2 names and scrolled down to the bottom and the “Next” button is not there, so I can’t go to the next page where I indicate where they sign. Erroneous signing notification

Has anyone seen this issue. A document was sent out for multiple people to sign. All email notifications went out and all users signed. Then without any changes to the docs, users were sent notification emails that they needed to sign but already had.

I sent an envelope with a document, to 4 receipients (A, B, C, D in the signing order as A B C D). Only A & C needs to sign, B & D will only receive a copy. By mistake, I included wrong email address of B. I noticed it when A already signed, B has not signed yet. Now I would like to remove the email address of B from the list as any modifications will also be sent to him and B will also receive a completed copy of the document when completed. Please help me remove B. The envelope is already delivered to B, but I dont want them to receive any other update or the completed document.

Initial View of PDF BEFORE Adding Any Fields

I circulate A LOT of documents, and find that I’m wasting a lot of time changing the initial view size of the PDF. I upload the PDF into my template and click on ‘Next.’When the PDF opens in the next screen -- the Zoom size is set automatically to ‘Fit to Width.’ This makes the PDF very small on my screen, so before I can add any fields, I’m wasting time resizing the view and scrolling around the screen to locate it. Is there a setting for changing this Zoom size so I no longer need to manually resize the PDF each time? Thank you.

DocuSign Embedded Redirect Issue (New Users) - Help Needed!

Hi everyone,We're facing a bit of an issue with DocuSign embedded signing in our project (uses .NET backend and Angular frontend).The issue is with how new users are redirected after successfully signing a document for the first time. Subsequent attempts work just fine.Here's what's happening:Expected: After signing, new users should be redirected to our configured URL: https://client-portal-dev.azurewebsites.net/deductions Reality: On the first attempt only, new users are redirected to: https://client-portal-dev.azurewebsites.net (without the "/deductions" part)We've double-checked and our redirect URL is definitely set correctly in DocuSign.Anyone else encountered this before? Any pointers on how to resolve this would be much appreciated! We need to make sure new users land on the intended URL after their first signing experience.Thanks in advance for any help!
