Hello, I'd like to send bulk envelopes using shared access. But when I log in and try to send envelopes, I'm not given the option to send bulk envelopes.

We understand you are trying to bulk send on behalf of another user using Shared Access, however, you do not have the option. We're here to explain the behavior and clarify how the feature works.
While you can access and manage another user's bulk send envelopes through Shared Access, the ability to send in bulk through Shared Access is currently not supported. This is part of the feature limitation. For more details, please refer to the article: 👉 Shared Access to Envelopes - Limitations and other considerations
We recognize that this might be a limitation for your workflow, and we encourage you to consider submitting this as a feature suggestion on our Ideas board: 👉 Submit a feature request. That’s where ideas from Docusign users like you can submit ideas to improve Docusign’s features, and where you can also vote on ideas from other members.
As an alternative, you might consider sending it from your own user account and explore use of Envelope Custody Transfer Rules to automatically transfer envelope ownership to another user when envelopes are sent or completed:

While this could potentially help you achieve your desired outcome, we recommend testing the approach to ensure it meets your specific needs.
