I have 2 names appearing on my profile.  My name is Dillon but I am also getting Dylan after my name.   See attached.  I went into Admin and only Dillon appears but the email messages have both Dillon and Dylan. How do I delete the wrong name?

I have a document I sent for signature back in April that was completed at the time it was sent. 3 weeks ago it started sending reminders to the person that they needed to sign it. How do I get it to stop sending reminders?

My DocuSign subscription was going to renew 04/16/2025 so I cancelled the subscription on February 26, 2025. I received confirmation that the subscription was going to be cancelled April 15th 2025 (Subscription Cancellation attached). I checked my account today April 04/17/2025 and I see that the renewal amount $591.78 was charged to my account. I have tried to submit a case to DocuSign Support to get the refund, however, my account is now a free account and DocuSign only allows paid accounts to create cases, not free accounts. They downgraded my account to a free account the minute the subscription ended, but still took the money for the renewal right away. Trying to get in contact with anyone has been practically impossible and incredibly frustrating. This is a very deceptive business practice. If I don’t have a response in a timely manner I will be getting in contact with my bank to initiate a chargeback. 

I have an account with DocuSign but cannot for the life of me figure out how to speak with someone in customer support.  I tried to open a case but the site is telling me my subscription level doesnt support that or something.  I am having issues with template documents where I have added populated text, date signed and signature fields to the template and have saved it.  However, when sending the document to a recipient and when I view on my end for signature the template is completely blank.  Any suggestions?

Hello, i initiate the signature within my company and all of my team members have their own account of DocuSign. But the presented format is different - sometimes show “signed by”, sometimes show “DocuSigned by”, and the frame color also shows different recently - one is in purple, another is black, and they are in the same docusign document.

’m unable to receive OTPs (both SMS and call) from DocuSign despite the authentication limit being cleared. My mobile number is correct and active  I’ve: Verified that my phone isn't blocking unknown numbers or SMS Tried switching devices and networks Ensured DND is off and no third-party blocking apps are running Still, no OTP is being received. Could someone assist in checking if there’s a delivery issue on your end or if my number is blocked from receiving DocuSign messages?Thanks!

We were downgraded in June 2024 and we were double billed today June 2025.No way to get in touch with support and Support page won’t let me log in. We ONLY NEED THE ONE SEAT. Someone needs to call me back ASAP!

Don’t know why the ghost box shows up but I can’t select it or change it and I made sure it wont show up in preview but obviously it is very confusing why its popping up and not going away. 

By using Web Form, I have set up a process where an employee needs to find an envelope using information from a specific field in the webform (an adress field). I’ve tried to use the the advanced search option to include a search for custom fields, but this does  ot seem to work.  Any ideas?

Hi, I have a Developer Account, and doing integration into the custom CRM. The account details indicate the use of “97/Unlimited. However, I received a server error message during signing process. Number of recipients per envelope: 2-3:errorCode\";s:24:\"RECIPIENT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED\";s:7:\"message\";s:104:\"The recipient limit on the envelope has been exceeded. The cumulative recipient limit has been exceeded.\";}Can you tell me what the reason might be? Are there any limits for developer accounts?   

Hi! I help Real Estate Agents with their paperwork, and a common issue we’ve noticed is the first signer of the DocuSign receives a time stamp in an incorrect time zone, but the second signer doesn’t. We have the time zone set correctly in our DocuSign Preferences, and so do our clients. For some reason, it still is showing Pacific Time for the first signer, even when their settings show Mountain Time. Has anyone else had a similar issue? I’d love any help! 

I’m trying to configure my document/contract so that certain clauses, selected via checkboxes by the first signer (myself), trigger the appearance of (my counterparty’s) initial fields.|While I can set conditional logic for these fields based on whether a clause’s checkbox is checked, the challenge I face is that the conditionality of the initial fields is only available for myself aka the first signer. I’m unable to get the second signer’s initial fields to appear conditionally based on the first signer’s selections. Essentially, the dependency rules for the checkboxes don’t carry over from the first signer to the second signer.Any help or workarounds? Much appreciated!

Do we have the capability to pull history showing the last time Users accessed the system?  If not, I’d like to request it for future updates? 

My org uses Docusign Gen for Salesforce to generate contracts and send them for esignature. Most of these contracts originate from the “Contract” object in Salesforce, but the documents themselves can vary greatly depending on the details of the contract in question. Our current solution has been to upload many, many different formatted Word docs into the same Docusign Gen Template. This way, there’s only a single button on the record page, and the end user is able to select which specific template(s) to use. The issue is, of course, the number of templates has started to balloon and is now a bit of a concern. Below is an example of what our end users are seeing:All of these options always default as checked, so every time someone wants to generate a doc, they must uncheck each template they don’t want to use. We are currently using the DateSignedTab for the embedded signing. However, we are located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, but the timestamp is showing SGT (Singapore Time. Is there any way to change the timestamp to reflect our current location? 

In my DocuSign developer account, i can see the option to add a shared user and manage shared access. However, in the DocuSign production account, i do not see the option available

Hello Community,in our signing process users should be able to send attachments with the agreement. So I created an Envelope Template and included the fiels. One of the fiels is a PDF with fields to fill out, but not in the signing process, because it is a request document for later services.Now the problem is, that the fields to fill out are not longer available after the process is finished. Is it possible to send the Service-PDF with the fields to fill out still available?I read, that I should add it as supplemet document, but then in the Contract the anchor fields are not working anymore. Hope someone is able to help me. Thanks and have a nice day,Sven

‘Sign (they stopped using my full name, so I guess they just want to use last names, regardless of how rude it sounds) no longer gives me the option to Cancel my account. Instead, they continuously charge my credit card. This means that if I let the available credit slip below what ‘Sign wants to charge me, I will then be charged that amount - even though I do not use their service. For the love of your greater deity (if you have one) - how do you get ‘Sign to stop charging you or otherwise let them know you no longer need their services?Thanks!Sean

How to Lock Recipient Name option prevents recipients from changing their name when adopting a signature?

The last time someone sent me a document to sign on Docusign, the system made me create an account - though I already had an account. There were errors, but because the document was created by someone else, I couldn’t correct them. I have a professional name and a legal name. This document had to be signed with my professional name.One of the mistakes was that the document contained my legal name. I emailed the other party and asked them to correct the document. They did, but now, because my account was created using my legal name, Docusign kept auto populating the corresponding signature - though that was no longer the name/info on the document.Second problem is that the signature always comes through teeny tiny with no way to control its size - unlike say markup in PDF.Third problem is that the Docusign authenntication header covered/masked the top line of the document making it unreadable.The addition of that header also threw off the pagination so that the information at the foot o

Hello.I do a ton of long form subcontracts that are 40 or more pages. Each page requires the initials of both the sub and the contractor. I have to manually assign each and every page. Is there a way to do this quicker?  Thank you!
