I have an associate that put in the wrong People partner Approver email. The manager has gotten multiple emails to complete the document. The associate has no email or Docusign account to go back and make any correction. How can the email be corrected or how can we stop the email reminder from being generated everyday for the manager?

I sent a template to a bulk list of recipients. Some of those recipients no longer need to sign the document. How can I remove them without it affecting the other recipients that still need to sign?

Hello, i am a beginner in using docusign. at the moment i am using the free-version, i have one question: how can i choose, can i choose, where to place the signature? at the moment, when i sign a pdf for example, the signature will always be put in the center of the document, whether there is written text or a picture, doesn‘t care. thanks for help! g.

Hi, Is there a way to edit the frequency of the automatic reminders to the signers?

I initiated a DocuSign process using my institute’s established DocuSign form but lost track of the signing process. Is there a way to track the signing process?  I have the envelope ID but I can’t track it because I was not registered for DocuSign at that time and the form was not saved in my account which I later registered with my email address. Hi, I am struggling to connect Demo Docusign to Sharepoint with the Docusign for Sharepoint App. It always prompts me to sign up to my Microsoft Docusign account but does not give access to sign via Demo Docusign.  In Power Automate the connection option existed to connect a Demo Docusign..

The request to have a different email body when the completion notification is sent out to all receipents. We currently only see the same email body that was initially sent out to the recepient from the signature request.Thank you,Jody

When running an envelope report by user, one of the columns is titled “Recipient Name” most of the entries in that column say “Multiple Recipients” while only a few have the recipient’s actual name.  Why is that?  Our template is setup to have one signer and one other person receives a copy.

I often send 8 documents to one sender for signatures. Currently the recipient must sign each one individually.How can the recipient sign just one time via DocuSign but populate all 8 documents? 

If I set auto-navigation within my developer account to stop at the top of each page and then go to signature, when the template is moved to the production account, will the auto-navigation settings there, override what I had programmed?  Our production account auto-navigation settings are set for all fields and I need it to stop at the top of each page for the user to read the document before signing.

Hey community, I am new to DocuSign, I signed up for the business pro plan which gives me 10 envelopes per month. What i basically understand about envelopes is that they are used to send multiple documents in one envelope. So, my question is, is there a way to send a single document for sign without using envelopes. 

I am trying to finish “correcting” a document and I want to send it but this error message pops up  "Signers that are required to meet 21 CFR part 11 compliance must have at least one required, non-conditional Signature or Initials field."

Does the org admin have the ability to set up signing delegation for users of their account? Or, is this only possible for the signer to log in and complete the steps?

I’d like the default for our outgoing envelopes to include automatic reminders. I’d rather not have to turn them on for each document I send. Is that possible?

I sent a contract to a client who signed, and I signed for final execution. What I didn’t catch was that my legal team added a second signature page on this new version I sent. So, I didn’t add signature fields to that part of the contract. Is there a way to add that post-execution? Or do I need to void and send a corrected contract with both fields properly added to client for re-signing?

I am displaying related opportunity line items data in a table using TableRow for an opportunity. Number of rows depend on number of opportunity line item records for an opportunity. I want to calculate grand total of TotalPrice column for all the opportunity line items which are displayed dynamically. As i don’t know how many rows i will get in the table, how do i proceed with the formula field? In formula field set up, i don’t see such option anywhere. Any help is much appreciated!

Morning allIs there a way to ensure that the signer and witness are in the same location when signing an envelope?If my understanding of how DocuSign works with location, the following is correct:DocuSign will include a signer's IP address in the Certificate of Completion as part of the full audit trail of a document. Also, sharing your location information is a browser-related setting that is not mandatory.  If a signer opts-in to share their location during signing, location information allows DocuSign to display the 'Signed in Location' on a map from within the envelope's details under the Manage tab.All of these assist in some way but both work after the signing has been completed.  Is there anything I’m missing, any feature or add-in available to ensure both are in the same location?Many thanks.Kenneth

Has anyone had any issues lately with the reporting functionality. I ran an Envelope Volume Report today and for September the report indicates my Envelopes Sent as 26 but Envelopes Completed as 803. This does not make sense to me. Should I open a case with DocuSign? Thank you in advance.
