Hello,I am currently working with DocuSign CLM and would like to customize the task view for users.Specifically, I would like to ask:Is it possible for individual users or administrators to add custom attribute fields (such as “Transaction amount”, "Document Type" or "Requested By") as columns in the task view?Any guidance you could provide on this setup would be greatly appreciated.Thank you very much.

How can I make it so that the people I share access with on DocuSign can only see the documents I’ve sent for signature, and not the ones I’ve received to sign?

Hi Everyone!Situation:I have the Document ID already saved. Using this ID, I would like to retrieve the document from the Document folder into the CLM Flow, and then combine it with the current PRAM document using the "Combine Documents" step in DocuSign CLM.Could you please guide me through the steps to accomplish this? Any suggestions? 

I'm trying to get a document signed remotely, and DocuSign and IDNow can't seem to figure out the new US passport. My husband's passport is still the last edition, with the paper pages, and his passport was accepted and verified immediately. I recently renewed mine, and it has the hard plastic "page" with my information on it, and when I try to take a picture of it, DocuSign tells me to get a better picture, use a different angle, etc... I tried using my husband's phone since he had no issue, but to no avail. We both tried our driver's licenses first, and those had the same issue as I'm having with my passport. Is there a solution to this?

Hey guys!I’m getting this error: “The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded” when we try to send more envelopes using our Developer account. Seems to be a known issue but I couldn’t find a solution for it. We sent 1000 testing envelopes this month, so I’m wondering if “Unlimited” actually means 1000.  Does anybody knows?

How to enable DS Email Shield for an FAA document signature?

I would like to see an option for United Kingdom Drivers License when verifying my ID, the only UK ID options available are Passport, if a person does not have a passport or it is out of date, they could use a valid Drivers license instead. Please get this set up ASAP as I have important stuff to sign!!!???

Looking for documents I signed in the past using this email,  but they aren't showing up.   I can't open a support case because I don't have a paying account.   I have solar panels and Meraki has abandoned helping us when it was in our contract so now I need it for legal reasons. I logged in but documents in looking for aren't showing up.   I have the email from Meraki Solar from 2020 and it had a security code of 3F4291B6BB1A420983A15DD678FC0FA82 that it listed in original email to use when signing. 

Hello - Please Please help me! I have been working on this for 2 full days and i could cry! I have 100 x Deed of Novations to send to employees before the COB today. The “Deed” Document is pretty straight forward it just needs the following fields merged from a CSV file i have all set upI want the below 3 fields to be populated before it gets sent to the employee Employee Full Name Employee Address Employee Commencement DateThen I just need standard - Signature, Name and date signed. These are the only bits I need the employee to fill out.I have watched so many videos to try work this out and I just cant - I cant get the bulk CSV file to import but it doesn't populate the document even when i put the “matching fields” listed above in. every time I send it goes to everyone but has no prefilled information or prompt to sign.I live in Australia i am that desperate i happy to pay someone to talk me through this!

I use a mac and create a pdf not password protected.  I upload the pdf document and it is sent to my clients for signature,  When it comes back to me signed and upload the document to my real estate platform, it shows that the document is password protected and my broker can’t see it.  It is really frustrating.  I then I have to print the signed pdf received from my client and re-scan it to create a new pdf that can be open.  It is so time consuming and ineffective.  How can unlock a document that is protected protected when it comes back to me when it was created by me without a passowrd protection.

Can anyone help figure out how to get the “custom fields” to work in a template. Set up: 2 signers (in signing order). Signer 1 is supposed to fill out some info that signer 2 will be able to see.  The custom field doesn’t auto-populate the field to other pages… Eg. signer one types in their name in box 1 on page 1 and it SHOULD auto populate to page 8 where I put a “clone” of that custom field. Some times, it does do this (if the field is just plan text and has NO VALIDATION- i.e. numbers only, date, etc). If you try to make a “drop down” as a custom field, forget it, that NEVER populates over. I tried making sure “shared” was selected and users can collaborate. Every combination of options I tried- NOTHING works.  Does this technology even work?? Lol.  Tried for 2 hours with the totally USELESS call-center support and got no where. Honestly, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME calling the DocuSign support center- they are ENTIRELY unhelpful. No joke. It’s unreal actually how unhelpful they are. 

I am building a DocuSign envelope template inside Salesforce using DocuSign App Launcher(DAL). I have the following two questions, please: I am adding many merge fields associated with Lead object, and one of these fields is Social Insurance Number. Based on best security practices, this field is enabled with the 'Hide text with asterisks' feature. The writeback is enabled for this field. But when the envelope is signed, the associated field on the Salesforce lead record is not updated. Is this a limit with DocuSign, or is there something wrong? For a specific merge field, I don’t want the field value to be pre-populated from the associated Salesforce field when the envelope is opened, but I want it to be written back to the Salesforce record. Is this possible?

Alongside the more tradional way of signing documents in Docusign, we would like to be able to replace the assignee with an email address. The expectation is the client would not sign the documents in Docusign but print them and sign them. I guess the question is does Docusign have a simple email feature ?

When I try to send an envelope to get signed, I receive an error message that says unable to create envelope. The document is already made I just need to send it for a signature. 

Hi, I have installed docusign esignature in my salesforce sandbox and connected salesforce with my docusign trial account. But I am not be able to upload document using template upload. and also i am unable to create template but it is saying “you are not authorized” though i have added all the required permission sets. Also i have installed salesforce clm but unable to setup that also i cant find it in app launcher. Any suggestions ?Is there any limitations with the trial account ?

We have received several emails over the last 2 weeks that are legit docusign emails but when you open the document there is a phishing link in the document.  How do we protect against this?

Hello,I have a problem while connecting to DocuSign from Microsoft Power Automate. This happens when I want to define the connection on a “DocuSign Demo” component.After the login screen, I get the following error message : “Failed to create OAuth connection: ClientError: Test connection failed. Details: The format of value '1.1 hosted.websense 60d' is invalid.”In some cases it has been working, and at some point we start having htis error. This happens on different accounts. If I try to had a new connection, I get the same error message.Any idea?Best regards.

When an envelope gets signed by all, I always receive the email with the signed document. But the certificate is not attached. Can I force that I always receive the signed envelope/document and the certificate in a SINGLE PDF by email?

We are using Bulk Send to send 2,000 documents.We are using retrieve to download them all but would like the file name very specific. Below is an example:MemberServiceAgreement_Reciepient Name_SSN_Member Number_DateThe SSN, Member Number, and Date are all present on the CSV file used for the import. Is there a way to have the file named like this?
