I need to insert a corporate seal along with my signature.  How can I do this?

I posted a question to this group, since I was more likely to get a knowledgeable response from other FI’s using DocuSign, but I see that it got moved when I came back to check on any responses.Should we not be using the tags if we want to have the topic remain here? I used the integrations → other tag and it now is inI thought that by tagging it, maybe it would be helpful, but now I think it will end up with a lot of people asking what the heck is LaserPro?!

I received e-mail of e-signature from all signers, but it looks sign is needed from one. Is it system error? If so, how can I solve it?

Hello there,I’m trying to create a new envelope using a starter template:Employee's Withholding Certificate: W-4 Keep getting the following error:Unable to create the envelope. it looks like all other starter templates work well, what am I missing? Tried both Chrome and Edge.

Some of our users have reported that the completed email notifications are missing attached documents, including the completed DocuSign template and other supplemental attachments that were included with the template. Has anyone encountered similar issues before? If so, do you have any advice on how to resolve this?

I have completion emails with the documents & summary attached turned on for signers. However I’ve noticed if one of the signers has a DocuSign account they do not receive the completion email. Is this normal? Is there a way to ensure that ALL signers regardless of account status get the completion email with the documents & summary attached? I believe I have all the required settings on: 

I have opened a ticket regarding billing information update/ which should be a straight-forward case. But I am not getting any response for my comments or emails,Is there any option to escalate this case or at leasta direct contact to billing or telephone numbers I could reach out to (specially in EU region)? Thank you

Is it possible to make a witness signature optional on a form. 

 Good Morning All,My company uses a number of templates. I am an admin and I have a user that completed a 3 page template. Towards the end of completion this template user received a pop up message asking if she was still working on this document. She clicked YES on the screen, however Docusign kicked her out and sent her directly to the login screen. Once she logged in she could no longer see the template she had been working on. Is there anywhere the Docusign stores documents in limbo in the event of a time out? Can anyone assist me in finding this document? Hoping we don't have to start over from the beginning. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Is there anything I can do here to assist.

Hi,When I send an envelope through DocuSign, I always receive both unsigned and signed copies after the signer completes the process. Is there a way to stop receiving these copies to my associated account email?Thanks,

I get the attached error message when trying to authorize Docusign to save documents to my Google Drive. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

I received an email from docusign about completed purchase through Paypal for bitcoin. I checked my docusign account which I have not used recently and found 2 “completed” folders, one of which I can’t open. So far my Paypal does not show a purchase, but I don’t know what the “completed document is and it won’t allow me to take any action or report it.  Should I be concerned?

I have been trying to reach DocuSign for the past hour...I need to know who our NEW account rep is. I have called 3 numbers without any success. I have received what I think is spam attempting to renew our contract but I want to TALK to someone at DocuSign to find out if the emails are legit or not. There has to be a better way.HELP!

Hello, is it possible to send a a document requiring a signature, but not allow the recipient to sign until a future date? 

I sent a document to two people. The first I gave the ability to edit recipients since they did not want to share the email address of the person that needed to sign. So a gatekeeper of sorts. But instead of editing the document to add in the person’s name, title and signature or forward to the relevant person for signature. It went to the next signatory who signed the document and it got returned to me as complete but without a signature for the first person. What is recommended in this case?Thanks. M

How do I know how many users I can have on my account if I have a 500 envelope allowance?

We are trying to complete a regulatory filing, and one of the signatures (that was drawn) appears sideways on the page. It was rejected by the agency as such.  We have tried voiding the signatures and starting over, but it is always the same.  He is using a laptop computer.

I was signed up to a loan contract I never actually signed. The finance company are refusing to give me certain docs pertaining to the loan. On the loan agreement they did send, it is docusigned. It has an envelope ID, but should there be an IP address to track location or how can I prove it is a forged doc? 

Hi AllWe are trying to enable document visibility options and so far have not been able to find the right combination which would allow our user to have documents in an envelope visible only to a signer if they have a corresponding signing field. In other words, our user would like documents in an envelope only visible if the signer has  to sign, otherwise the signers should not be able to see all the other documents in an envelope. Is this possible? The settings we see appear to restrict viewing after signing and not before ThanksDave

Missing all but a few recent documents for 2023.

I want to use Excel ETL Step but the Document I am using in the Document Field in the Step is a csv and configuration document is a Document generation configuration form that i have saved in a variable in the previous step using a Document Generation Step. But the Excel ETL step is not recognizing the csv Document in the Document Field. Need Suggestions on how to use this step and why csv is not readable as the document.

Hi! We are trying to install these two applications in the Salesforce partial sandbox: Docusign Gen for Salesforce and Docusign eSignature for Salesforce, but we only have the option to install them in production. Is this a limitation of the apps, or are we missing something?Our user is an admin in the Salesforce partial environment and has all the necessary permissions.Could it be that we need to first install the packages in production, and then it will allow us to install them in the partial sandbox? We would like to test the functionality before releasing it to production.Looking forward to any valuable information on this.Thank you!Arina 

Hello,I got an email from DocuSign with the status as completed. I did not click the email because the name is unfamiliar. The email has since disappeared. So, I checked my DocuSign account. The document is in my account as completed. I attempted to view the documents; however, when I click the link it says, “Unable to access the envelope.”There is a download option, but I’m afraid to download anything because I don’t know the sender. My account is secure with a strong password and two-step authorization. I reported it to DocuSign spam email. How does this happen? How can I view the documents in the envelope without downloading attached files?

I wanted to report a potential bug.I set up a powerform last month. I have like 40+ test envelopes in it but when I try to delete them (They go to the deleted folder). However, next day, they go back to the powerform collection. I’ve already done this 3 times and it seems the envelopes keep finding their way back to my powerform. Any help would very much be appreciated.Thanks

Hi, I am a relatively new user and now need to manage a busy Action Required list. I’m wondering if there is any way to format the way the list appears to me by adding a note I create?For example, I am sent envelopes and people don’t follow the naming directions, so I have to click on Sign to see what it is -- can I identify it and add a note to remind me what it is (since I’m not able to change the name of the envelope without causing problems)?I just want a way to easily remember what the envelope is as I hold it/wait to be able to complete it.Thanks!
