If I send a document to 100+ people with bulk send I download the signed pdf files with the name of the template. "Random Template.pdf". Is there any possibility to download the files with special filename? I would like to use some fields from filled file into the name of the file. for example "Firstname Lastname Random Template.pdf" instead of "Random Template.pdf"? Of course I know I can rename the files one by one during the download in the browser but it is slow process. If I could do it automatically It would be great. Thanks a lot!

The Go Live Status for my App is "Pending approval" along with an alert at the top that says "After submitting for review and signing the envelope, please allow for 48 hours and DO NOT submit for review again", but it also shows a link that says "Click here to proceed". Should I click on this link or should I wait for 48 hours as the alert says? 

After I configured our logo to the Docusign avatar, the signature email sent by Docusign had a black box around the avatar. I tried to remove the black box and tried many methods but couldn't solve it.

Our firm receives a lot of phishing emails appearing to come from Docusign with potentially malicious links.  Rather than click the link directly from the email, I was hoping users can sign into their Docusign account and view the sent agreement from their Docusign Envelope Inbox to confirm the legitimacy of the email.  I asked a Docusign sales rep if Docusign agreements will automatically appear in the Docusign Inbox when someone sends a legit Docusign agreement and he said yes, but they aren’t showing up. Was the rep wrong about this and if so, does the sender have to do anything special in order for it to appear in a user’s Docusign Inbox rather than just in their standard email Inbox?  Thanks. 

If I unshare a template, will it cause envelopes sent with this template to disappear from users’ views? We are unsharing the template from everyone.

Can you please help.We tried to rename a hyperlink in Microsoft Word using the 'Text to display' field (as shown in the attached). After copying it to the DocuSign Message field, the recipient of the envelope was unable to open the link. It seems that modifying the 'Text to display' breaks the functionality of the hyperlink. Thanks

I am urgently requesting assistance regarding a long-standing issue with my billing account that has gone unresolved for several months. Despite multiple attempts to open support cases, they continue to be closed without resolution. Now, I am unable to even open a new case and am receiving the following error message:"Unable to log in. If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a DocuSign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account. For all other login scenarios, contact DocuSign Support for assistance."Unfortunately, there appears to be no viable way to contact support. Every email I’ve attempted to use is a no-reply address, and the chat box states there are no live agents for support. I am trying to get a copy of a docusign that I signed on November 27, 2024. I no longer have access to the email it was sent to. This is the security code 557417C8B0F64EA6BB2A67C3EF52CE711. Please help. I need this as soon as possible.

I’m very concerned, as checked email addresses and they appeared to be spam, I did not open anything and deleted. Was surprised today when I came into my Docusign account to send an agreement and an envelope is there, no signature required but says they debited a direct deposit in around $600, this was not authorized and the phone number is not working on this. How do I take legal action? I’ve checked Docusign support, it’s a maze of confusion. This is not okay, I’ve signed nothing. 

Please provide me with validation certifications for the Part 11 DocuSign system which our company is currently using with you.  For a sample CFR Part 11 assurance packet or Validator for Life Sciences report, contact your account executives.  Could someone send this to me. I wish there was a way for us to make changes to a document that we have already sent to a customer. As it is now the fields we are supposed to fill in are not changeable so if the customer says you spelt my name wrong, or my address is not correct then we have to Delete the whole document and create a whole new one and then go through the steps to send it. Would be easier if we could recall it, make adjustments to it and send it back to them. There would still be a paper trail for it.

We used to have a feature where we could tell our members to Text “Signup” to ##### and this would walk them through completing a document.  I was not the person that set it up. Is it something Docusign offers?

We have a user who updates and signs the same PDF using DocuSign for different customers. One page has credit card information on it. This user can view all the PDF pages after signing it. Other users can also view all the PDF pages in most cases. But sporadically, only the page with credit card information shows up as complete blank to other users. In certain cases, only a portion of this page with credit card information is viewable to other users. I have tried viewing the PDF using Foxit PDF Reader and Adobe Acrobat Reader and removed any security restrictions in both the PDF Readers with no success. I want to determine how to resolve it.

Hello. I recently sent an envelope, there were 2 names on the contract: myself, and my prospective client. At the moment of creating the envelope, I also had my colleague - as well as my prospective client's assistant, added for 'recieves a copy'. There is nothing for my colleague, nor my prospective client's assistant to sign. I, as well as my prospective client, have signed the document. However, the document is not displayed as 'complete', because it is saying that my prospective client's assistant, as well as my colleague, "needs to sign" even though there is nothing on the contract for them to sign.. What is going on? And why would users not be made aware of this beforehand?

My goal is for the parent workflow to automatically finish or abort if those approvals within child workflow are rejected.Does anyone have experience with this or any suggestion on how to achieve this? Hello! I know this is more of a Microsoft question but we all know how effective Microsoft support is. Previously, organization users were able to sign documents without creating an account, and then access those documents again via the links in the emails they received. Now, however, clicking the links in their emails is giving them Azure AD access denied errors. Has anyone else had this issue before, and if so how did you resolve it?The only thing that’s changed in our organization is that we’re starting to rollout a new domain, but the users reporting the issue don’t yet have it. We are also unable to recreate the issue in development.  

As a REALTOR, we send many contracts to clients for signature, and I’ve been using DocuSign for about 10yrs now. I’ve personally never had an issue with it.  For some reason today when sending envelopes to yahoo accounts, recipients are not receiving them. All other email networks work well and receive envelopes except for yahoo.  Even after pressing Resend, neither does the original email nor the resend are being receives. and Yes I’ve checked make sure emails are correct.  Anyone else having this issue?

Hello,  My subscription expires on December 15. If I run out of envelopes and purchase an additional $100 envelope package today, I would like to know whether the added envelopes will be usable only until December 15.

I have begun receiving phishing message from Docusign.  There seems to be no way to notify Docusign so they can clean up these accounts and get rid of them.  My only choice is to block the Docusign address.  Anyone else running into this?

I am the system admin for our account. All of the templates in use have been created by me over the years. This morning I created a new template, first from a word document, and then from that same word document converted to a PDF file. The result was the same, when either I or our users try to access the template we get an error: “Unable to create the envelope”.  Has anyone else experienced this? How do we solve it? Any idea what causes it? I created another template this morning using a different file with no issues. Thanks!  

Until recently, I had two Docusign accounts. I’ll use fake email addresses below to describe the situation and problem. The login for my long-standing Docusign account is: FirstEmailAddress@host.com At some point, I created a second Docusign account with: SecondEmailAddress@host.com - this account only ever had one envelope in it. A couple weeks ago, I tried a combination of actions to get the SecondEmailAddress@host.com released so I can use it on my main account (i.e., would like to revise FirstEmailAddress@host.com to SecondEmailAddress@host.com). First, on my secondary Docusign account, I revised my SecondEmailAddress@host.com email address to ThirdEmailAddress@host.com). That didn’t release the gmail address for re-use on Docusign. Then, I deleted my secondary Docusign account. That also didn’t release my gmail address. When I try to revise FirstEmailAddress@host.com to SecondEmailAddress@host.com, I get an error message: "This security information you are trying to add is already
