I have 1 user that continues to get the message below. He’s stated if he keeps trying it will eventually let him sign. Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? There was an unexpected faultOur system was unable to complete your signature Thanks

Hi, I’ve received a document to sign and realized I have made a typo in the signature after clicking the “adopt and sign button”. However, I realized I could not edit the signature even though I haven’t submit it.May I know is it possible to edit the signature again?Thank you.

Hello everyoneI hope you are wellI work with CLM and develop workflow for our clients. A lot of them say that they want an attachment field in the docgen form, and I have used it so far. The problem is:- When using an eForms, its always easy to find an attachment using the step Find Attachments, but with the docgen form, this step doesn't seem to work.In the related documents field when you open the document generated, there are no attachs.Does anyone know why? What can I do to automatically attach the documents?Thanks

Is there a way to view a historic DocuSign document as it was presented presented to you, rather than the completed version? 

I received a document to sign, when I click on review, i get asked to “Activate Account”. When i try to activate, i get this error= If I just terminate my account, and then click on “Review Document”, I still get exactly the same error.Thanks for any help!

I signed up for DocuSign and after a day of using, received an email from DocuSign stating that I had violated their Terms and Conditions. I had merely sent a file for signature.  4 days later I was not able to use DocuSign and called Sales.  The sales rep told me my account had been closed, and my credit card would be refunded.  He said I had to sign up again and provided a promo code, which was a nice gesture.  Well, my credit card statement came in and there are 2 charges, 6 days apart. How do I speak to someone or email a live person for response?  So far, this has not been a great intro to DocuSign :(

I have tried clearing out my entire history and cache on multiple browsers and devices.  I have reset my password 4 times.  I have tried to call the support (which apparently can’t even help with login issues) and can’t get a person.  How are we supposed to access documents if we can’t login and have no way to obtain support from Docusign?

I would like to know if I could share a template among different accounts in this same organization, so I do not need to have the same template in different accounts. Thanks in advance 

I was acting as power of attorney for someone. I had their signature saved under my DocuSign profile. I need to delete their name and signature now. How do I do that?  

Hi,My colleagues and I share an eSignature Business Pro Edition - Envelope Subs plan. We send a relatively small amount of envelope per month. I have prepared some templates using the Word addin Docusign Template Assistant and I shared them with my colleagues through Docusign. These templates use conditional formulas and custom fillable fields. Whenever my colleagues try to send an envelope using these shared templates, they receive the following error message:Advanced DocGen envelope trial exceeded limit Since we all use the eSignature Business Pro Edition - Envelope Subs plan and none of us have a trial version of Docusign, why do we receive this error message? I do not have this error message when I use these templates on my account, and I was able to send envelope successfully. It’s only when a colleague is using them through the Shared with Me section that the error message occurs. How could we use these Shared Templates without having the error message? Thank you and have a nice

Hi all! I have an ADMIN profile and I need to transfer envelopes from one user to another. I have prepared the csv file, loaded it, but the 'transfer' button is greyed out and I cannot search for any users and if I enter the full name or email then the transfer button is still greyed out.How can i solve this issue?Many thanks 

 I’ve been trying to update the payment source info. I have tried to update and pay pal and 3 different cards, and it keeps declining. These cards I use every day and have no issue elsewhere. I cannot seem to open a ticket. I need to speak to a live person. This is a big inconvenience.

I signed up for an IAM professional account thinking I would be allowed unlimited envelope sends and power form responses. I paid for this subscription due to this feature but it’s now not working and Docusign isn’t allowing me to open up a case with support. Any support would be greatly appreciated. My job requires a lot of envelope sends and signatures and if I can’t solve this problem I will go to another platform. Thank you! ERROR MESSAGES: I keep reaching the envelope limit with this error: The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded. And when I try to submit a power form response there’s this error message: Unable to load PowerForm signing process. Error: An error has occurred.

Can someone explain why I received a contradictory language that states “All parties have completed Please DocuSign: RNA Dispute Resolution Program CE - JR. We have received a request from you to resend the document for signing. Please see below and review when you have a moment.”The instructions state on one hand - “all parties have completed;” and on the other hand, it states, “please DocuSign;” and then states, “we have received a request from you to resend the document for signing.”

On a document with multiple signers, someone accidentally signed the document twice (overlapping the signatures) can I just get them to sign the document again using correct without alerting other members of a change and also not having to get them to resign - they were all signing the one document (not signing order) or different documents. Thanks

I have the DocuSign extension for both Chrome and Edge. However, when I log into DocuSign, I do not have the field/prompt/"Start" button to upload a document. How do I fix this? It seems i dont have access to upload documents can you please check on priority basis?

I would like to use Specify Recipients in the Needs to Sign menu but it is not currently an option. There are only 3 options - needs to sign, in person signing and cc. Please help. Thanks

Hi DocuSign Support,I’m reaching out because my account is still showing my old last name in certain places, even after I’ve updated all visible profile settings.I’ve taken the following steps: Updated my Full Name in profile settings (under the top right profile icon) Updated my Signature Profile name Despite these updates, my old name is still appearing in the personal message window to the signer — specifically, the message displays for example like this:"Anna Smith" "Anna Johnson"I’m unsure where this legacy name is being pulled from, and would appreciate your help in correcting it globally across my account so that only my updated name is used in all communications and signing flows.Please let me know if anything else needs to be changed manually on your end or if I need to reconfigure any specific fields.Thank you!

I sent two envelopes but the recipients can’t find them in their inbox or spam folder. I tried to login to support and I see this message. We have a paid account and send dozens of envelopes a month usually without issue.    

Can't open a support case to query something urgent as won’t let us log in to that part of Docusign. Unable to phone anyone & no live chat, so what are we supposed to do get any support???

I am using the bulk email functionI want to be able to send pages one and two of a five page document to signers for immediate signature and return.  I am using various merge fields via CSV and text fields on the DocuSign to import these merge fields.  I also need to be able to attach pages three, four and five in such a way that the signer can still access these pages after the document has been signed, completed and sent back to me via DocuSign.  And I need to be able to import fields from a CSV onto these pages, so that each page is customized for each different signer.  These additional pages are to be completed by the sender whenever they are able, and send back to me through means other than DocuSign (return in person, fax, email).  How can I accomplish this with DocuSign?

Docusign charges people money but does NOT provide customer service. I tried for 5 days to reach a customer service either via phone, chat, email, any method. Non exists! How can you have a business that charges customers and take their money but not provide customer service. You do not have a phone number, you do no have a chat, if such a thing exists, you have made it impossible for people to find it, because I searched for 5 days and was never able to reach a customer service rep or email. I will never be purchasing a product or service from Docusign because you are INTENTIONALLY making sure no one can reach you. Why?!

I manage an office that has a docusign account. We have gotten messages saying we’ve used all our envelopes when we haven’t, and are sometimes unable to use them. I can’t find a phone number or contact email for docusign anywhere. There also seems to be an issue with our billing information, but I have  updated our payment details and have paid our bill but this doesn’t seem to be reflected when we log in.  Please can someone contact me to assist?
