If a PowerForm initiator (signer 1) starts an envelope by clicking on the URL, filling in names/email addresses for named signing roles and clicks “Begin Signing” but doesn’t finish signing the envelope (because they got distracted for example), the envelope goes nowhere.  So, how would that signer (who doesn’t have a DocuSign account) get back to that envelope to finish signing it and sending it on? Will they get reminders, or since they were the initiator, do the reminders not apply?  If we clicked “resend” on the envelope within the application, would it generate a reminder to them to finish?

I’m using the SDK C# and when sending a request Envelopes::GetDocument (link) to get the documents, this fails with error:"errorCode":"USER_AUTHENTICATION_FAILED","message":"One or both of Username and Password are invalid. Invalid access token" All other API calls before calling GetDocument are passing OK - for example when calling Envelopes::listDocument (before the GetDocument) to get the list of documents, that returns succesfully. But then with same starting point GetDocument fails.We do checks for token validity etc. before calling these methods and only GetDocument respons with error. What could be the cause and what should we consider?

When using a PowerForm to initiate an envelope, if the PowerForm initiator (signer 1) clicks “Begin Signing” and is in the Signing Ceremony screen, is there a timeout if the signer does not complete the signing ceremony within a certain period of time?  If so, what is that timeframe and is it configurable? If it is, what setting needs to be changed?Thank you. 

I work at a unversity and one of the uses of DocuSign is sending student installment request forms or refund request forms. It would be great if the counterparty can initiate the form instead of us sending them out upon request.

I went to DOCUSIGN ADMIN then to Groups.  When the list appears, it isn’t sorted in any way that i can tell , which makes it hard to find the group you are looking for.  Is there a way to search for a group or sort the list? 

I am trying to figure out how i can get a CSV file updated.  I have an http client step in my workflow to get some information and i would like to be able to put that info that was returned in the step, into a csv.  I haven’t been able to find out were to do that within clm workflow.

Hello, As an Admin, I have added a License/User and she has performed activity in the DocuSign account. As an admin, how do I view this overall and view all the activity that is going on the account and how do I view the activity of other users?  Thanks

Hello Community,In Salesforce I generate a PDF which should be send via docusign.In the document I used Anchor Tags like \s1\ for Signer 1 and \s2\ for Signer 2. In the documentation I read that Checkboxes could be implemented via \cb1\ or \cb2\ and text via \txt1\. Also i found an article Use Automatic Anchor Text with Custom Tags (docusign.com) where its stated the implementation needs to be as follow \tbx_1_text\ for text and \cb_1_yes\ for a checkbox. For the secong solution Merge fields need to be created, but I dont need writeback functionality. The customer should only be able to click the checkboxes and fill in some text.Is there any chance to get this working?Also I’m missing an anchor tag for a stamp. Hello,We’ve just updated to the Embedded Signing flow. When loading up a document the embedded loader is appearing on the left of the screen. However, there is no way to modify this. If I remove a user, do any envelopes, documents or folders originating from this user get deleted from our account?

Hi All,I am trying to figure how is the Effective Date of a contract calculated by CLM.This data is not an attribute (it does not appear in the Attribute Mapping csv file) but appears in the “Agreement Details” you see on the top left of your screen when you click on the Atrributes button.I looked at the workflows and did not see any information on how this date is calculated.The issue we have is that this date is systematically put as the signature date, while we have contracts applying retroactively. So I want to be able to change this rule and have the effective date being the real effective date and not the signature date when need be, but I can’t find where to change it!Thanks for your help! 

When documents are being signed, for some reason the title and signature are running into each other and the name appears to be superimposed on itself but not in exactly the ame place, at least 2x. How does this get fixed? This is now the 3rd document from different people that this has occurred?

If I add someone as “Allow to Edit” manager, does this person need to open and acknowledge the envelope? I added my colleague as “Allow to Edit” at the end of the workflow, but because this person did not “open” the envelope, the entire thing was voided. I was under the impression that “Allow to Edit” just gives someone the ability to edit the envelope on behalf of the requester in case of need.

In the body of the Certificate of Completion that you receive after a doc is fully executed/signed there are several paragraphs of the ELECTRONIC RECORD AND SIGNATURE DISCLOSURE section that have a former employee’s name in them as a point of contact that I need to change.  Who do I contact to make that change or How can I make the change myself?  (Image removed due to personal information)

I have used the classic version of templates in the past, and would like to continue.This is the first time I have uploaded a  Word document into templates and Docusign has changed the document during upload by changing my top and bottom margins. Now I have dangling signature fields instead of being grouped on one page as in previous design.How do I get Docusign to stop changing my document?Also, is there a way to set my preferred font once to be used on all documents?

I have a business account in Docusign. The address in the profile is our correct address where the business has been located for 3 years.  However, I notice that on signature certificates, the address for our business shown is one we were at, 3 years ago.  The profile is correct and has been for 3 years, but all summary documents are recording an old address and I have no idea how to change that - other than updating the profile.  But it is already correct.  Hope you can help ta.

I have been a ZipForms, DocuSign and DocuSign Transaction room user for several years. I have received this error on more than one occasion in the past 6-10 months. Sometimes I have time to wait for it to "clear up" but it's nothing I'm doing wrong. It just refuses to connect. I've refreshed the tabs but it starts when I am using Zip Form to create and tag the docs in a "package" that when I click NEXT it automatically opens a new window in DocuSign and brings the docs in for further tagging before sending out for signing. account.docusign.com refused to connect This is what pops up in the window of DocuSign.

On the home page, a new banner popped up today, reading as follows:“Your credit card expired on 08/2024. Update your billing information.” [where the last four words are underlined with the underline signifying a hot link]My credit card -- the one in use at DocuSign -- did not, however, expire on 08/2024.  How do I remedy this issue, removing the banner from my DS home page?  I tried ‘updating’ my credit card -- I didn’t change any details but did retype the credit card number and enter the latest CVV -- but the banner is still there.Richard

Is there any way to prevent unintended users from viewing a document when a DocuSign email with the “Review Documents” link is forwarded to another user?I want to prevent an unintended recipient from receiving a forwarded email containing the DocuSign document link. 

Hello, I am working on a template to create a Webform.  I have a Dropdown field that is replicated and has a unique Data Label as shown: I am getting an error message when attempting to create my Webform stating that the Dropdown Valuses must be unique.  Each option is unique.  Is the issue that the listed option and listed values are the same?  If not, can someone help me figure out how to fix this? 

Hey,I’m sending via API to a signer an envelope created from template, which has fields to fulfill including attachments (multiple)I need to separate the attachments that are added by the signer, sometimes it’s just one page, sometimes multi-page documents.I already https://www.docusign.com/blog/developers/getting-signer-attachments-using-the-esignature-rest-api and I don’t get desired outcome.What I have noticed is that once the signer add any attachment it’s added to the document as new page, and there is not ID I could use to distinguish which page is from initial document, or is an attachmentHow can I separate the initial document and each attachment filed?

Hi, I need some clarifications on the retention of Drafts.From what I understand from Setting, by default draft envelopes are retained for 30 days from the creation date. At the 30 day mark, all draft envelopes will be cleared from the draft folder.  My question is: Does cleared from the draft folder mean purged?  If the drafts are not purged after 30 days, where do they go other than not in the Draft folder?On the other hand, in Docusign eSignature Admin Guide’s Purging Envelopes, it says “To be purged, envelopes must have a status of Completed, Declined, or Voided. In-process and Draft envelopes cannot be purged.” This seems so confusing.  Please help. Thanks. Regards,ykad  

HelloIn power automate I have a flow that uses docusign and I am puttin some tabs on a document. When I start typing on one of the tabs, the same value is entered in all the tabs. The anchors are all different for each tab. Moreover even if I set the tabs to optional they appear as required when I hover over them.   I’ve tried both old and new designer in power automate
