My question is if I purchase extra envelopes, how long do I have to use them? Do the newly purchased unused envelopes expire when my plan renews, or is a separate time frame in which I have to use them based on the date of purchase? My plan renews next month, so I don’t want unused envelopes that won’t carry over past the automatic renewal date. I can make due with the amount I have left until my renewal if need be.

Hey Community! Wondering if anyone can help ?! My organisation is considering attaching .PDF’s to our ‘Completion’ emails...so they would be made available to our recipients in a more convenient method. I have found a DocuSign article which states “For the completed PDF to be included with the completed email notification, the size cannot exceed 5MB. If the completed documents are larger than 5MB, the email provides a link to the documents on the Docusign system.”...BUT when we have tested, a document over 5mb was not attached (expected & as per the text above) - But a doc UNDER 5mb was also not attached? We were hoping the doc under 5mb would be attached as a .pdf. Has anyone encountered this issue or had experience operating the Completion email attaching the docs as .PDF’s Please? Tks in advance.

I am a security admin for our Microsoft 365 account. Today all emails from dse_na4@docusign.net are being stripped and held due to “containing malicious URL”. These emails appear to be legit. They are related to envelopes actively in the signing process, and we have verified that the document activity attached matches what we see when logging directly in via DocuSign.com. When browsing directly to www.docusign.net, our browsers are also flagging docusign.net as a dangerous/malicious website. The combination of MS and browsers flagging as dangerous has us concerned, and we have asked our users to pause use of DocuSign momentarily until we can confirm.Is there any currently known active threat that is being managed on the docusign.net domain?Thanks!

Is there a way to resend an envelope to just one person? I have a document that needs multiple signors. The rest have signed but one signor asked me to resend. If I do that will all the signors have to sign again?

Hi everyone,I’m having trouble figuring out how to use DocuSign for signing documents with a qualified signature. Before subscribing, I read several articles and watched a few videos, which convinced me that DocuSign supports qualified signatures compatible with certain government institutions (I specifically need it for INPI in France).I learned that identity verification is required for this feature. When comparing subscription plans, I didn’t see any indication that qualified signatures or identity verification were limited to certain plans, so I went ahead and purchased the basic plan.Now, I can’t find anything about qualified signatures or identity verification in my account. I’ve spent an hour clicking through the UI and rereading the online manuals, but I’m still stuck.I have no idea what steps I need to take next to enable and use a qualified signature. When I try to upload may signed document on the INPI website, I get this message : “Votre signature n'est pas valide : La synthèse a été signée avec un certificat étranger hors UE et dont l'autorité de certification n'est pas présente parmi celles définies dans les listes de confiance eIDAS. Votre signature n'est donc pas considérée comme valide puisque nous ne retrouvons pas l'autorité de certification du certificat utilisé parmi les listes de confiance eIDAS. Hi, we’re three employees under a standard plan. One of the employees has another free account that he wants to merge. How can we do it?Under his free account, he has multiple signed agreements he’d like to transfer to the paid account and then close the free account.I’d appreciate your help,Best,Roni

I’m relatively new to Organization Admin, but can see already that I have employees who are both Account and Domain users. I’m trying to set one of them (Account) as default as suggested in the training, but that option does not appear for me in the “Actions” drop down menu.

On our lease, there is a section where customers pick/put their initials whether they’re going to self-insure or get a policy on their contents. I only want them to initial one of the two choices. How do I do that? Thank you 

One of our users (also an administrator) is leaving our firm shortly. I currently have shared access to her folders so I can see everything she’s sent out and completed items etc.  But what happens when she leaves?  I don’t want to lose all the documents she’s sent out that haven’t yet been completed (and I don’t want to loose the completed one’s either - although I know I can pdf those and save them elsewhere). Do we need to keep her account open?  If we close it, will we lose everything?  This must be regular occurance, so wondering how to deal with it. Many thanks

Hello Community,I hope you all doing well and maybe someone can help me out, because googling, asking coworkers and reading brought no solution. What I try to achieve: I created a Template (docx-Word) for Conga Composer and field all the data fields and integrated a query. After the file is created (now PDF) it should be send via docusign to some contacts.So I took the docx-Word Template, wrote down all the Anchor Tags and placed them via docusign during the creation of a docusign Envelope Template in Salesforce.The problem is now, when I use the button for sending, which I created with docusign, the file which I used to create the Envelope Template is also attached to the Envelope and the created PDF file. When I delete the, so to say, Sourcefile, all the automatically assigned fields in the PDF I like to send out to the customer are deleted. When I dont delete the file or deselect it, its going to send with the Envelope. So instead of one file, the customer recieves two files to sign

I need to sign an official document for the INPI here in France but I don’t get the certificated signature option when doing the whole envelope settings. How do I find it? and after that, since there’s a lot of questions around this: does the signature actually work still nowadays? A lot of people are complaining about the INPI rejecting Docusign’s signature certificate. Thank you! 

I need to transfer 22 envelopes from one user to another. I have selected all the reports, clicked transfer now, but the 'transfer' button is greyed out and I cannot search for any users and if I enter the full name or email then the transfer button is still greyed out.Is it to do with the envelopes containing password protected documents which some/all are? If it is, it would be useful for the system to flag this.If it's not that then how do I transfer the envelopes?I am an administrator and have transferred envelopes in bulk in the past with no problems.Many thanks

I want to run a report on PowerForm usage. It would ideally list every PowerForm in the account, the last time it was used, the sender of the PowerForm, and the template used  in the PowerForm. Is this possible either by standard reporting or by API, if so, how?

Is the following possible with DocuSign CLM? A document is generated with merged values from a record in Salesforce. The document is then reviewed internally and sent externally for review and redlines. When the parties agree that the document is finalized, we’d like to update the original Salesforce record with the new values that are in the document’s merged fields. Is this possible? If so, I would very much appreciate a summary of how one would go about it. Thanks in advance!

Hi,I received an email link to a DocuSign document, and in the signature section I created a new signature and adopted it but noticed afterwards that I accidently made a mistake in the signature and now am unable to fix it or create a new signature. I did not have a DocuSign account when I signed and adopted the signature at the time. How can this be fixed?Thank you

There are some recipients that don´t wish to interact with the envelope if they dont need to. This means that they will only reject on same cases but dont want to approve all the time. The closing of the envelope is important for other processes so I want to know if DocuSign can do that.

Hi,I’d love to use the Template Assistant for word so that I can have text in my word document replaced as opposed to having to position, pick fonts, etc.I create sender fields in my Word doc as {{FirstName}} and the preview works correctly.When I click Upload to Docusign, the template is uploaded and the editor opens, but none of my fields are recognized.I’ve searched for resources, but am getting confused by Document Gen, whether it requires Salesforce, etc.What am I missing?TIA 

Hello,In our account, we have the following settings enabled: Recipient Authentication Triggers: The first time a recipient accesses an envelope per device.  Recipient Authentication Skip Option: Recipients cannot skip authentication when accessing subsequent envelopes from the same sender.When utilizing in-person signing, the user is prompted to enter the access code to initially access the envelope to sign (on the hosted device). However, once all parties have signed the document, a completed email is sent to the signer where they can view the completed document. If the user clicks that link on a different device, they are not prompted to enter the access code and can view the contents of the document.This is a major security concern if the wrong email was entered or the email was compromised - documents may contain NPPI.
