Docusign Support will be in the best position to help confirm your new account manager’s contact details. You may create a new support case, while logged in as an administrator, by filling out the form provided below.

If you cannot open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.

I received an error message when attempting to login though I use DocuSign often enough. I selected the Reset Password option but now the “submit” button is grey.
Maybe it is the browser.
Is there a number to call to speak with a PERSON?
Need another solution, please.
UPDATE: It just worked. I refreshed my screen. Thanks.
