I was signed up to a loan contract I never actually signed. The finance company are refusing to give me certain docs pertaining to the loan. On the loan agreement they did send, it is docusigned. It has an envelope ID, but should there be an IP address to track location or how can I prove it is a forged doc? 

Hi AllWe are trying to enable document visibility options and so far have not been able to find the right combination which would allow our user to have documents in an envelope visible only to a signer if they have a corresponding signing field. In other words, our user would like documents in an envelope only visible if the signer has  to sign, otherwise the signers should not be able to see all the other documents in an envelope. Is this possible? The settings we see appear to restrict viewing after signing and not before ThanksDave

Missing all but a few recent documents for 2023.

I want to use Excel ETL Step but the Document I am using in the Document Field in the Step is a csv and configuration document is a Document generation configuration form that i have saved in a variable in the previous step using a Document Generation Step. But the Excel ETL step is not recognizing the csv Document in the Document Field. Need Suggestions on how to use this step and why csv is not readable as the document.

Hi! We are trying to install these two applications in the Salesforce partial sandbox: Docusign Gen for Salesforce and Docusign eSignature for Salesforce, but we only have the option to install them in production. Is this a limitation of the apps, or are we missing something?Our user is an admin in the Salesforce partial environment and has all the necessary permissions.Could it be that we need to first install the packages in production, and then it will allow us to install them in the partial sandbox? We would like to test the functionality before releasing it to production.Looking forward to any valuable information on this.Thank you!Arina 

Hello,I got an email from DocuSign with the status as completed. I did not click the email because the name is unfamiliar. The email has since disappeared. So, I checked my DocuSign account. The document is in my account as completed. I attempted to view the documents; however, when I click the link it says, “Unable to access the envelope.”There is a download option, but I’m afraid to download anything because I don’t know the sender. My account is secure with a strong password and two-step authorization. I reported it to DocuSign spam email. How does this happen? How can I view the documents in the envelope without downloading attached files?

Hello,Testing a PowerForm and after I completed and signed, and when clicked Finish I received the following error message “Not all tags are signed” and I did the following steps but still not able to Finish:Copied the template and created a new URLReviewed signature filed assigned to the initiator of the form. Reviewed the conditional routing.  

I wanted to report a potential bug.I set up a powerform last month. I have like 40+ test envelopes in it but when I try to delete them (They go to the deleted folder). However, next day, they go back to the powerform collection. I’ve already done this 3 times and it seems the envelopes keep finding their way back to my powerform. Any help would very much be appreciated.Thanks

Hi, I am a relatively new user and now need to manage a busy Action Required list. I’m wondering if there is any way to format the way the list appears to me by adding a note I create?For example, I am sent envelopes and people don’t follow the naming directions, so I have to click on Sign to see what it is -- can I identify it and add a note to remind me what it is (since I’m not able to change the name of the envelope without causing problems)?I just want a way to easily remember what the envelope is as I hold it/wait to be able to complete it.Thanks!

Hi, I am new to docusign templates and webforms.I have created a docusign loan application template and want to convert it to a webform so that I can obtain the following outcome ieA loan applicant applies online and is asked a series of questions to prequalifiy them or disqualifiy them from a loan. If they don’t qualify there is no point in continuing the loan applicaiton. How do I create using webforms a conditional If then statement or rule so that a clause or new document is generated and displayed to the user that says “ We are sorry but your loan application has not been approved”  in the event that the user selects either a radio button and selects Yes/No or a checkbox in one or more fields? Is there a way to stop the loan applicant from continuing to complete further questions in the webform loan application once the loan has been denied? (I realise that it is not logical for someone to do so, but not all humans are logical)

Hello, I recently changed my name in the application. I need both my last names to appear for legal reasons. They send me the document with my correct information, I sign it and when I send it to another person to complete their signature, the error appears again. Could someone help me, what can I do? I have a document that is fully signed, but we detected an error afterwards. I need to sign a new document correcting the error, how can I destroy the previous one?

Good morning, as of this morning any time I try to add multiple documents from template to an envelope I receive a generic error message with no additional information that would allow me to troubleshoot the issue. I need to add multiple addenda to lease agreements based on the specifics of the property in question and have had no issue doing this for the last 2+ years for hundreds of leases. I believe this is a new error. I don’t see anywhere to check for known issues to see if this has been reported. Is anyone aware of this issue or have a solution?

I need a way to keep the envelopes sent by an ex-employee to be updated when completed, even when the Salesforce user is deactivated.I have tried transferring the envelopes to an existing employee, whose Salesforce user is still active. I republished all these envelopes.Then I deactivated the ex employee. The document was then signed. On DocuSign, I can see that the envelope is marked as completed. But on Salesforce it is still marked as ‘Sent’.Do you have a way or an idea why even after the envelope transfer, it is not updated when completed on Salesforce?Thank you

HiWhen I try to send an envelope for 15 recipients I get the message: "Missing fields for recipients" (this doesn’t happen when I send an envelope for one person). Then it shows two options: "add fields" and "send without fields". I don't want the document to be sent without the fields to be completed so I press the "add fields" option but I don't understand what I have to correct since all the fields are complete. If I choose the option "Send without fields" the document cannot be signed.Hope you can help me.Thanks!

If ‘Not Required to Login’ is selected as the log-in requirement, i.e. the ‘signer’ does not need to log in to their DS account to sign or access the envelope, what are the consequences for signed envelopes? Will they not be saved in their account?

I have one document (confidentiality document) that needs to be signed by individual employees but then countersigned by one manager. How do I hold all documents until they are signed by the first group to release at once to the last signatory so they can sign all at once. Otherwise they get a full “in box” with all the individual documents.

We sometimes have forms where the originator incorrectly, but unknowingly, mistypes the email address of one of the later signers. Can DocuSign send a notification to the last person who signed, or to the originator of the form, if the form sits for a specified amount of time? This would help us to cue the original submitter of the form to go back in and correct the mistyped email address(es). Otherwise, we have forms sitting in cyberspace and not getting processed in a timely manner.Thanks for any tips/insights for this fairly new DocuSign user!
