We are kitchen and bath designers and we have always had our customers sign each page of their drawings so that they will actually read them (maybe) and make sure they are correct.  We may have 20 pages of drawings and the signature location and date is always the same.  Is there a way to create a template to  add the signature and date signed fields to each page automatically?

Our parents are stuck in Portugal and need to have a new Durable Power of Attorney for Finances notarized by a commissioned New York State notary who is approved to do remote notarizations.  (1) Does Docusign offer international notary services, and (2) can I request a commissioned NYS notary before my session?

Hi all,I have some issue creating my signature procedure. The need is that we sent out a procedure to our client to sign.When the client open the link, they are NOT asked to authenticate with SMS. I would like to prevent the document from being sent to me as an e-mail attachment after a successful signature run. Concrete case: I send a document to another person for signature. They sign and then I receive the file as an e-mail attachment. I don't want that. Ideally, there should be a notification that the document has been signed, but without the signed document. Unfortunately, I can't find this setting option. Do you have any tips for me? Thank you very much.

I am new to using DocuSign as a business owner.  When I scan my forms for signature they show vertical.  I can’t seem to figure out how to rotate them .  The receiver sees them the same way.  What is the problem?

Hi,I was attempting to clear out my draft folder by deleting envelopes, however I am getting an error whenever I attempt to delete an envelope. All the information I get is - Alert:The server encountered an error.These are envelopes I created through the DocuSign UI so there should not be any permissions issues, and this was working just a couple of weeks ago. Is there currently an issue with deleting envelopes? Or does anyone have any suggestions?Thanks,Jamie

Hi everyone, I am viewing reports by months and was wondering if an envelope is sent out the previous month and it was completed this month. Would the report show it was completed for the previous month or the month it was completed? Thank you

Hi - I don’t seem to have access to seeing Voided envelopes anywhere in my system. How can I search by Envelope ID number, or do I have to have an Add-on from DocuSign in order to do so. I can see them if they were sent in a bulk email, but not if they were sent as a Single addressee.Thanks - Jane

why am i receiving the signed document individually.  how i do merge all signatures on one document. Please help

I have a document with an “office use only” field for the signer’s account number, but that number is not generated until after signing is complete. Is there any way to create a field that is not required for completion of the envelope, but that I can go back and fill in at a later time?

Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to add any email we want in the sender field to a power form without the Sender being an actual user in docusign?

We have a document that we want to convert to a web form that will allow our customersto fill in contact and account information and signatures for writeback into Salesforce. Sometimes these will be new contacts/accounts and sometimes they want to send a link to a prefilled form that the customer can edit. There are 2 contacts on the form who will each need to sign. Is this possible using DocuSign? We have the DocuSign Apps Launcher in Salesforce.

Hello! I am new to Docusign. Could you please help me to figure it out? What plan I should choose if I want to be able to send 30-40 envelopes per month? Also, can I send 5-10 envelopes per day? Thanks a lot for your help! 

Has anyone experienced the following issue?  If so, how did you resolve it?  When creating a merge document with a table of contents, the document looks great.  Once you try to upload into Docusign, the table of contents is filled with error messages.
