Paypal docusign scam

Question

I received an email from docusign about completed purchase through Paypal for bitcoin. I checked my docusign account which I have not used recently and found 2 “completed” folders, one of which I can’t open. So far my Paypal does not show a purchase, but I don’t know what the “completed document is and it won’t allow me to take any action or report it.

Should I be concerned?
