Extend an expiration of an envelope

I have extended an envelope as I was adapting in the advanced settings section (like described in other posts). After save and correct it still shows the old expiration date. What went wrong?

I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble extending the envelope's expiration. We apologize for the inconvenience this issue is causing you. To better assist, could you please provide the Envelope ID and a screenshot showing the envelope expiration settings for me to review?

Also, ensure the envelope expiration is set up correctly by following the instructions in this article. How to extend the envelope expiration date
