Hi everyone,I’m using DS IAM with new interface. I am trying to map a Web Form checkbox group to an eSignature envelope template checkbox group but I keep getting this error:DOCGEN_PROCESSING_FAILURE  “Checkbox Values can't be blank”Setup:Web Form- API reference name: Checkboxpartenaire- Options (and API value): Facebook, Instagram, TikTokEnvelope Template- 3 checkboxes from the same group- same Data Label: Checkboxpartenaire- grouped togetherHowever, in the template editor I only see the Data Label field and no place to define the checkbox option values (Facebook / Instagram / TikTok).How should checkbox group values be configured in the template so they correctly map from the Web Form? In the example below I was even trying to add the API Value directly but there should be an area to provide both checkbox group API value and each checkbox API value no?Thanks! 

Is there a way for the initiator of a Powerform to view the progress of that Powerform from within DocuSign.

Hi, I am wondering if there is an "or" functionality where as I am able to send a document to two people (from one department) but only require one of their signatures in order for it to progress to the next signatory?In other words, I send out documents for signing to different departments but only need one signature from each department but I'd like everyone in that department to be able to have the chance to sign and once it is it goes to the next department. Please advise if there is a way to make this work! ThanksJimmy

After I enter my username and password I’m presented with the following - the same user twice. I don’t know why I have two users and I can’t distinguish between them. How can I merge them or delete them or, at least make them distinguishable. 

Looking for a way to set up signature tag specifically, to always be on the same line of the document used with template. We noticed the tag is not on the same line all the time, and the issue seems to be the size of the document.I know we can let users move the tags before sending the initial envelope but looking for another way so the users don’t have to adjust the tags. How are others working around this? Thank you. 

It looks like the new SP cert has a different key from the 2026’s. - The pub keys(modulus) are different.2028 Docusign SSO Self-Signed CertificateOur IDP (Oracle IDCS) doesn’t allow to import multiple signing certs for an SP. It would have been transparent if the cert was renewed with the same key but it doesn’t seem the case. I’m thinking that I might as well tell the business team that we need to react after DocuSign has started using the 2028 cert,  but it’d be great if I’ve missed something and anyone can suggest a way to make the transition without an interruption.

I have to close my account in Docusign for a while. That's why I want to close my account until I will come back. It will be appreciated if you let me know it.

Hi all, I have 22 users set up on our business account with one person receiving an error message when uploading to an envelop to say the file size exceeds 25mb. However, a different user on our account seems to have been able to send it without any issues whatsoever. They are both trying to create the envelop in the same way so not sure what is happening. Any advice or suggestions as to why this is happening. They both have exactly the same set up re permissions etc.Thanks in advance!Katie  

When a Docusign has already been generated and sent, how can I edit the email address or phone number, etc. when there are duplicate recipients and neither of them have signed? It keeps duplicating their names. So whoever I click on to edit, it will change the 2nd name to match the 1st and vice versa. I’ve set the signing order, which is a prompt you get when you try to proceed with the duplicate names, but it is still happening. Does anyone know how to correct?

I created multiple signatures (in different languages, actually) for different occasions, but there is no way for me to choose which one I'm gonna use. In all the documents that I was signing, my first signature was always being chosen automatically. I neither find any place I can choose which signature to use, nor find any settings about default signature to be used. Please help me.

We are trying to test our configuration for Oracle Journey Integration with DocuSign however we are unable more than 2 documents. We have created docusign templates and have used the template ID in our Oracle journey tasks. We are unable to save the template id beyond 2 tasks. Can you pls confirm what is the limit in demo docusign environment for this ?

When I use the data field box it looks like it is covering the existing text. However, when I receive the document back from my client the data field box was transparently creating a blur of text, the old existing text, and the new changed text. How do I make the data box solid before filling in the text?

Hi everyone,I’m setting up our first Maestro workflow and hitting a roadblock with the final export step.The Issue: > When attempting to export to a Google Sheet located in a Shared Drive, the workflow consistently fails. However, when I point the export to a file in a Personal Drive, it works perfectly.The shared drive is correctly connected and we are able to save to and upload from the shared drive.  Has anyone run into this frustrating wall?Thanks in advance!

Trying to access Connections.This needs a developer account.Created an account, but get stuck on the one-time SMS code:‘Unable to process your request. Please try again later or contact support’. Tried this a few times, but keeps failing.

Some of our letters need only the day of the month and not the entire date. When I try to access the settings, it does not allow me to modify.For Example it will say On this day _____, of March 2024. But Docusign wont allow me to change the settings.

How do I clear a delay in a document that was sent for signature?    

I’m going crazy. I want my DocuSign account deleted (including the account I had to make for this community just so I could ask this question).I already checked out this article: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/How-to-Cancel-Your-DocuSign-Account?language=en_US&rsc_301 But since I only have a free account, I cannot log in as administrator and follow the steps in that article.How can I get them to delete my account and my personal data?

Is it possible to create attribute groups, along with their respective fields and types, in CLM using a CSV file or any other import method?

​We have a rather unusual situation where we need to email completed documents to government agencies after signing, and the signed documents must also be password protected prior to emailing since they contain confidential information. We have found we cannot password protect an already-completed DocuSigned pdf. We also can't add the government agency recipient as a "receives a copy" when the envelope is routed for signature since there are additional documents outside of DocuSign that need to be submitted along with the completed envelope. Can anyone suggest a way to securely forward an envelope to a third party after completion?

When i go to https://support.docusign.com/s/contactSupport?language=en_US and click on Open a Support Case, and then select eSignature, I login with my account info but am then brought to a screen that says  “Unable to log in.If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a DocuSign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account.For all other log in scenarios,  contact DocuSign Support  for assistance.” My account is not new. My account was created in 2016. This happens on every browser i try. In a private browsing window, too. Can someone assist me with being able to open a support ticket, please??

I paid a monthly subscription to get some documents signed. I did it with an e-mail account that was invited to a team.Today, I couldn’t access that account. I couldn’t reset the password because it says there’s no account associated to my e-mail. So I created a new account with the same e-mail of the one I had the paid version. Now this new account does not show as paid, and my document is nowhere to be seen. I cannot log in in the support center webpage because I get the error from the attached image, so there is technically no way to contact support for me. I tried a different browser, and I also tried incognito mode. I keep getting the same error. It is urgent that i need my document. How can it be that a paying costumer can get no access to support?  

Hello, Just curious if its possible to edit the “next” button on the summary page of the web form to say “submit” instead. I wanted to clarify to users that is the last step of the web form before submitting. Is it possible to use any json?
