How does Docusign IDV Premier help streamline and enhance the identity verification processes?

I (KC) need to send a document to a client dept. manager and their team for signature by the manager and review by the team.Then a 2nd signature is needed (mine) before sending copies of the completed document to additional individuals and everyone else in the workflow.  See below.If the Dept Mgr is Role 1 (Needs to Sign) and their team members are all Role 2 (Needs to Review) and this is followed by Role 3 (Needs to Sign 2nd signer-me) followed by multiple Role 4 (Receives a copy) recipients.Will the 2nd signer receive the notification to sign only after Role 1 has signed the document all the team members reviewed the document? If so, if 1 team member does not review the document is it possible to correct or by-pass that reviewer so the 2nd signer receives the notification to sign? Will the recipients in Role 4 (Receives a copy) only receive the copy after the 2nd signer signs the document? And will all the recipients in Roles 1 and 2 also receive a copy of the the document with the s

I have several thousand agreements in my CLM.  There is a new Attribute I am being asked to track across them all that was not entered when we migrated them into the system.  I have the new values for all of the agreements in an excel file.  Is there any way to upload a change to enter values to Attributes across many contracts at the same time?  It is prohibitive to go into each contract and add this Attribute one at a time.  It would take far too long.

I am submitting a document for approval and it only needs to be signed by a majority (3 out of 5 people) to be approved. How can I mark a document as completed once the majority has signed/approved the document?

Hello, I have a user with a DS Sender role that I shared a template with.  She was able to see all the fieldsthat I added to a template but now she cannot see them any longer.  Nothing has changed with herpermissions or the template permissions however when she sends an envelope with this template(and adds other documents), she changes the Envelope Type.  I tried this with another user and theyare able to see the fields, I have one that cannot.  Appreciate any help from the community. ThanksGary

Hi, I paid for a year of docusign personal last August. I get 5 sends a month and have only sent 1 this month, yet docusign states that I am out of envelopes and it is asking me to upgrade. Has anyone else encountered this? I am on hold with docusign currently and hoping to get an answer but wanted to also post here just in case. Thank you in advance if anyone can help out!

I have a question regarding the security and integrity of DocuSign documents. Once a recipient has signed a document, and the sender has already signed, is it still possible for the sender to modify or add information to the document without the recipient being notified of those changes? Thank you in advance

We have a requirement to send a document using the "Email Document" step to the same recipient used in the "Review and Send for Signature" step. However, we’re unable to retrieve the recipient details during runtime, as the step doesn’t provide any useful output. Additionally, we can't predefine the recipient to use a common variable across both steps.Is there a way to dynamically access the recipient information—perhaps using XPath or a system variable—so it can be reused in the "Email Document" step?

The envelope was to be signed by two clients and an adviser from our company. The clients have signed but the adviser is now on holiday for two weeks. I want to change the third signatory to an adviser that is in the office and can DocuSign. Will making this correction resend the envelope to the clients to re-sign?

Is it possible to use variables in the Welcome page text?For example, in Maestro I have a variable that stores the candidate’s name in candidateName. I’d like to display that value directly in the welcome message.I tried using the same variable syntax that works in CLM (<%#Variable.candidateName%>), but it doesn’t work in Web Forms.Is there a supported way to insert field values or variables into the welcome page content?Thanks in advance! 

I want to update hundred plus users as closed.I did an export of the users, updated the status, and tried to do the bulk update.I got the error that I need the APIusername, however, I cannot see where in the user download I can get this field. Can anyone help please?

Hello, I am operating in a weird jurisdiction that partially accept digital signature, only if the digital signature looks the same as the person's signature in their passport/IDs. However, the current DocuSign default setting for signee signature is an autogenerated signature that looks like the typed version of their name. This results in us having to re-send signing invitations so people can correct their signature, which is highly inefficient, especially when signees are unfamiliar with DocuSign features.Is it possible to disable this 'default' and as an exchange, making 'Draw' or 'Upload' the default? Thank you

Is there a way to see the history on when reminders have been sent out  per envelope

Hi DocuSign Community,I’ve searched the forum and FAQs but seems couldn’t find a clear answer.I plan to purchase an additional 100 envelopes halfway through my billing period (around 6 months left until renewal) and will be charged a prorated fee for this purchase.My question is: will the envelope quantity itself also be prorated, or will I still receive the full 100 envelopes for the remaining term?Thanks in advance!

When installing PKI Docusign, the platform still does not identify the presence of the software on the machine. And I also tried to sign using the alternative method you have on your website, I have suppliers who send me contracts to sign from docusign. Is there anything that can be done to solve my problem?

I had three required signers, all have signed but the status for the “receives a copy” recipient is still “waiting” how do I get them the document?  

I’ve placed the anchor tags for my document in a 3 column table.  The first cell has anchor tag \c1\ for recording a Text Tab value for signer’s company, the second cell has anchor tag \n1\ for recording the signer’s full name, and the last cell has anchor tag \s1\ for recording the signature.The problem is that the displayed value for the anchor tags are not wrapping within the cells of the table.  So if the company names or signer’s names are long, they run into the values of the other cells causing the text to overlap.  Is there a way to force the injected text to wrap in the cell and respect the layout where the anchor tag is defined? I’ve tried to specify the “width” property to 100 and “anchorUnits” property to “pixels” (also tried “inches”), but it doesn’t seem to affect anything:"recipients": {    …    "signers": [      {       ...        “Name”: “Sample Name”        "tabs": {          "signHereTabs": [            {              "anchorString": "\s1\",              "anchorUnits

Hi, I am using the C# eSign SDK and am trying to allow users to open a sender view for envelopes that they are not the sender on, but have been granted shared access to. i.e. User A creates a draft envelope and User B opens the sender view for that envelope.The documentation says I need to attach a header ( X-DocuSign-Act-On-Behalf) with the principal user id (User A’s id) as the value in order to act on their behalf.Here’s what I am doing generally in my code (language is Visual Basic).
