I'm stuck in trying to cancel! Help, please!

My account is suspended as I no longer use it and I refuse to pay for something I won’t use.I go through the pages to cancel with Admin, but it wants me to pay before it lets me cancel. I’ve replied to the invoice thats sent to me to cancel, but nothing happens. How can I get rid of this? I haven’t used it in over a year. Thanks, boni

Report on Last Login / Login Source for my organization's Users

My organization uses DocuSign for Salesforce, and we're trying to track adoption, including from which system users more frequently generate/send envelopes. Is there any way to report on this in the DocuSign portal? Received an email without showing the sender asking 'Complete with DocuSign: BOBALBERS57.pdf'

I received an email from an unknown sender. Outlook marked the email as unable to verify sender so may not be safe to open. I do not want to open the unknown Docusign document. How can I verify it is safe to open ? Sincerely, BobA57

Claim Paid Accounts for Domain

Hi, I am looking to reclaim and close old accounts associated with the claimed domain of our organization account. However, they are all paid accounts and cannot be closed. How can I claim these accounts when the original owners are no longer part of the organization and their emails don't exist anymore? Thank you.

signed docusign documents no longer generating folder and saving to it in sharepoint

Hi, this has been working up until the beginning of February, for the last 2 years or so. When a user in sharepoint selects a document to sign using docusign, they sign it, a Docusign folder is created and a copy of the signed document is stored in there. This process no longer works. The folder is no longer generated and the copy of document is no longer saved in Sharepoint? Any ideas?

How do i make my forms signable on mobile devices?

Hello, I’ve made my template mobile friendly but it’s not allowing my staff to sign on their device as they get a pop up saying “Signing Mobile Not Allowed” and “Signing this envelop on a mobile device is not allowed, please use a computer”. This is our first day with it so I apologize for our ignorance.

Automatically insert transhipment user entry in mandatory field several times.

I would like to display the following.I have a value that occurs e.g. 5 times in the form. (Example credit card number). I lead the user to the first credit card number field using the mandatory field and he fills it in. The other 4 fields should be filled automatically with the value of the first entry. Cannot access any of my previous invoices or billing information

Based on the documentation, I should be able to access my billing history and invoices through Admin > Plan and Billing, using this URL: https://apps.docusign.com/admin/billing but mine in empty and I need access to previous invoices. Since I downgraded my account to fremium since then I also don’t have access to support in order to open a new case. Is there a workaround available? Thanks in advance

Phishing Emails from Docusign.net Domain

I'm suddenly getting 3-5 phishing emails a week from the docusign.net domain and none of the standard reporting email addresses like abuse@ or admin@ work. They reject my email, and I can’t find any reporting information on their FAQ page. I guess I'm left with the choice of blocking the domain? Why do they make is difficult to contact support or report phishing? Keeping customers at arms length is bad practice. Edit: Spam@docusign.com. What a waste of my time finding that. Edit 2: Spam@… blocked my email as spam. This is BS. Going to block the domain on the server.

Best way to extract specific document from envelope

Hello all, I am a developer using the eSignature API (specifically the Envelopes API) to construct Envelopes from multiple Composite templates. My goal: I have a use case where I need to download a specific document from a signed Envelope. I want to understand the best / most efficient way to accomplish this. After taking a look at the API documentation, I see that the only way to download a specific document from an Envelope is to use the EnvelopeDocuments:get API, which requires passing in the documentId. I also know that despite specifying unique documentIds in each composite template, the documentId field is not guaranteed to stay the same as the envelope assigns new values to avoid any potential collisions. (See Referencing ID values here). This makes getting the documentId challenging, and I am wondering what is the best way to accomplish this. i can't change my signature and initials on a document

I was sent a document for signature by a 3rd party. I opened the relevant link and uploaded my custom signature. I clicked the region to be signed. Unfortunately the image initials appear too small in the document. Now every time I open the link it uses the same initials to sign and I can't change it. I tried to hover of the logo to get the change signature option but it doesn't show up. How do I resolve this issue?

DocuSign India Aadhar eKYC

We want to use DocuSign to sign HR documents in our organization. Is it mandatory to onboard a certifying authority to partner with DocuSign to make the documents legally admissible? How is using eMudhra different from using eKYC by Aadhar? How can we onboard Aadhar eKYC? If we can complete authentication through eKYC Aadhar - and then get the document signed - will it be legally admissible as per IT act of India 2002?

Please help: is this phishing email from Docusign?

This is the screenshot of an email I received in my yahoo mailbox. It appears to be from PayPal vis Docusign. But as you can see the “To Field” is “ voldingz@jadevortex.cyou ”. It is clearly not my yahoo email address. Also, the so called “paypal customer care” email is “ v.15.gen.4operational@gmail.com ”. It is clearly not from Paypal either. I wonder if this is someone created a random account on Docusign with a Gmail address and sent phishing emails VIA DOCUSIGN? Or just pretended to send emails from Docusign’s server? Part 11 Signature - turning off date/time feature

Is there a way to reduce the Part 11 signature to be just the signature without the date and time for other types of signatures needed, eg Board Consent, etc.? Thank you!

charged my credit card but still a free member

actually I have already submitted a membership cancellation on February 11 2025 (I have received an email from DocuSign regarding the cancellation), but after the expiration date Feb. 28, 2025, DocuSign still charged $120 from my credit card. Ironically, my account is still a free account, I do not even have the authorization to create a case regarding this issue. There is also no customer support call to address this issue. Advice on recipients list

Hello Everyone, I am working on building an envelope template for my HR department tax form. The HR user will just fill out this form with all required fields and send it to the employee to sign. This HR user has an account on Docusign, and the employee doesn’t have a Docusign account. the HR user will just log in and use my template to send that envelope to the employees. Based on my description, how many recipients should I add to the recipients list in my template? And what are the roles? We prefer to send only one email to the employee to sign the form. Thanks

Adding new Params to existing Docusign CLM workflow.

I recently started using the DocuSign CLM tool and created a document generation form, linking it to a workflow through Configurations. While setting up the workflow, I successfully connected the configuration, and the fields created in the form were populated as XML variables. However, when I added new fields to the form, they were not automatically reflected in the workflow. Is there a way to ensure that new fields added to the form are automatically updated in the workflow?

Regarding the Docusign AI extension for CLM, is it not offered in certain regions or customer groups?Our company started using CLM in October 2024, but the “Bulk Documents & Data” button does not appear on my Admin screen.My account is 'CLM.DS', so it seems to meet the criteria for use. DocuSign locking branding for small businesses

I have just updated my account from monthly to annual and discovered the branding functionality has been locked (with no warning). On investigation I have been told this functionality is now only available to enterprise customers paying four figures a month. For small businesses this greatly reduces the value of platform and is a huge change to bring in without any kind of communication. Very disappointing. Hopefully this is something the platform will reconsider

Docusign keeps charging despite having cancelled subscription

Hi all, I cancelled my docusign subscription in December and it confirmed the cancellation on the Website (see screenshot), but it keeps charging me every month. Can’t open a support ticket and all emails remain unanswered. What should I do to cancel my subscription? Thanks, Felix

Problem with line breaks

Help us solve the problem in DocGen. Everything was working fine until last month. I have developed a script that generates a csv document for batch document generation. In one of the text lines I used text formatting with the character “\n”. It used to work, but now in the generated document this character is displayed as \n instead of a newline. What do I have to do to make it work again?
