Hi all! I've created a free account to test DocuSign before I get a paid subscription, it should be the 3rd day of usage out of 30, I sent 4 envelops and now it says that I no longer am able to send. Do any of you know what's going on? Thanks!

unable to see the text type in the preselect field

unable to see the TEXT type in the Pre-fill Field Types when designing a template. i can see only one type: LINEat the time of sending the agreement off to signing, we’d like to fill some values at the last moment, like amount of investment, etc. for that we created custom fields, but those are still not what we want. custom fields still do not serve our purpose as they create a back and forth while sending the agreement. we want the Pre-fill Field Types fields that allow us to fill in the values at the time of sending the document to the investor (as all investor has different allocation amounts). and I’ve read this article here - Sometimes a sender needs to fill out fields before sending but doesn't need to sign the documents. In these cases, pre-fill fields enable senders to fill out their fields before sending. The values the sender enters are burned into the documents for the recipients to see. This topic defines the available pre-fill fields…. but hey, i still can’t see the TEX

I am trying to do a bulk send but I keep getting this error on all of my entries.DocGen creation failed. DocGen creation failed. One or more validation errors occurred.I used the template provided for the bulk send.Anyone have any insight in as to why this is happening?

Protecting / securing an image in a template

Hi there, Is there a way to protect an image in a DocuSign template from being clickable / copied? It is possible with individual PDFs by using security settings, but I do not know how to do this with DocuSign template. For example, if we send out bulk letters that include a “signature” (an image) of an executive, we would like to ensure that image cannot be easily copied. We understand that anyone can take a screenshot and crop, but we would like to at least take the step of making it unclickable. Thanks in advance if anyone has figured out how to do this with DocuSign templates for bulk delivery.

Under my developers account, I have a rule setup that after the completion of an envelope, send a different one to continue the hiring process. The 2nd envelope never gets sent. Any relation to the fact this is in the developers account? Or is something not setup right? Thanks.

Unknown number of signatures on same document

I am trying to create a document to be signed by up to 40 partners. I need their signatures ON THE SAME DOCUMENT. It is possible that some of them will miss the deadline and we will have to submit the document without their signature. How do I create and send a document to be signed that will then integrate all the signatures into a single list at the end of the document, without gaps for those who have not signed?

How can I locate and view a voided document?

I know that you cannot unvoid a voided document, but I would like to be able to locate and view the document still. I have found an envelope ID for the document, but I cannot locate the actual document itself. I’ve read that it’s possible, it will just have VOID watermarks on it, which is fine…… but how do I locate it? SOS.

When sending a document for external review to someone who does not have a CLM license, they can not see previous/redlined versions. Is there a way we can accomplish this without giving them a CLM license?

Free trial recipient limit

Hello.I am using a free trial mode docusign. I understood I have a 30-day trial with 5 envelopes. I used a first envelope with a signature test with nine people and it worked perfectly. Now I am trying to sign a document with 24 people and afeter the first five recipientes there is an alert sign saying “The recipient limit on the envelope has been exceeded.”I don’t understand why I was able to sign a document with 9 recipeints before.What is the limit of recipients for envelope on the free trial mode? Is there a way I can make 24 people sign?Thank you

Is there a way to automate medical consent forms. Recently I have had to fill out and sign forms for my minor children for religious & civic organizations. The forms have many check boxes and signature lines as well as text fields. Both organizations sent them in PDF with the intent of parents printing them, manually filling them out, & returning them in person. Returning them required standing in long lines while volunteers visually checked them and verified they were properly filled & signed. Then all the forms were gathered and put into a box and taken on the trips with the groups to various activities. As a parent it is a little disconcerting that my child's medical info is on a piece of paper reviewed by volunteers and in a box somewhere. My question is: Is there some way to collect and automate that info on DocuSign? Is there a way that DocuSign forms can populate a database which could be later linked to some sort of QR code on a bracelet so that the relev

Unable to verify with old Italian national ID (paper)

Hello,I’ve received a document to sign from a french notary which requires identity verification. I’m doing the verification from Italy with an italian ID document.The document used is an Italian ID card issued in 2017, it is not a plastic card but made of paper folded in two parts, thus providing 4 pages. By following the identification procedure for smartphone it is initially clear that the instructions apply for a plastic ID card where there is a front (with photo) and a back, while with the 4 pages ID document it is unclear how to put the document for front and back scanning from webcam.I tried by the way 4 or 5 times trying to provide different scans of the ID paper receiving this error: “Malheureusement, votre identité n’a pas été vérifiée.” until reaching the limit of attempts.The notary says that I need to contact Docusign to solve the problem, but I’m not a Docusign customer and I cannot find any phone number nor other types of contact from the web.Do you have any suggestion o
