Declining an Envelope - Notification Process

When using a PowerForm, someone is initialling the document to approve the accuracy of certain information submitted by the initial signor, before the other individuals sign. If the information is incorrect and the person required to initial the document declines, do everyone included on the envelop get notified?

Continue option is not showing

Hi Team,we are not getting Continue or finish option after uploading document. we have integrated DocuSign with our application. this issue is happening with only 1 user however rest users are getting. attached image for yor reference.we have done below troubleshooting but result is same.clear cache, history tried the same login with different devices  tried to use different signature.

Is there a way I can upload my signature and save it, so I use the same signature everytime?  I have one that I use in my email and have used for years to sign documents and checks. Right now I have to create a signature each time I sign a document and the software will not even let me save that one.Suggestions Thanks

Popup window for second signer same as witness

I have signer and witness. When signer starts signing, he gets popup window to enter witness information.The Envelope has Witness name and email populated.Q1. How to programmatically convert a PDF field to signable HTML and set signers to sign specific fields

Hi y'all.I am creating an automation (using Node.js) for a client. The client is in the construction business and need to sign some PDF forms along with their customers.The first document is the county's permit. Where the customer (property owner), the constructor company (my client) and a notary needs to sign.My automation is already fulfilling and pdf template with data that comes from X sources. After this step, I will required the customer's (property owner) signature. My PDF has a signature field: `Signature4`, as you can see in the image. I am usign docusign-esign SDK for Node.js, and I am already able to authenticate and create the envelope.For now, the recipient number 1 (the property owner) is set to be a temporary email that I have here. In production, this is going to be the real email of the property owner. However, when I open to sign, I don't have any fields to sign. I tried to create a template, using the same file (fulfilled pdf file) and DocuSign was able to convert th

How to only sign one show one of two documents for Webform

Hi, I wanted to create a Webform for a Supplier Onboarding Form. I wanted to create a template with both form (A and B) and within the webform, let the respondent select which form they will be filling up. I used a radio button at the start to let the respondent select and it should bring them to the appropriate page with the relevant questions for the chosen form. I tried to do a test run first and realized that once I filled up the form and send it off for signature, it shows both the pdf forms as one pdf. I was wondering if it is possible to set it so if the respondent selects form A then at the sign off it only shows form A with the filled up answer and vice versa instead of showing both form A and B but only form A being filled up. Or would I have to actually create 2 separate templates and webform for each form.

After Changes to Collaboratives fields, agreement NOT automatically getting rerouted for sign off

HiI am using a Power Form and wanted certain fields to be Collaborative.  I was able to go into settings in the template and enable as Collaborative as detailed in the link below.https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=gbo1643332197980&topicId=vbt1578456355414.html&_LANG=enusSpecifically in the link below, it indicates that (Optional) If you want all changes to the field to be rerouted to recipients for review and approval, select the Changes Require Initials option.I have done all of this - but nothing is getting automatically rerouted to prior signers after a subsequent signer makes a change?Please advise on why this might be happening Thanks so much for your help!

Sending a document without recipient downloading

Is it possible to send out a document with docusign without allowing the recipient to download it? We would like to send out some confidential documents via docusign in connection with our employment agreements but we wouldn't want the recipient to be able to download those other documents. Is this possible? Thanks!

Salesforce checkbox merge fields cannot writeback?

From poking around a bit, I have come to an understanding that DAL does not support using checkbox fields from Salesforce as merge/writeback fields. Is this true? If so, this seems like a major oversight, especially considering the fact that something like this was possible with the Legacy Docusign integration.We use a number of checkbox fields that we would like to merge/writeback via Docusign contracts, but it seems like there are no solutions other than “change to picklists” i.e. change our entire data model. Has anyone found a workaround? Are there any plans to implement checkbox merge fields?

Envelope delivery failure (TLS failure and reporting) ?

Good morning community!...does anyone know if the DocuSign delivery failure notifications contain content to report the failure due to a TLS error? (in other words, If I activate enforced TLS and the recipients email server does not / cannot support at least TLS 1.2...will I receive sufficient details to notify me OR will I just receive a ‘generic’ Failure notification ?)...and, can I obtain statistics on deliver failures from within the application, as an administrator? Thankyou !!!

QES Testing (Pre-Launch)

We are due to go live with QES at the beginning of November.As you would expect we have watched the DocuSign video, which is very helpful, but for obvious reasons we wanted to test the process ourselves ahead of roll-out. However, when issuing a document (from the Sandbox) requiring a QES to one of the team using their work email address, the process didn’t work: issuing from live also didn’t work, but issuing to a staff member’s personal email address DID work and worked well. Is there a restriction that prevents us issuing to colleagues using their work email addresses - may be because they are already within one of our DocuSign groups? We never encountered that problem when testing documents requiring only a Simple Signature - even with the addition of 2FA. Do we need to tweak a setting?If one of the Community has experience of this, and can share, I would be grateful.Thank you. Alan

Where is my DocuSign saved envelope?

Good morning - I saved a document the other day (I clicked the ‘x’ which says ‘save and close’) but I can’t find the envelope to pick up from where I left off and send it out.  I’ve clicked on each tab and there’s nothing there.  Could someone assist with where I can find it?  I had had trouble previously trying to save and had to re-do it a few times as it kept saying that I had an error with my recipients.  The email addresses and phone numbers for 2-stage verification were correct, so I don’t know why there was an issue.  When I did a new envelope it seemed ok with it and I thought it had saved and closed it.  I’d rather not have to do it all again and want to understand where it goes and what I might have done wrong, or is this an issue with DocuSign with the recipient error?

ISV license query

Hi Community,I have a question related to authenticity and potential misuse of ISV license e-sign. If the ISV license and contract signing is done by a partner with the customer at the partner location using the tablet screen (collection of e-sign) and thereafter enabling customer to click the acceptance of terms on the document, is there a possibility of misuse of the e-sign collected by the partner in future as they had collected the e-sign and potentially stored it in their system? Also only post completion of the signing at partner location, the customer has got the completed document emailed to them. Please advise, thanks!

Hi, at the “Home” tab, it reflects as 1 document is expiring soon but I cannot locate this document even if I select “All Time” or any document sent to me or by me etc. Is there a system glitch somewhere?

1. pass the go-live review, 2. then select a go-live account,input the production admin email3.input passwordthen get error, does anyone have idea?I cant log a support ticket as DocuSign have blocked that now.Also my DocuSign Account Manager has left DocuSign and their email bounces back so can’t even email to get escalated. Any suggestions / help appreciated.
