We have a new team member who we have tried to share several different document templates with. However, the team member is unable to see any of the shared templates. What can we do to help this team member see the templates that they need to do their job?

Hello. The Executive Director at my company frequently receives documents to sign from Docusign. For some reason, in the past few days, she does not receive the email to sign the documents I send in Docusign.. I am not sure what changed, as it was fine last week. I have already read the DocuSign support article about this. It is odd because she has never had a problem receiving emails to sign documents until 2 days ago. 

I have been sent a document to sign by my employer but there is no SIGN button.  I don’t see any other similar function to allow me to sign the document.

I am an admin for my organization which has eSignature Business pro. Our users need to be able to create PowerForms. As a test I’ve confirmed that as an admin I’m able to create a PowerForm so I created a new permission profile that has Powerform admin. I have assigned it to a few users but they are still not able to see Create Powerform from the template page. Can anyone help?

I’m looking to understand the feature for transferring envelopes from one user to another. I want to reassign a particular user’s sent/executed envelopes to various members of the organisation as they are leaving the business- will the original sender of those envelopes be notified about the custody transfer for each of those envelopes individually? I don’t want to flood the inbox unnecessarily.

When I sign onto rooms, the page flashes on the screen and then bounces to the transaction side.  I need to work in rooms.  I have been advised to clear cache which does work, for a few days and then it bounces again

Can I approve a docusign document without actually signing it? We need to be able to send quotes that don't require any signatures, but still leverage DocuSign for our internal approval process before the quote goes to the customer.

Hi, I am trying to add an email address in my document and would like it to act as a hyperlink to email, is this function available? I know how to add a hyperlink to a site in the document, and added an email address the same way using #HREF, but this does not work for email. Should I be using something different to indicate email? Thank you

Does every signer receive a copy of the document once all parties sign?

Last Friday our customers started to receive an error, "Not All Tags Are Signed", even though all of the required fields have been indeed addressed. Has anyone else seen this, and if so, how did you get it resolved? 

Hi Team, Working on an integration utilizing template and sending an envelope. Before sending I want to generate a preview url. This preview url is different everytime I hit the api. How long does this preview url lasts? whats the best practice on generating sender views? Should I retain the generated url until the envelope is sent ? Sender API Regards, Karun

Our instance of DocuSign in integrated with Salesforce. I am trying to build a template document in Word and am having issues with the SuppressTableRow merge tag. I need to build logic that will suppress a table row if field RBD1 has the same value as R90BD1 AND RNEGD1 has the same value as R90NEGD1. This merge tag was suggested by AI but it’s not working. If possible, I would like to create a permission profile that functions as a "Sender" with the added ability to update a template. One particular use case we have would be more efficient if the Sender+ could update some values in the template's fields: Address, for example. Is this possible? The settings indicate no, but wanted to ask anyway. Thank you

Hello, I have used trial plan first with my account and as the trial plan expired I have bought real estate plan through the company intranet but it seems like my existing account is not synced to this subscription plan.Does anyone know how to make my account synced to the subscription plan that I have bought??I cannot use Docusign at the moment…..very frustrating...

HiWe upload word documents that already have working hyperlinks to locations within same document in them but sometimes these get “lost” when we upload into DocuSign. Has anyone else seen this and do you know why and the workaround. It doesn’t occur for every document or link, so I'm guessing must be the way the link has been created in the first place.ThanksJen

I believe that fraud has been committed against my 84 year old mother. She called to try to cancel a subscription with Frontpoint Security. They tried talking here into a new contract. She said no. Now she got a new bill for services. Once we contact them about it, they said that they sent a new contract and she signed it with Docusign. My mother says that she never signed anything. I had them send me a copy of the so called contract and have the envelope number and the signature number. What can I do to prove this is fraud?

I frequently send members of my board of directors and their assistants envelopes containing corporate resolutions that the directors must sign (and that assistants should see in order to remind directors to sign promptly). Each envelope has different documents but the recipient are always the same. How do I create a distribution list that will automatically populate the Docusign recipients fields with the appropriate designations (needs to sign, receives a copy, etc)?

I have sent 2 forms via DocuSign to 2 different people at the University and both say they are not receiving anything to sign.  The first one I resent it 5 times.  They both looked in junk/spam and it was not in there.  The first one I resent to his gmail and it went through fine.  Is this an issue with University emails?
