We allow Document visibility by going to advanced options and under ‘Recipient Privileges’  checking ‘Recipients must be signers to view signed documents’.When we have multiple documents, and some signers sign some documents and not others, the signers who do not sign a certain document cannot view that signed document if they are not a signer. The workaround we came up with for this was to add a small blank ‘read only’ text box for that recipient who was not a singer on the document they are not a signer on in order for them to see it.Hoping there is another way around this issue. Thanks

Is it possible to set the document to save a signer’s progress so they can come back and finish it later?

I set up a payment item, which works fine. the issue im having is with the Pay and Finish pop-up that has a disclosure saying the transaction is between me and the end user.  The transaction needs to reflect the Buisness name, not me.  How do I edit this? Thnak you.

Hi,I have signed a scam email with DocuSign, regarding a reservation of an hotel, by Royal Visit (email: sales@royal-visit.com). Luckly I did not give any bank information, even if (reading now better the document) it says so. What can I do?  

Since Monday, May 6 2024, I have not been able to log into my Docusign account. I enter my email and password successfully, but then it just brings me to a blank page. I’ve tried on Chrome and Microsoft Edge, and I’ve also tried clearing my cache/cookies, but it still doesn’t work. Is there a server down or something? I’m located in the U.S. in EST, if that makes a difference.

Signer keeps receiving notices to sign even after document has been signed by all parties

What am I doing wrong? I send a document for signature with a copy to others for after the signing. The document is going to all recipients before it’s signed?? How do I set up the sending to only go to copied recipients AFTER its been signed only?

Hello, I have updated all of the regional settings in our profile to (UTC+8:00) Perth as well as deselected the allow users to set their own Time Zone and Date Format however when our contracts are coming through the date is still reverting to the American time format (example - 05/07/2024 instead of 07/05/2024 for the 7th May 2024) Is there something that I have missed when creating our envelopes? Thank you in advance for any guidance

hello my friends.  just looking at adding the new docusign functionality for data verification to my application process.  i am wondering how other organizations are using the data they get back to make decisions or are you using it in the envelope on the fly to force the correct response? 

I am trying to integrate the docusign to my existing project and after adding the docusign SDK dependency from below url to my maven project getting error “com.docusign.esign.client -- Cannot be resolved” I followed adding dependency tag (as stated below) to my pom.xml file. https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/sdks/java/setup-and-configuration/ so after adding the dependency, For testing purpose i added a reference “com.docusign.esign.client.ApiClient” to my .java class and started getting above dependency error. do i have to specify any additional dependency for docusing.esign.client apart from below to my pom.xml file? When a notification arrives stating that an envelope has expired, how do I find out which one it is. I sent several in a week and kinda need to know if someone did not respond or why it expired. To my knowledge, none should be expiring or have expired….is that Spam??

Hi,Is there a way to change subject line to remove "requires signing" when a Docusign envelope has been completed and the copy sent to the signer?The initial text comes through in the body once the process is completed. The Subject line does change to “Completed: Requires Signing” and so does the byline in the body of the text, but it is causing confusion for our signers.Is there a way to change this?ThanksBriellen

Hi Docusign Community!I would like to customize my workflow to eliminate redundancy and potential confusion for my customers/signers. Is there a way to automatically change the template message sent to the signer once they complete instead of using the same one when initially asking them to sign?Problem Statement: When a template is used to send documents for signing there is a corresponding message on the template that is part of the email sent to the customer when asking to sign, but then it uses the same message when docusign emails the customer the completed signed document. Below is an example to illustrate. HelloWe have rare cases where we need to indicate the time of signature (hours, minutes, seconds). We do not want to change the date signed setting to include a timestamp in all cases, as this is the exception to the rule.One solution would be to refer to the certificate of completion, but this doesn’t indicate seconds. Is it possible to include seconds in the certificate of completion timestamps?If that isn’t possible, what alternatives are available, either for a user-level or per-envelope setting to include timestamps, or to create a custom field which includes date and time?

Hello everyone, We’re in our 30 day trial period.I’m attempting to test a document that requires a signature from 2 different people. Ie. 2 recipients.The first recipient can sign both signature lines (which isn’t correct) and the second recipient can’t sign any of the signature lines.Can someone help? Where am I going wrong here? I sent an envelope to multiple recipients and added a customized message for each one at the bottom of the envelope where it says “add message” and I then clicked the box that says “Custom email and language for each recipient”.  After send the envelope, I went to the sent box to see my envelope details and the envelope says “no message has been entered”.  Why can’t I view my message to each individual in the details section?  I know there are different messages for each individual in my envelope, because I went in to “correct” the envelope and I can see each individual message there.  Can you please advise what i am doing wrong?  I would like to be able to view and keep the message I sent to each individual. So we created 2 roles, vendor and requester.=> is there a way to populate the requester role with the signed in user who is going to send this template to the vendor?

Hello,I have created a dashboard of a custom workflow step report. The dashboard is showing a workflow status of ‘failed’; however, I have aborted the workflow and my admin workflow activity page shows the same workflow aborted. Any tips how to sync these up? I want failed in my dashboard, but not aborted. Thanks!

I need to add a new email domain to DocuSign. However, I dont see the option to add a domain. I’m an administrator for two accounts and I see the domain option for one account but not the other.
