I’ve just installed Docusign eSignature for Salesforce: The trusted eSignature solution from the App Exchange. The account appears as properly connected to Docusign; however...when checking User Management, the only user (the admin) is set to an active status, but based on a Youtube tutorial, the radio button next to “Active” is not set to green. I wonder if this will affect me ? If so… how can solve this problem ?  

Using the same login email address myself and a colleague are sending documents to clients to sign however checkboxes are showing up but hers are not when delivered. Any reason why? Help?

Hi all, I am unable to get a LIVE person on the phone, and the Sales Rep we have does not seem to answer emails.  How do I get help, we just need to change our credit card but DocuSign has totally locked us out of the system.  As you can imagine, this is quote urgent. Hi,Is there a way for the sender to view data in a completed envelope but to restrict a portion of the data to not print if the documents are printed? Or to have that vulnerable data redacted if the document is printed? Basically the information would only be viewable from the senders online DocuSign account. 

Hello, I created a webform for my company.  Yesterday it was used by an associate.  I was contacted because the webform would not advance to the signing page. I’m not finding anything explaining the issue I’m having.  Anyone have any thoughts?  What can cause this?  Are there any issues with webforms? Any info is appreciated.  

I have this error when i’m trying to send an envelope:"errorCode":"ACCOUNT_LACKS_PERMISSIONS","message":"This Account lacks sufficient permissions. Account does not have permission to set 'display' or 'signermustacknowledge' properties on document ..."this is the production account. Testing in the developer account i never get that error. What is the soultion for this issue ?  

I have a question about QES. When first, I want to sign my document with QES, how I have to do this?We have this situation in some cases as notary.Normaly i could find only standard signature, when i want to sign for myself

I have recently signed three powerform documents. It seems as though I have never signed them/ sent them despite the fact that other signers have received the documents. My email address’s inbox has not received any emails upon the completion of the powerforms. When accessing my docusign accoutn, the ‘Agreements’ tab only contains one of the powerforms, and the powerform folder will load infinitely when pressed (so I can’t attempt to view the documents from that folder either).It is important that I download the completed documents, but I have no access to them. What am I to do now? Any help is appreciated.

Hello,at the moment all our DocuSign users can view all other users in our company in the adress book. This is not very useful for us since we mostly send envelopes and documents to external persons or companies. As an admin, where can I find the settings to enable the visibility of all contacts for all users? Each user should only see its own contacts.Best regards,Katrin

Dear Community,we have the case that account holders want to send a document for signing that already contains the signature of the supervisor. However, this manager does not sign the document himself, but his signature is inserted into the document as an image file by his employees. This is the case for many simple standard processes. The manager would not have the time to sign every single one of these processes himself. Is it possible to store several signatures in the employee's account? One is the employee's own signature, i.e. the account holder, and the other is that of the employee's supervisor, which the employee can use if necessary? Hi, It seems Navigator API is new. so previously developer need to load their list of documents by using envelopes api ?Imnot sure as well why navigator qpi right now is only have retreive a list of agreements and have no different than list envelope documents here I’m developing social medias app where I need to create docusign accounts on our backend (this is done by admin-docusign API right?), so user’s data synced with docusign and can be open with any docusign’s app integrated app. 

Hello,I am using the createBulkSendRequest() function from docusign.BulkEnvelopesApi to send a bulk signing request to 20-30 signers. However, I would also like to send a carbon copy of the documents to the manager.Currently, adding the manager as a carbon copy (CC) recipient in the bulk list results in the manager receiving 20-30 individual emails—one for each signer. Is there a way to send a bulk request to 20-30 recipients while ensuring the manager receives only one email or a single copy of the documents? Thank you.

Hello!  I’m working on creating an integration using the Apex Toolkit and I’m having an issue with my envelope recipient routing order and sequence order. I’ve noticed that when constructing my envelope recipients with the envelope.withRecipients it automatically assigns my recipients a routing order and sequence number based on their order in the recipient list. I need to be able to assign those values myself so that they can align with a template I’m matching my envelope to. Any suggestions on how I can do this would be greatly appreciated! 

Is there a way to customize the email sent from the Agent to customer to not have the originating senders name to be on the email from the API? On the image attached (everything in red) is there a way to put the Agents name in place of the original sender's name so the customer recognizes the document?

Hi Community - I am aware that Completion emails can be configured to attach signed (completed) documents as .PDF’s. I am also aware that there is a size restriction on the documents appended to a single ‘completion’ envelope and that if this restriction is exceeded - the default attachment method applies - the document is attached via the ‘link’ embedded within the email as opposed to a .PDF. Is there a ‘standard’ envelope report which captures the ‘delivery’ (attachment) method and whether that is “.PDF” or “via Link”? I have run tests sending via both methods and the envelope report does have a ‘delivery method’ criteria BUT I have sent 2 envelopes - 1 with PDF’s attachment turned ON, and 1 with the setting disabled….BUT the envelope reports BOTH (under the criteria “delivery method’) as “Email”. Is anyone aware of any report(s) that can differentiate between .PDF’s and via Link, Please?

We have an application the is integrated with DocuSign via the C# SDK.We allow users of our app to sign into their own DocuSign accounts to create and send envelopes which is then facilitated by the various SDK API calls.The users can successfully create and send envelopes, however if they are signed into their own accounts Connect is not capturing any events to forward to our webhook.If we sign in and use the account that is associated with our integration to send and create envelopes Connect forwards the events to our webhook as expected.Am I missing some settings within our configuration of Connect or are you not able to capture events across accounts?Is there any solution to this instead polling for envelope / recipient status changes? 

Is it one license per recruitment person who is sending out contracts to employees? Or does a single license cover a set amount of users.How does this work?

I’ve been using DocuSign for a few years. I’m trying to upload documents and getting a failure notice that is unspecified. The document is small and in PDF format. This is how I’ve always uploaded and have tried with past docs that have been successful and with the current docs. Nothing is working. I restarted my computer and it’s still not working. I’m also paid up to date. I look forward to getting a solution. 

When I upload a TWO PAGE Word document, it changes to THREE PAGES - as if everything has stretched slightly. The last part of page two moves to page three.If I change the document so that it only has 1.5 pages of text it can possibly fit on two docusign pages.How do I make this stop?

Hello. I created power automate, using Docusign action. I have tested some runs and looks like if the recipients are registered Docusign users, they have no problem of receiving documents but it won’t send to the recipients who are not registered to Docusign. (People who do not have license.)Has someone experienced this problem? If so, is there any solution? Thank you! 

Hello!I use Docusign in my work but now the company changed my account to Enterprise Account and now I dont have the Create a Temple button and I dont know what to do, can you please help me? I use the Templates option to avoid mistakes :( :( 

I am trying to get Quote and Product entity data fields from D365 into DocuSign Template but when creating a process in D365 you can only choose a single entity like Quote so I can Merge Quote data fields but not able to Merge Products data fields related to the Quote during the Create a New Dynamics Process step using the guide Merge Data Fields from Microsoft Dynamics to a Docusign TemplateHow can I achieve this any idea?

I am no longer getting email notifications that a document has been signed. I have to keep checking the inbox for completed documents. Is anyone else having this issue?
