I need to transfer 22 envelopes from one user to another. I have selected all the reports, clicked transfer now, but the 'transfer' button is greyed out and I cannot search for any users and if I enter the full name or email then the transfer button is still greyed out.Is it to do with the envelopes containing password protected documents which some/all are? If it is, it would be useful for the system to flag this.If it's not that then how do I transfer the envelopes?I am an administrator and have transferred envelopes in bulk in the past with no problems.Many thanks

I have created a workflow where one of the steps is Send for Review where reviewer downloads the document and can make whatever changes they need. Instead of changing the whole document is there any way that only certain sections can be modifiable and remaining can be read-only.

I want to run a report on PowerForm usage. It would ideally list every PowerForm in the account, the last time it was used, the sender of the PowerForm, and the template used  in the PowerForm. Is this possible either by standard reporting or by API, if so, how?

Our company needs to integrate payments with Stripe into an agreement signing process. The business wishes to restrict payments to only ACH transfers. Is there a way to set this?The AllowedPaymentMethods property of the PaymentDetails, seems to be where this may be set, and it accepts a List<string> of allowed payment methods. I could not locate any documentation for the correct value to allow ACH transfers. Any idea of what that value may be, or if there is another way to restrict the payment type allowed?  

Is the following possible with DocuSign CLM? A document is generated with merged values from a record in Salesforce. The document is then reviewed internally and sent externally for review and redlines. When the parties agree that the document is finalized, we’d like to update the original Salesforce record with the new values that are in the document’s merged fields. Is this possible? If so, I would very much appreciate a summary of how one would go about it. Thanks in advance!

Hi,I received an email link to a DocuSign document, and in the signature section I created a new signature and adopted it but noticed afterwards that I accidently made a mistake in the signature and now am unable to fix it or create a new signature. I did not have a DocuSign account when I signed and adopted the signature at the time. How can this be fixed?Thank you

Hi, We are using a custom URL For button when when we go to ‘Send Agreement’  after we generate the documents, it asks us to add the signing groups and users individually. We would like to have a certain set of users already added so our end users will follow the correct process. Would also like to add a custom email message. We have this all set up with our current templates in DocuSign Apps Launcher but we are unsure how to get it to work with DocuSign Gen. Any insight? I have created my first webform.  I am wondering why when the esignature document is populated for signature, why the recipient is able to modify the mapped responses.

Hi,I have a user that has signed several documents in the past, but cannot see any of them in his history.  where can i find these? 

There are some recipients that don´t wish to interact with the envelope if they dont need to. This means that they will only reject on same cases but dont want to approve all the time. The closing of the envelope is important for other processes so I want to know if DocuSign can do that.

Hi,I’d love to use the Template Assistant for word so that I can have text in my word document replaced as opposed to having to position, pick fonts, etc.I create sender fields in my Word doc as {{FirstName}} and the preview works correctly.When I click Upload to Docusign, the template is uploaded and the editor opens, but none of my fields are recognized.I’ve searched for resources, but am getting confused by Document Gen, whether it requires Salesforce, etc.What am I missing?TIA 

Hello,In our account, we have the following settings enabled: Recipient Authentication Triggers: The first time a recipient accesses an envelope per device.  Recipient Authentication Skip Option: Recipients cannot skip authentication when accessing subsequent envelopes from the same sender.When utilizing in-person signing, the user is prompted to enter the access code to initially access the envelope to sign (on the hosted device). However, once all parties have signed the document, a completed email is sent to the signer where they can view the completed document. If the user clicks that link on a different device, they are not prompted to enter the access code and can view the contents of the document.This is a major security concern if the wrong email was entered or the email was compromised - documents may contain NPPI. Hi allI am looking to implement an “Email Document” step as per https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=yks1643320936212&topicId=hpj1576610096401.html&_LANG=enusI am struggling to find much information on what happens when a bounceback or outbound delivery failure occurs (e.g. SMTP Error 550).  We managed to get some bounceback emails coming back into the system, but want to ensure we cover all failure scenarios appropriately.  Any advice on details for this appreciated! Thanks!

HelloMy wife has been sent a document to sign with e-signature.  The email was sent direct to her private email account from the company.  When she opens it, the signature has my name in it, and not hers.  She forwarded the email to me and the same thing happens when I open the document on my personal email.  The signature is automatically populated with my name.  There is a docusign reference number in the field.  How do we delete my name/signature, and add hers?Many thanks

Hi, We are new to Gen and we use DocuSign Apps Launcher v6.9 within Salesforce. After we generate the documents, how do we send them? I was under the impression that it would be seamless, we generate then we would be prompted to send. But after the documents generate we are prompted to Preview/Download and click done and get directed back to our record. I think I am missing a piece. Can someone provide any insight? Thanks!

I have set up several templates on Docusign for colleagues to use. A colleague has uploaded a document but Docusign hasn’t linked it to the template. This has been working for the past month with no issues but it not working today. Template hasn’t been changed until I went into investigate it just now. Can someone help please?
