Hi everyone,
I just realized that my document has a signature that’s overlapping over another signature. It’s most likely a mistake on my part but I’m looking for a way to remove it. The signer has already completed her signature and I can’t seem to find any resource on how to remove this signature.
I really don’t want to send it again for my group to sign so is there a work around for this?
I tried to find a way to contact docusign but it seems that they don’t want to ever be contacted to support their customers.

If the signer has completed their portion - no changes can be made.
If the signer had noticed the overlap before hitting ‘finish’ you could have corrected the placement of the signature. But once “finish” is clicked, then no changes can be made.
