I have quite a few agreements where an amendment will reduce the amount owed.  In the regular Agreement Value Attributes, I can enter a negative number quite easily by putting a “-” before the number that is being reduced.  In the Party Management section, though, in Document Details under Value, it will only let me enter a positive number, it seems.  How do I show that an amendment is reducing the value of the original agreement?

I have a number field currently that accepts all values. I want to add a validation/condition that would restrict the field to only accept positive values (values >= 0) How do I do this?

I am reaching out regarding my subscription to the Standard Pro Plan, which I recently switched to after using a Business Pro trial. I understand that the Standard Pro Plan allows for up to 100 signatures annually.However, since the report combines the usage from the trial period with my current subscription, it is difficult to determine how many signature slots remain for my Standard Pro Plan specifically. Could you kindly clarify where I can find the remaining signature count exclusive to the Standard Pro Plan?

I have been trying to work with Docusign Support for over a week now to get a domain claim removed since we closed our account back in September/October. Is it normal for Docusign Support to take days to respond to follow up requests? This issue has turned into a high priority issue since it cause our executives to be unable to sign anything we’ve received and business is coming to a halt. 

I am not sure if this is even possible, but I am looking for help on requiring a signature if one or more checkbox is selected for this vaccination declination form. If one is selected in the above sheet, it will automatically select it here, but I can’t seem to attach the signature to the option of one or more? I even used validation, but not sure if I missed a step to get it to work? It works for one checkbox but not if we select the other 2 and not the one that it’s technically set up for. Any one have any ideas on this?

We have one organization account with many sub-accounts. I'd like to migrate all templates of the users from on sub account to the main account. Anyone know how?

I wanted to test the new Agreement Template Builder (ATB) to create a template for bulk sending but it is not available in my demo account.I checked the sending settings page and the option to turn it on is not available. In my production account it is and I was able to turn it on but my users have been instructed to always create templates in demo version first to test if they have done the set up correctly so I also want it to work in the demo account.Does anybody know how to turn Agreement Template Builder (ATB) on in the demo account? 

I’m not expecting any documents for my signature, but I just got an email that looks like it’s from DocuSign from dse_na2@bex.net   Is this legit? 

Hi, I'd like to know how is it possible that if I foreword the email with the request to sign a document that my account received to another e-mail address., this last one can sign with my name. Someone else have the some problem?

Can recipients of the Docusign email forward the email to other people for signautre?

This is a Docusign question, not a legal question. The situation: We negotiated the terms for an residential lease with a realtor. They sent it to us to be signed, which we did. I signed and my wife signed and the document is “completed” per Docusign. The landlord is “an older guy” who doesn’t do stuff online, so the realtor printed our partially executed, Docusign-completed version to get landlord’s signature in ink so it would be fully executed. Fine.Here’s where it gets complicated: when the realtor brought the partially executed document to the landlord, the landlord tried to renegotiate the terms with us (apparently, we were not negotiating with the landlord, but with the realtor, and the landlord and realtor were not on the same page). The problem: In the end, we were not able to come to an agreement with the landlord, and now there is a partially executed version of this document out there. hi, I had a user complain to me about not being able to resize or move initial fields or signature fields like she did before.  I see that ‘formatting scale’ allows the field to be adjusted between 50-100%. Is this new?  I was sure I used to be able to make these smaller.thanks  

Hello, DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce admins, I am working on building a DocuSign envelope template inside Salesforce using DocuSign App Launcher(DAL), in this template, I have a requirement to pre-populate data into the document from three sources, the source object itself, its parent record, and its child record. I could add merging fields for the source record, and its parent record, but my question here is for children, if the source record has multiple children, how does DocuSign know which child record to retrieve the data from it? Is it the most recent child record or the first created one or what? Hi Community. I have a simple document and wish to achieve this outcome: I have a dropdown with 3 options (A,B & C)...these have corresponding values of 1,2 & 3. If I select option A...the output = 1 (and so on). I also have 3 sets of Radio buttons...which need to be displayed based on outcome of users selection of dropdown. If I select Option A, only the first set of radio buttons need to be visible...If I select Option B - both the first and second set of radio buttons need to be visible...and I select option C...all 3 sets need to be visible. I have placed 3 formula fields on the document with this structure: if([DROPDOWN]>=1,1,0) / if([DROPDOWN]>=2,1,0) / if([DROPDOWN]>=3,1,0). I have set up conditional fields so if Formula 1 is satisfied (i.e. it outputs a value of 1 because the logic is satisfied) - show only the first set of radio buttons...and extended this for formula 2 & 3. I need to Hide the sender details in the “Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure” modal. Can any one help me here? When sending out a request for signature, the first thing the customer sees is a checkbox where he accepts the electronic record and signature disclosure. In that component, it shows the sender card along with the email message. Can we hide the Sender Card details. I want to show only the email message. 

We have a signer who is getting looped to the top of the envelope when he tries to sign any page below page 6. There are 5 places for him to sign. He signs the 1st, then scrolls to the next and when trying to sign it takes him back up to the 1st again. Ideas as to what could be happening?

Someone externally has received a Docusign envelope from our company. The person who sent the envelope has left and we have no way of accessing his account. Is there any way the recipient can void an envelope so that they stop receiving the notifications? 

I have multiple documents in my envelope, one of them is signed. I want to replace one that has not been signed yet. Is there a way to do this?

I have an Adobe document with embedded signature and date fields. When I pull that into Docusign, the signature field comes over perfect and functions as intended. The date field comes over as optional text. Is there any way, other than dragging in a docusign field to each document, to made the date field auto populate in Docusign?
