My brokerage is trying to set me up on Docusign rooms with my work account and when they try it shows that there is an error and that I already have an account. However my actual account is my personal and private email address that is the one that shows up in my current and functional docusign account. Thoughts? 

Is there a way to see the original unsigned document in a completed envelop

Hello - As the DS Admin for my organization, I’m focusing on creating offboarding processes for users who have been separated from the company. My initial process is when a user is offboarded or no longer needs a DS license, I transfer their envelopes to myself before I close their license. Is that best practice or is there a better way to handle the data? My goal is to keep the org’s envelopes/data within our environment. But one thing I notice is when I custody transfer the separated user’s envelopes to myself, I only get the envelopes sent by the separated user’s, not the envelopes they have signed and received. Is there a way to pull this information out as an admin?Any best practice tips on how to manage offboarding users and keeping the company’s data protected would be appreciated. Thanks,

Hi,Currently to get JWT access token we are following these two steps. Step -1: manual action:Currently to get JWT access token we need to manually prepare JWT JSON and here we need to add start time, expire time and need to generate JWT token.Step-2: Rest APIFrom the above generated JWT token we are execute DocuSign API to get the access token “https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/token?grant_type=urn:ietf:params:oauth:grant-type:jwt-bearer&assertion=<JWT token>. Is there any way so that with the user credentials/data we need to fire only one API to get the access token no need of again manual generation of JWT token. Is there any way to avoid manual action.  

Unable to login to Docusign. The "update" Docusign is providing below: https://status.docusign.com/incidents/z0n5pff9sx55 - does NOT help, this is a new issue that has come up today (5/15/23) for many DocuSign members. Is there a new problem site?

Hi Team,I have configured the webhook feature in my demo account and include OAuth for integration and security, the webhook attempts to call the API when an event is triggered. However, I got  an error message in the log. Here is the error message: Error: https://dev.api.genpt.com/catalog/debi-service/debi/documentSign/status :: Error - HTTP call to OAuth authorization server failed: HTTP status code = 401, OAuth response = {"fault":{"faultstring":"Invalid access token","detail":{"errorcode":"oauth.v2.InvalidAccessToken"}}}; My question is: What details can I expect in the webhook API call? What should I configure in my service to handle this properly? Can anyone help us with this? Regards,Adarsh

My “Completed” contracts is not in sync with the emails that indicate completed. The completedfrom DocuSign emails is showing the actual number of documents signed and completed? Would there be a reason why it is not showing the correct competed contracts in the Completed link from the homepage? 

Hi Team, We have currently setup Docusign integration via Dynamics 365 for our client, However we are facing challenges in the below two scenarios and any guidance on the same would be appreciated. There is a Dynamics 365 workflow that we have configured to create an envelope, add sharepoint document to the envelope, add recipients to the envelope with signing order and role. However we are looking for automating the system to update a D365 record when the first recipient signs and then when the second recipient signs. However as per our observation the Docusign transaction envelope status changes to Sent when the email is sent to the first recipient and changes to completed only when second recipient signs. Is there a way to identify if first recipient has signed the document by workflow? We did see that there is a Get recipient status action for power automate, however we are just going simple docusign workflow automation with this one. The saving of document is happening with Email

If an envelope is set to expire on a given date, does it expire at the beginning of that date or at the end? Or does it depend on the time the expiration date was set?Thanks,Teri

HelloI use the drawing field on a car sales application form, when the signer draws inside the field, the initial view of the signer appears normal, but when the document is downloaded the field expands across the entire sheet and does not allow me to see the rest of the content documentI have minimized the field size, adjusted the view to be responsive, renamed the field but nothing seems to work properly, does anyone know why this is happening? I’m making a template that goes back and forth between 2 parties.When party A makes a change to a data field, and the envelope goes back to party B. I want DocuSign to take party B to those changes and not directly to the signing required at the end of the document.  I’ve already set the fields to “required” but DocuSign still takes party B directly to the end of the document to sign, instead of directing them to review the changes.

Hi everyone,I am using templates with fields that the first recipient needs to fill. These fields are for instance purchase order numbers, part numbers,...It is a kind of certificate of compliance for our customers. There is a lot of informations in that document and sometimes mistakes happen.The first recipient fills the document. The next recipient  reads it and is supposed to sign if it’s correct.If the second recipient detects a mistake, he voids the document. That’s how the process seems to be in docusign. The issue is that if the document is voided then everything that has been filled by the first recipient is lost. I am looking for a solution that allows the first recipient to get back his document as he filled it and to correct it. Any idea?

Hello,I am trying to generate a flow in Power Automate that is triggered off when a Docusign envelope changes, however, am running into the following error code: The request failed. Response content: '{"errorCode":"USER_NOT_ACCOUNT_ADMIN","message":" User is not an account administrator."}'.After researching this, it’s my understanding that a DocuSign administrator must enable Docusign Connect before a non-administrator can use the Docusign for Power Automate connector to run a flow when an envelope status changes. I have met with the Docusign administrator for my account and we have tried to follow the instructions linked below but do not have a button for “Enable Connect” in the top righthand corner. We do have the ability to click on the “Add Configuration” button, however, upon trying to add a configuration we receive receive another error message stating that Docusign “needs permission to access resource in your organization that only an admin can grant” (see below). Would greatly

I am unable to recieve documents directly to my docusign. Typically when someone sends me something to sign or view, I can usually find it in the Action Required tab. However, lately it has not shown up there. I get the notification in email that I have a document, but its not listed where it normally is. The only way to access documents that have been sent to me is through email. How can I fix this?

But everytime, when I type : https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/auth?response_type=code&scope=signature&client_id={my_real_client_id}&redirect_uri=https://localhost:8080/callbackDocusign ask the developer account to sign in, otherwise I cannot get the auth code, so I cannot get the access token by the auth code. So it is not a one time thing, everytime, If I want to call some eSign API, I need to login the developer account everytime, why? 

Quick one,  I am working on Docusign in our test environment and completed the build. I have this button that was initially created through “Application Forms” Template and was working fine. I created another template “Application Forms V2” and replaced the templated ID in the old button and chose not to create a new button. Why do I get this prompt ?That wipes out the fields from the actual template if I chose to click CANCEL on the above prompt.This is prompting me to use the “Application Forms” which is the older version.

Good morning.   As Administrators of our DocuSign account we create templates for users to send for signatures.   Since yesterday we are encountering the below error on all our DEMO templateswhen clicking on USE.  Can anyone help with this? 

Why am I suddenly getting an ‘exceeds signature limits’ on an envelop that only requires 7 signatures? 

There are situations where we are asked to send the DocuSign envelope to an admin who will reassign it to the correct signatory. When doing this, the “Name” Field will add the original recipient's name and, when reassign, the correct signatory’s name will overlap with the original recipient. How do we prevent the name being added prior to signature? 

I'm trying to download copies of signed documents combined into one file with the signature summary page. However, when I tick the 'combine all PDFs into one file' box, the certificate of completion is automatically unselected. How can I work around this?

I have created a template for an activity report.  Each individual employee needs to complete and sign their form; it’s then reviewed by their supervisor and signed; then reviewed by their manager and signed.  The standard template works great and the .csv bulk send is successful.But here is the issue: some employees cross multiple projects and have multiple supervisors, meaning: the employee completes and signs their form; then it’s reviewed by two separate supervisors and signed; then reviewed by their manager and signed.If I attempt to bulk send to everyone with enough optional signatures to accommodate the multi-supervisor exceptions, I cannot bulk send.  Every employee would need an email for the second supervisor, even if they don’t have one.Any suggestions to accommodate a sometimes-used signature field?

I have a Minor Consent Form that only ages 14-17 can use. Is there a way to use a date field of their birth date to limit entries between that (rolling) 4-year period? Eg. someone too young, say 13 or younger, or, someone too old, 18 or older cannot continue. If I cannot solely use the date field of their birthday via formula to accomplish this, is there a way that I can list 2 date fields that automatically update between that 4-year window and say something like, “Your birthday must fall between Date and Date to use this Consent Form” and tie the birthdate field in via formula so if the birthdate field is outside of that range, it will flag/not let them complete the field and stop the Envelope process. I do have Formula access to my account but am unsure of the best way to accomplish this. If someone has a different Idea to accomplish this or a variant of the process, I am all ears. Thanks so much in advance for any assistance.
