Hello, The DocuSign platform shows an ‘Invoice Overdue’ notice when we open it. One of the invoices is indeed overdue. I contacted the Credit Department on 09 Jan to confirm that the invoice has now been received and that it will be paid by the end of the month. The notice disappeared at the time, but it is back (17 Jan).I have emailed the Credit Dpmt again but I believe that there is also a way to confirm on the platform that the invoice is not being challenged and will be settled; this in turn makes the notice disappears apparently . Is somebody able to tell me how to do this?Thank you!Celine

Hello! I’m doing some testing on a demo developer account. I’m creating test templates using the word template assistant and I keep getting a syntax error message when I try to upload the template. From everything I have looked up on the documentation this syntax should be correct. Why can’t I get this template to upload? Is this a limitation of demo?The template is attached below. 

Hi Everyone,Wanted to understand if there is way to send same envelope to multiple recipients if envelope is created using a template and in a template there are multiple documents and and each having sender fields and we need pass the value for each individual recipient

I need to add a date field to a template but it isn’t the date signed. I only see two “number” fields, number and currency. Help! Thanks!

Has anyone seen the below error when trying to send an envelope "Unable to create the envelope. Cannot read property '_showValidationError' or undefined"

If a signer adds markups to a document and another signer wants to reject one, or some, of the markups then how is that done without voiding the entire envelope? It does not appear that the markup can be deleted. It is otherwise not a solution to delete the markup text and sign off because it will leave a blank box over the original text so that the original text is covered up and thus effectively removed from the document. It is not possible to remove a markup using the CORRECT feature. DocuSign Support advised removing the document in its entirety and adding it back but that would simultaneously wipe all markups, including those that have been agreed to or are still being negotiated, so that is also not a viable solution.The idea of the markup feature is that text can be negotiated by multiple signers directly through DocuSign so that all communications can be contained within the envelope. So, how is this done?

I am having trouble sending envelopes. No trouble for several years until now. I’ve tried sending twice to a client, and then to myself, and no envelopes have been received, neither by me nor by the client. I am not delinquent in payments, and have received no notification from DocuSign of any issues with my account.There doesn’t seem to be any way to contact support to address this situation. Also, I have tried to start a case, but it asks login information which, apparently is not the same as for support account, and when I select forgot password and use our business email,  which is the one on file, nothing happens--I receive no email to our business email.I don’t see any other options available to fix the issue.Any suggestions?

The integration is authorized and generally works, but we encounter problems when sending certain documents for signature.Issue:Some documents trigger the error message:“The server has encountered an issue while processing this request.”This happens regardless of the method we use to send the document.Key Details:There’s no clear pattern linking the problematic documents. Interestingly, if I upload two identical copies of the same document, one may trigger the error while the other sends successfully.Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Are there any specific troubleshooting steps we can take on the DocuSign side to identify the root cause?Thanks in advance for your support!  

Hello DocuSign Mastermind!I sell Real Estate. I have been using DocuSign since it first came available years ago. It has changed my business dramatically for the better. Recently, as PDF files have become harder to edit, I have become very fond of the ability to mark up a file using the Pre-fill tool to strike out items with a red line and then add in text when negotiating a contract and have a client initial a change. This was a great addition!!However, I always get disappointed when I have to use the mobile app and cant use this feature? Am I missing something??Much my business is done on the go, and it would be a huge addition to the mobile app if the Pre-Fill features was available!? Any Thoughts or work arounds?

Hi all, a few weeks ago users started to get the message presented in the title. Since we are using DocuSign internally, many are complaining about it. Why did this message/dialog start coming up? On my last Docusign Document, I imported a copy of my real signature rather than using my docusign signature (Dumb idea). The company I am dealing with thinks the signature is “too light and unreadable”Can I change the signature on that document, and if so, how?

How can I update attributes that are either missing or need to be changed in bulk?I’ve read this article that teaches how to do it as if you’re bringing in bulk documents from another platform, but my documents are already in CLM. They need to have certain (existing) attributes changed or added.

I’m looking to streamline the process of visitors signing a Mutual Confidentiality Agreement upon entering our offices for reasons I cannot disclose. There are days where we will have two to three people that we may or may not be aware of their names before they arrive. I’d like to be able to have them walk to the tablet where a blank form would be ready for them to read over. After reading, they would sign and date with their email/title. The date should be prefilled and a signature from one of our staff should be prefilled as well (with date, not sure on the legality of this or what is necessary to do so). Is there a way to do this within Docusign, if we don’t know who the person might be coming in? After hitting submit, it would be nice if it just reset to the blank template/web form or whatever it takes to make this happen.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

HelloI have two questions in related to Maestro Workflow:Did Docusign remove Starting Variable from Maestro Workflow?  I have seen training video (might be old videos) where you can configure Participants and Starting Variables when one creates a Maestro Workflow.  But I couldn’t find where to create the Starting Variables when creating a Maestro Workflow. Is it possible to do a bulk sending a Maestro Workflow with a CSV so that recipients’ information in the CSV is available to the Steps within the Maestro Workflow.Thank you.Sam

The file size limit in eSignature being 25MB really limits the use of PA in such cases.

Hi, We have different teammates being copied on final documents. They are not receiving in their Inbox/Completed the copy of the finalized document. They however receive a notification once the document has been completed. They can only access it while the link is active. The signing order is set and active.  We had them as sequential before, now trying that all those cc’d with the same order, still not working.We need people to receive a copy of the completed document so they can have access anytime. They cannot be relying on someont to send it to them. Or on the notification link (which they are getting) because it expires too quickly. For those of you who the cc function works, can you describe the full set up and steps? And how to people access the completed documents? (In case we are doing something else incorrectly). Your help is appreciated!  

I have already filled the fields on my pdf form.  I drag it to start getting  signatures, somehow, a pop up says “We found form fields for MY FILE NAME.pdf”and all the information I typed in on my form are gone???HOW DO I CHANGE IT TO KEEP MY PDF AS IS WITH MY TYPED INFORMATION?Thanks!

Most frequently, after selecting their country of issue and choosing an ID type, they encounter a “Couldn't connect to this service” error. I’ve attached one of the screenshots.My team and I have tested the process thoroughly but haven't been able to replicate this error on our end. If the signer then wants to fill in this field, he still has to remove the words “location” or “special number” before he can enter his own text.What setting can I use to display a descriptive alt text for the document fields, which does not have to be deleted when the signer clicks on the field, but simply disappears?Many thanks in advance!

Hello docusign community, due to data protection requirements I want to find out what happens to the contacts of a user that are deleted.Related article: What happens to a user's data once the user is closed?The article does unfortunatelly does not mention the contacts of a deleted user. There is an API endpoint that can be used for deleting the contacts of a user but what is the default action to happen in case a user is deleted?

Hi, I wanted to know if it is possible to download a document from an external source using the http client in CLM. I have to download the audit trail from adobe. I have set the headers as Accept: application/pdf. My response is showing 200 but I’m unable to see anything in the output variable. I’ve tried to set output variable as document, custom xml and text. document and xml ones are showing empty and the text one says Action failed with exception, returned: Value of variable output contains invalid unprintable characters.Thanks for your time and help.
