Switching over from DocHub to DocuSign

Hey everyone! My company is switching over from DocHub to DocuSign and would like to transfer all of our signed documents. I cannot figure out how to add our documents to DocuSign without going through the motions of setting up a signature request. Surely someone else has done this before, right? :)

SSO/SAML for Active Directory

I’m setting up SSO through ADFS to our internal Active Directory. The SAML response I’m getting is InvalidNameIDPolicy. I imagine there is some mapping I’m missing. The documentation isn’t clear. Email from DocuSign when a student submits petition

Students submit “petitions” through DocuSign from our website. Once they have submitted the petition, they do not receive an email from DocuSign saying that they have submitted the form nor does it appear in their homepage dashboard. The only option they have once they have submitted the form is to save a PDF version. Is there a way for DocuSign to send the student an acknowledgement of the form being submitted with a link to how to see it again in DocuSign?

Trying to increase the number of characters allowed for the custom text feature

Hi, I’ve looked everywhere for this. On the left hand side of the Tools menu in Docusign, there is a Text feature. This would be for custom text that you want to add onto a document, such as a comment.In my case, I have to use this feature quite a bit. Sometimes I have to add a client’s address, or a note, etc. And the text I need to add is much longer than the 40 or so characters allowed in that little box.Is there any way at all to increase the number of characters allowed? Right now I am having to use like 4 text boxes for 8 words! The words can wrap if you use the little arrow to expand the box, but they only do so vertically, so it looks pretty bad!

DocuSign is integrated with this company name for ESignature.Question - Is there a way to modify the text ‘IcertisAPI via DocuSign’ into a text which user/customer wants.

We sometimes have documents that follow a workflow, i.e. someone initiates the document, the first colleague signs it, the next colleague fills something out in the document to be signed and also signs it, the third colleague fills something out in the document and also signs it.How can this be mapped with DocuSign?A document that has been sent for signature can no longer be changed.Do I then have to take the detour that the second colleague downloads the document, makes his changes and sends it to the third colleague for signature, who in turn downloads the document, adds his changes and signs it? Hello everyone,I'm using TeamTailor to trigger/get a template from DocuSign. However, I'm encountering an error message: "Failed to fetch config from partner: 'This User lacks sufficient permissions. User does not have the permission to the RequestTemplates method'." I've tried troubleshooting on my own, but I'm unable to resolve this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Unable to find dsfs__DocuSign_Recipient_Status__c object in salesforce

I have installed the DocuSign for Salesforce core package in my sandbox. I want the recipient related list on contact with following fields DocuSign Recipient Name, DocuSign Recipient Email, DocuSign Routing Order, Recipient Status, DocuSign Status Record, Date Sent, Date Delivered, Date Signed, Date Declined, Declined Reason I checked and found out that I do not have ‘dsfs__DocuSign_Recipient_Status__c’ Object in my sandbox that consist these fields. Can someone help me in adding this object or tell me whats wrong and what can ii do to get this. Thanks
