My brokerage is switching to another digital signature platform - I would like to keep my current Docusign associated with my email and everything in there including Docusign Trans Rooms 

Hello, I downgraded my paid Docusign account and I now can’t see my previous invoices anymore but I need them ASAP. Because I now have a free account, I cannot contact the support to ask for the invoices.  Does somebody know where I can find my previous invoices or how I can contact the support to get them? Thanks a lot!

When I send envelopes to be signed, when the recipient receives the e-mail in his phone and click on the button to sign, it shows a webpage saying that signature fom mobile devices is not permitted is this normal?

I've configured many DocuSign PowerForms over the years, but I was recently asked to support a new use case that doesn't appear possible.What the client wants is for the PowerForm owner and the signer to both receive an email notification when an envelope is completed. That piece is easy. However, they also want only the PowerForm owner to receive the completed documents attached to that email. They don't want the signer to receive any attachments; they want the signer to only receive the email notification, with nothing attached. As far as I can tell and have tested, all attachment settings I can see for completed envelopes apply globally, both to senders and signers. I'm hoping I'm wrong though.Does anyone know of a way to do this?

Signing a document for insurance, there is a section where it asks for ONE AND ONLY ONE initial to be signed, however, the document says it is not finished until I sign all other options as well. What is the issue?

We renewed our subscription for 100 enevlopes on Dec 5. We have used 15 only since then. However, we were billed last week for using 15 envelopes seperately. It’s been 6 days and no response from customer service? These kind of practices will ensure customers leave. We have signed up with Adobe already. ….unlimited enevlopes plus use of their DC software for the same price.

None of the users can log in, no reset password gets sent in. No response from a support email.  What’s going on?

There is a requirement to access related list details and display them within a table dynamically on a DocuSign Envelope Template.Opportunity (Source Object) > Clean Energy Application custom object (Reference) > Clean Energy Application Line Item custom object details for each line item (Child).Challenges:DocuSign Merge Field Limitation: Currently, it is not possible to create a merge field within DocuSign that can pull and display the CEA line item details from the Clean Energy Application. This limitation exists both within the DocuSign app and within the Document Custom Fields in the DocuSign web account.Static Document Template: In the current template design, the document uploaded is static, which prevents the dynamic display of CEA line item details for each application. Given these challenges, is there any way to achieve the desired outcome? I’m trying to delete my Docusign account (auto renewal) as I have retired and the problem is I can’t contact a human being for help and no way online to get help without access to my old email account which I no longer have access to   Any ideas of how to actually get someone to help me?  

I am trying to send a document that needs 2 signatures. I downloaded the document, added the 2 names and scrolled down to the bottom and the “Next” button is not there, so I can’t go to the next page where I indicate where they sign. I have never seen this happen before, I am stuck on the first page!

Hi all, I’m looking for a way to populate multiple First and Last Names of signatories in “Review and Send for Signature” step. I’m able to input multiple recipients using comma delimited values but not their first and last names. I tried using whitespace and semicolon delimited values but to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi, We use DocuSign to get prospective tenants sign lease agreements. One of the fields in the lease is an address that the tenant has to enter. Is there a way to check the validity of the address as it is entered? This would help avoid typographical errors or some using incorrect addresses. Thanks.

Hello,I am on the Standard Plan, which provides 10 envelopes per month. However, after each billing cycle, the number of envelopes does not reset, and instead, it stays the same or even increases. As a result, my monthly limit of 10 envelopes is not being renewed, and I am constantly being shown as exceeding my limit.Could you please assist me with this issue?

I have an existing workflow in DocuSign CLM I’d like to save the signed contract to a SharePoint Library.  I could not find a Workflow step that saves to SharePoint. I opened Power Automate and looked over the connectors and my thought is I can achieve this only if I create the workflow in Power Automate, am I correct?I didn’t see anything that connected…

Since last week, the text of the e-mail notification is displayed to the signers when they open the envelope. Is there a way to change this again? The text should really only be displayed in the e-mail and not in docusign itself.

I canceled my paid plan before the due date for the next yearly billing payment. I was assured that I would not be charged because I canceled before the renewal date.However, surprise! I was charged months later. What?! This is unacceptable, deceptive, and theft. I need someone to refund that money immediately please.I tried to call, but phone support is no longer available without submitting a support ticket. But you can’t submit a support ticket without a paid plan, which I don’t have anymore. I tried emailing customersupport@docusign.com but received an automated reply saying “Undelivered: This email address is for communication on open cases only.” There is no way for me to open a case!Is there anything else I can do before getting my lawyers involved and taking legal action against DocuSign for deception and theft?

Hi everyone,I have a question about integration keys in the developer account.If you create an integration key in a free developer account, you need to promote it to production using your production account to move it to production.What about a paid developer account? Do integration keys created in a paid developer account still require promotion to production, or are they promoted to production by default?
