I have been charged for April’s subscription but downgraded to the free service in March.  I cannot file a support case because my subscription doesn’t cover that.  There is no one to contact and every chat refers me to the support case option.  Any help out there?

When our bank started using DocuSign we were ‘masking’ account numbers within the document names, but I can’t remember why we were doing this.  Does anyone know what the risk is for the customer if we don’t mask?  Thanks, Sharon

I need to speak with someone in support, but cannot submit a support ticket or get anyone on the phone to answer my question. I need to change my user name so that it is correct when emails are sent to my customers. I have tried to update it under Admin, Users, Actions, Edit, but I keep getting an error message “An error occurred while getting user detail”.  I need to change a simple thing and cannot get anyone interact with me in any way from DocuSign!  

Hi,Looking for some advice here.My client uses Docusign for a variety of purposes and has two main workflows:One form is sent to users via a Power Form url (in an email message). The user completes the document, submits it and should be taken back to the client’s website. Another set of forms is handled manually. The client adds a document, sets the signing order, email subject and message, and expiration + due dates. Then they set the signing fields on the document and hit send. In this case, they don’t want the users to be redirected back to their website. They prefer just having the default experience where the user remains on the Docusign site with a message telling them that they’re done.We recently added a Brand to their account with some redirect urls in it. This ended up sending all their signers back to the client’s website. As the client did not want that, we removed the branding for now.It sounds like they could get around this by upgrading their account to support multiple

I need to sent 40 separate contracts to 40 members. I send - they sign and return? Does this mean 40 separate envelopes? I am aware of bulk send and need to deploy that in a few week. 

Once again after several years of freedom from Docusign sending me docs in Hebrew, they started doing it again!. I have to figure out where to sign by simple guessing. How can I get this to stop? I have the language set to English - the only language that I speak.

I am sending a purchase of sale agreement to a seller. I am a sender and a signer, when the email comes in from docusign it says “message from Zachary Saunders, Zachary Saunders”     I need to remove the duplicated name, any ideas? I have my name entered correctly on my profile and in the recipient list. I think this may be happening because I am the sender as well as a signer. 

Can we get the link for the signer? I would like to get the link which the signer can access to the signing documents directly. Sometimes accessing from Email is troublesome. Quick answer is highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

How to correct the email address the document was sent to

After refresh my sandbox with production. Again user is added in the “Docusign Setup”> “User Managemenet”. User has necessary permission set assigned for generates and send document.Now after generate the document, when I hit “Send with Docusign” Action Button. It shows an error toast notification with “Not Found”.After that nothing happens. and Send with Docusign page stays on that page only.What would be the issue

I am developing a project for my comRemove completion emails sent after signatures are finalized for my signers.pany that involves having 5 people sign my envelope, but after all participants have signed, everyone receives an email with the completed document. After the third person, personal information is managed. I have already tried disabling the completion notifications in my DocuSign admin settings, but it still sends the completed document at the end. What solution can I use to prevent certain recipients from receiving the full document at the end?

Hello, thanks in advance for your assistance.  I am new as an administrator.  We have about 100 people that use DocuSign, but we have one employee that sends out documents but notifications by email are never received.  Is there something in her settings that we can change.  She usually has to let us know there is a document and we see it available once signed in.  It would be nice it a notification was received.  Assuming this has to do with her settings as this doesn’t happen to anyone else.  Chris

We are testing the use of healthcare fields in our demo environment, but we only have one group that needs to use them. If we enable them in production, is there a way to restrict access to healthcare fields to only the groups or users that need them?

We occasionally have customers that think, or at least say, that they completed docs but are not received by us.I presume that the final step is for them to hit a highlighted button that has the word “Finish” on it, but i am not positive. Could someone verify this and offer any ideas as to how someone could think they completed docs yet either 1) did not hit the correct button to transmit, or 2) why said button might be programmatically disabled? Many Thanks, most frustrating when it occurs! -Bruce

I have a 125 page legal document to sign and I have viewed the pdf/word document and now being asked to sign the Docusign copy but the pdf/word version is a different page count than the Docusign version. I figured that would match and I’d just skim and compare side by side the working version to the official copy needed to be signed.    Is there a way to compare word count or some other method to make sure I am signing the correct version of the document?

Reference ID: 0dc6a27f-b376-4f6e-ba76-8f3c10def389” but in this template I’m only using one field and I have the access as well but still getting this error.

Hello,I have the real estate starter package and I cannot lengthen a text field. It is fixed size and the text will word wrap extending the field vertically vs horizontally. I see that to do custom fields I need to upgrade. Can i not have a longer field length with my subscription? Thx. KarlT
