OLa,Estou com um erro quando a usuária coloca a senha do ecpf, e faz o enviar do documento a tela 1/2/3/4/5 aparece e na sequencia aparece o erro em anexo.Alguém ja viu essa situação, lembro que o certificado A3 está ok, pois em outra maquina com W11 funciona e envia. obgSuporte VIP Hello, I have an error when the user enters the ecpf password and sends the document, screen 1/2/3/4/5 appears and then the error message appears in the attachment. Has anyone seen this situation? I remember that the A3 certificate is ok 

I paid over $200 for an annual paid DocuSign plan. That plan was never activated. I can find nowhere on DocuSign's website to submit a form or any information to get in touch with an actual person. You must have a paid plan to open a case.  I refuse to give DocuSign any more money if my original payment was never applied to my account. Let alone pay DocuSign just to open a case.  There must be a way for me to contact someone who can get information on what happened to the payment Klarna made to DocuSign. Klarna has tried to contact DocuSign with no luck. They cannot refund me until they are refunded by DocuSign. I would be really grateful if someone could please assist with me with this. I paid for this back in January and it is still not resolved. This is honestly outrageous and I am in disbelief that a company has no way to even have a form submission or way to get in contact with support without having a paid plan. I have a document for users to sign which is available in multiple languages. I need only one to be signed, preferably in the signer’s preferred language but I don’t know what each signer’s preferred language is. How do I upload my various versions of the document and have DocuSign present only the one that matches the users preferred language?

Hello everyone,   We have integration with Docusign e-Signature using DocuSign App Launcher(DAL).  I am working on building a DocuSign envelope template a requirement to build a Docusign form for the attached government form, and there are some questions in the form, like Gender and Martial Status, that are checkbox groups on the form, but the mapped questions on Salesforce object are single picklists with different values, for example: The values of the Gender question on the form are: Male, Female, Trans, Other, Prefer not to disclose The values of the picklist field on the Salesforce Lead object are: Man (Cis or Trans), Woman (Cis or Trans), I use a different term to describe my gender (e.g., non-binary), Prefer not to say  I tried to set up this mapping, so once the signer selects 'Male' on the form and signs the form, the Gender salesforce picklist field is updated with 'Man (Cis or Trans)' as an example.  Does anybody know if this is possible with this integration?    Thanks 

When setting up a DocuSign package, it tries to guess/autofill the Signatures...how do I turn this off?

Hi, I cancelled my subscription on January 2025 and I was charge for February. It is not letting open a case either, when I go the cases section the “New case” button does not appear. 

I am a signer.Not part of any organization. I changed emails on my account and none of my agreement history is available.  How do I get it back?Apparently the old account and old email are no longer available. 

I was on a $800 plan previously which obviously was not worth the headache and value, so I cancelled and was still charged another $314.11 the next month.  Now there is no way without a paid account to see the billing, get an invoice or talk to customer support.  Unbelievable!  How can I get help?

How can your request a refund or get customer service without having to pay again for a service that didn’t work for you to begin with? We would love to hear from anyone with success in refund issuance, or anyone that was charged an amount incongruent with the posted fees, & managed a resolution. Does DocuSign issue a qualified certificate to a signer that does not yet have a qualified certificate, compliant under the eIDAS for a QES?A qualified electronic signature (QES) under the EU eIDAS regulation requires a qualified certificate issued by a qualified trust service provider (QTPS). When I ask a client to sign a contract with a QES via DocuSign, the client may not yet have a certificate (let alone a qualified certificate). I have got the free trial on Business Pro . I have electronically signed a document but it has been rejected because it did not have either an AES or QES . What is the solution to the problem ? I would like to be able to sign the document in the prescribed way asap. 

I’m setting up a DocuSign integration using JWT for a test environment and need to assign DS Admin permissions to a user so they can be used as the integration user.However, when I attempt to update the permission profile for the user, I receive the following error:An error occurred while getting user detailThis error prevents me from editing the user's profile to assign them the DS Admin permission set.What I’ve tried so far: Confirmed I am logged in as an admin user with full permissions Tried switching between the eSignature Admin and Organization Admin views Cleared browser cache and used Incognito mode Verified that the user appears in Users and Groups as “Active” Confirmed that the user is not already assigned DS Admin Environment: DocuSign Production Account Has anyone encountered this issue before? However, it appears that neither the Chinese passport nor the Chinese ID card is supported by DocuSign.In this case, what are my options?I noticed that it may be possible to ask the sender to configure alternative identity authentication methods. I just received an email claiming to be docusign, but my default position is that everything is a scam until I find out different.  The email included two phone numbers to use if there were any questions, and I don’t trust either of them.  Do either of these numbers belong to you - (803) ***-**** or (808) ***-****? 

I keep encountering issues when trying to create envelopes in DocuSign. Although my email account is supposed to be functional, the system consistently displays an error stating that the trial period has expired. However, the company's account administrator has confirmed that my account is active and properly configured. What could be causing this problem?

I’m building a template with collaborative fields assigned to Party A but I want Party B to also be guided to these fields regardless of if Party A has already input an entry.  Previously DocuSign allowed me to assign a field to 2 parties though this feature seems to no longer be available. If I could assign the fields to both parties that would probably be ideal, but the core issue is I want each party to be forced to go through these fields and not just skip to fields that are assigned directly to them.  Any suggestions?  

Hi,I am currently experiencing an issue whereby the user (to eSign) in Singapore can’t change the eSignature and is automatically generated. Have tried to swtich from Microsoft Edge to Google Chrome and is not working in Singapore, but is working in Malaysia. The eSignature automatically generated is like an Italic style of the name the requestor has input. Appreciate for a prompt help, thank and appreciated in advance!   

Good morning  I need help retrieving a document the sender has voided I have a document reference number on original email request to sign.  Can anyone help please 

I received two emails from DocuSign about transactions I supposedly approved and signed. I did the usual checks for suspicious links, etc., to try and determine that the emails were fake, but all of the items I hovered over looked legitimate. So I logged into my DocuSign account only to find two documents there, marked as signed! The signature you have on file for me is NOT my signature!  Not even close.  I was sent an important document to sign and the provider used your platform.  I could not use it because my signature was wrong and I wasn’t provided with the option to do a new signature.
