I'm going to use one more sub-account in docusign and I will migrate the user. In the old account users have customized shared access.Is there a possibility for the user itself or for me as administrator to migrate the shared access of the user? Or have the user to configure the shared access from scratch in the new account?Thanks in advance!

We use DocuSign as both internal and external tool to sign document and it is very difficult to have a report with internal vs external envelopes. Especially with the Envelope Recipient Report limitation of only 50000 rows at a time, we have to general several chunks of reports and merge if the data is over a long period. Is it possible to run a volume report instead?

Prior to very recently, when specifying signatures for a document, my signature icon would appear in one color and my client’s signature icon in another color. Now they are both the same color and that seems to “confuse” DocuSign so that when I receive my copy to sign (I’m #1 to sign) and click “Start”, I’m taken to sign for both me and my client.

Logo Size under Brand is too small. When the logo on  "review and continue" shows up, the logo is barely to be viewed.  We uploaded different pixel and resolutions of logo but still did not work. Support from DocuSign asked us to submit an idea here. 

Can someone tell me what the above message means?  is it just the disclosure that we wont see or does this negate the electronic signature all together.Total Nube here, any information would be appreciated. 

I am listed as an administrator; however, when I attempt to change or adjust any of the advanced options, my ability to adjust is locked.  It tells me that I have to see the administrator to enable access. I would like the ability to change the reminders and expirations on my envelopes so they don’t expire before I can act on them.

I have tried to correct a sent document however it will not allow me unless I upgrade my subscription to allow more sends per month.If I delete this sent document can I reclaim the credit or has the credit been used? I do not wish to upgrade my subscription as the level I have is sufficient for my needs.

A few days ago, my work colleague created a developer account. Everything worked for several days without any problems, envelopes could be created and emails went out. Since yesterday no more emails have arrived. We have tried several email addresses with several providers, spam folders are empty. DocuSign says email is out but nothing arrives at any of them.I have also just created an account and generated a demo app for C#. The same behaviour, I enter the data in the console, a message appears that everything has been sent successfully, but nothing arrives at any recipient.Are there any problems with the test accounts at the moment? 

I am trying to sign a document/send an envelope and I keep getting an error saying “Unable to create the envelope. Cannot access envelope resources under an unpersisted envelope.”. I have tried loading a document that I know has worked successfully in the past so I know the document is not the issue. How can I resolve this issue?

Hi, I run a health care business & I would like to implement a new patient/onboarding form via docusign, however this could run into 1000s of envelopes? What would be the most cost effective way of doing this across 2 branches? Thanks,David

Hi there,I have a shared inbox set up for a group at my company. The method I used to set this up is they have a shared email that I share the envelop management with the members of the team. BUT when I share templates to the shared email user in DocuSign, those templates do not show up for the users in the inbox. What are some troubleshooting steps I can take on this? The workaround is to share the template with each individual user, but I would rather manage at a group level. Thank you!

i have looked at text and date fields but don’t see how to assign current date to a web form field.

Does DocuSign retain and provide access to audit trails for 3 years?

I have a business account and my staff have access to their accounts though when I sign into my admin account it just looks like it’s a free account and I don’t see anything regarding my company though when my staff look at previously sent docs, the email i’m signing into is the one cc’d to the envelope. I’ve sent emails out to our Docusign Sales rep and support but it’s a rather urgent matter. Does anyone have any helpful information?

Hello,I am currently using an Enterprise Pro account and am experiencing an issue while creating a web form. Specifically, I am trying to import a template that includes two attachment fields. Unfortunately, none of the attachments are being imported into the web form. Additionally, when I attempt to add the attachment fields manually, the option to add attachments does not appear.Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? 

I have received a Document to Sign, but when I click sign, it applies an old signature I had 5 years ago. I need to change that signature. I went to my account, added a new signature and deleted the old one.But when I open again that document to sign I have only available the deleted signature, and I cannot access the new one (that is the only signature I have now, actually).If I click on the signature I don’t have the option to change it.What can I do to sign it with the signature I choose?

I’ve recently deleted the email address associated with my docusign account. I no longer have any access to it.  I’d like to update my docusign email address to my new one however it seems to be sending an security code to the deleted email. Is there any way I can update the email address now? (I am still able to log-in on my computer however when I try to log-in on a different device, it asks for a code).

Teams - I tried to follow the below steps to set up notifications within CLM but I am not seeing the same thing that it shows in the documentation.  From the below instruction, all I see are notifications for Slack which are also greyed out (not a big deal, not using Slack).  I am an organizational admin so should have access to determine notifications but also want to make sure the configuration is correct for the end users. ===================================================You can configure your task preferences in your Docusign CLM account. Hoping to get some help as this has happened twice now. I create an account for eSignature, activated via email and paid for a plan, but less than an hour after sending my first envelope, the envelope disappears and it’s like the account was never created (existing password doesn’t exist and the email now shows up as an option for a new account). I’ve also got the receipts and bank confirmation that the money’s been taken. I also can’t get anyone from DocuSign support to get back to me because I can’t raise a support ticket because there’s no way for me to log into my now overpaid account that appears to no longer exist. 

1. Is it possible to request for an ID verification add-on to a Docusign Standard Plan? I would need to require my signers to upload and verify their ID upon signing the envelopes.2. If not possible, is there any workaround without upgrading to a higher plan?3. Does Docusign Standard Plan support any type of verification for the signers?

Why can't I change or how can I change the security questions that DocuSign has for me to verify? I have PTSD from a previous marriage and almost always when I get sent a DocuSign email notification from a company I’m forced to answer the tquestions that remind me of my traumatic experience in order for me to open the document for me to sign. I dread and si’m scared to open it. I shouldn't have to be subjected to trauma every time I need to sign a document from DocuSign. I have had a case open about it since 2022, my case number is 10093355 it has yet to be resolved. I have since remarried and clearly there's other things in my life that DocuSign can retrieve from Govt agencies or Lexus Nexus to verify my identity. There's no way to get in touch with anyone about this. DocuSign is not recipient customer friendly because in order to get some one to call or speak with a live agent via chat about this, you have to pay. Hello,I am attempting to sign a document and wanting to type in one text box only. When I type, the text automatically appears in another text box and does not let me delete it without also deleting in my desired text box. Is there a fix to this?
