1. Is it possible to request for an ID verification add-on to a Docusign Standard Plan? I would need to require my signers to upload and verify their ID upon signing the envelopes.2. If not possible, is there any workaround without upgrading to a higher plan?3. Does Docusign Standard Plan support any type of verification for the signers?

Why can't I change or how can I change the security questions that DocuSign has for me to verify? I have PTSD from a previous marriage and almost always when I get sent a DocuSign email notification from a company I’m forced to answer the tquestions that remind me of my traumatic experience in order for me to open the document for me to sign. I dread and si’m scared to open it. I shouldn't have to be subjected to trauma every time I need to sign a document from DocuSign. I have had a case open about it since 2022, my case number is 10093355 it has yet to be resolved. I have since remarried and clearly there's other things in my life that DocuSign can retrieve from Govt agencies or Lexus Nexus to verify my identity. There's no way to get in touch with anyone about this. DocuSign is not recipient customer friendly because in order to get some one to call or speak with a live agent via chat about this, you have to pay. Hello,I am attempting to sign a document and wanting to type in one text box only. When I type, the text automatically appears in another text box and does not let me delete it without also deleting in my desired text box. Is there a fix to this?

During this process, I encountered what seems to be a bug.Here’s what happened:I initiated a signature request and received an email asking me to "Review Document." When I clicked the link, a popup appeared asking me to read the "Agreement Regarding Electronic Records and Signatures" (see attached screenshot).Below this text, there’s a checkbox saying "I agree to use electronic records and signatures" and a language selection option, which I set to German.Here’s the issue:When I click the link to open the "Agreement Regarding Electronic Records and Signatures," the agreement still opens in English, despite my language being set to German. I believe this is incorrect, especially since many of my clients are older and speak only German. I am taking over ownership of one of the two DocuSign accounts within our organization from one of the founders of the company. This founder will still need to sign documents within almost every envelope sent out.His DocuSign account has only one user, so I changed the name and email address from his credentials to mine. I am able to log into DocuSign and send/receive envelopes. However, he is unable to log in or see envelopes sent to his email address.What do I need to do to fully change ownership of the DocuSign account to me, and also allow him to log in as an end user to sign documents?Thank you for your helpMary

Hello!I’m working on creating several templates that will include a pre-filled signature for one of our company representatives. I’d like the templates to have the individual’s signature pre-populated prior to the form being sent out for client signatures, as this form is sent out multiple times a day.Is this possible? I’ve been doing this work on Docusign’s site directly. The sender would not be the same individual who has the authority to sign. Any recommendations are welcome and appreciated!

Hi, I am encountering a permission error when attempting to perform JIT provisioning with Entra. SSO is setup and works fine, but when trying to provision a user I get the following error even though I am using my admin credentials and they are tested when I configure the provisiong: Error codeDocuSignUserLacksPermissionsError messageMessage: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. Hi, I’m testing sending envelopes from My Templates in the developer portal.Docusign reports that they are sent but the recipient doesn’t get them.They appear in the Sent folder under the Agreements tab and if I add my Docusign account email as a recipient, it appears in the Agreements Inbox.Is there an issue with Docusign sending emails from a developer account?Regards,David

Has anyone else experienced an unexpected renewal charge for their docusign accounts purchased through techsoup?We purchased an initial 5 perpetual licenses through techsoup and had no renewal charges over the past few years as expected. Recently we added 5 more perpetual licenses, also through techsoup following the same process we had in the past with no issue. At our renewal date only a couple months later, we were surprised to be charged full renewal rate $1500 for the 5 perpetual licenses we just added!We currently have a ticket open with docusign support but there has been no progress, aside from this being explained as a possible engineering issue(?).  Anyone else experiencing issues with their techsoup renewal?

My documents require a Date field (DD/MM/YYYY) for the signature line.  They also require a seperate field for Date & Time.  Is there an easy way to do this?

How do you remove the time stamp ? It is to big and interferes with the initials. Or make it smaller

Hello,I have a document here signed with docusign, it has a Docusign Envelope ID sequence. How can I validate this Docusign Envelope ID to make sure the sign is real?

I have to go to court next week and I desperately need the Docusigns I’ve signed previously that are connected with my email address. However, when I log in I don’t see any connected, and I’m not sure why since I’ve signed several. I have been using DocuSign for years and the last year have had so many issues.  Currently, when I upload a PDF, it erases all the data I have entered into the document.  I have cleared my cache, changed browsers, fixed the setting (Settings > sending Settings called “When an envelope is sent, write the initial value of the field for all recipients”. If this is not enabled then the document would not set the values you entered.). This is really frustrating and has been ongoing.   Any solutions?

Good morning. My account came with 2 seats. One of those is assigned, and I am showing 1 unassigned seat available. When I go through the process of assigning that seat, I get a window pop up that says, “We couldn’t add the user. This account has reached its maximum number of users.” How do I add my other user?

My company has created a webform which is being incorrectly auto filled with first name and last name when customers use "Saved info" to complete their phone number. Only the phone number should be auto filled, but user’s first and last name are being filled in a section which asks for additional contact name. If customer chooses to use "Saved info" for auto filling the phone number, how do I prevent the first and last name from also auto filling in the Docusign form?I appreciate any suggestions you may have.
