We want to enable the ability to require signatories to enter a code via SMS before signing, to verify their identity. We want to use Recipient Authentication and send them an SMS, but cannot find this in our demo/developer account. How do we get this capability added/enabled please?

Hi, is there a setting that allows you to receive an alert when a document sent by docusign has already been signed and sent by the recipient? 

I have created a powerform and would like to share it with the people that need it.  Is it possible to send them all a link where they would get access to the blank for filling out?  I thought there was a way but I can’t find it.  

Hello fellow community members,I am trying to have two dates to be filled by the customer in the document during the signing session. One of the date is required and the other is optional. Both of them use different anchor tags i.e., <Cust1_DAT> and <Cust1_DAT_REQ>. Hi all! I have a question about CLM permissions: The default permission we have always used is Full Subscriber. Apparently, that is out of compliance with our contract - which says “Community User licenses”. So, does anyone know what a “Community User” is? Is it different from a Full Subscriber? Thank you!  

We switched from other integration for sending documents for signing to Docusign recently in Salesforce not sure if it is possible the following request.As per our current experience, we send envelopes through Salesforce from multiple users, our expectation like in the other integration is the ability to get the email notifications when a customer review the document or signs it to the email sender, example. I send a document for sign though Docusign using Salesforce and I get the email notification that customer completed the envelope in an email, (example@docusign.com) my peer sends another document using the same integration and get the notification in the mail example@docusign.com, my manager sends another document with the same scenario and get the email notification in example@docusign.com. My question is, is it possible to get individual notifications to our personal company emails as we are the senders and manage different customers instead of checking the email where all the n

This may be a question that was already answered, and I apologize if that is the case, but I am struggling with a use case, so was hoping that I could lean on the experts here. I have a requirement that I merge a link into my document which will point to a policy library where the user will need to go to read additional information. I have a text field that can capture the link text, but I am not a 100% certain how I would capture the url, and then merge them into a single value in the word document. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Can the client/signer see where in the process the envelope is?Example: I send a contract to a recipient for signature. The recipient signs but then the envelope goes to a few internal company signatures. Does the first recipient see where the envelope is at any given point in time after they sign but before it’s completed?Thanks for any help. Janae

I want to create a powerform similar to this The first role should be able to open the document, fill in required fields and then push finish and have the form sent to the signer they select (which is the second role). The third role would receive a copy. I have been able to figure out the 2nd and 3rd role but can not successfully figure out the 1st role. For the first role I have been selecting "allow to edit" but all it does is allow them to open it and then ask them to select the signer, it will not allow them to fill in the document. I want the first role to be "person filling out document"I want them to be able to fill in document but not sign I do not want the pop up that occurs once the document is open that ask them to select a signer since they filled that in on the first page of the powerform document.

We track the other party in the CLM for signed agreements. However, sometimes I need to know certain things about the vendor, that doesn’t need to be captured at the contract attribute level (PII access, Foreign owned, Subsidiary of another party, etc. and so many other things). Is there a way to set up a “Vendor Profile” or “Vendor Card” so that when that other contracting party is entered in the attributes for an agreement, I don’t have to enter in all the other fields for reporting purposes? Happy to explain further, if necessary.

I receive an email from the creator of the document that it is complete. The email has a link to “View Completed Document.”  That’s great.  I can view it.  However, there is no link, menu, drop down, option, anything to download document.

Is it possible to have those other than the signer and sender of a web form receive a carbon copy of the completed form?I have a routing group in the template used to create the web form and that is supposed to receive a carbon copy of the document after completed. However, for some reason the completed document is only coming to me as the sender and to the signer.I see the option to have “Additional Recipients” as part of the Web Form, but it looks like this is really additional signers. I’m not seeing a way to add copy-only recipients here. Am I missing something?

I received an important document on the 24th February 2021 and eventually signed it using docusign on 1st March 2021. I printed the signed doc but have misplaced it so I asked the Finance company to send me a copy. I received a pdf file of the doc but the Fee Agreement date shown is 11/02/2021 (11th February 2021). How is this possible? All other aspects of the document are exactly what I remember I signed on the 1st March 2021. I would appreciate your comments/ answers so that I can go back to the Finance company with some confidence. Thank you.

It used to be that the STATUS column would indicate how many people it had been routed to, with the number of remaining people listed. Now it only has a vague progress bar, and the number of people remaining. I do not find this helpful, as I need to know how many have already seen the document. It is possible to change my setting somewhere? Or to go back to the original status indications?

I’m trying to send an envelope via api with template in it. This is how it looks.As you can see, there’s the “Fields” in the left side which is not expected and I’m not sure why it’s showing. When I do this manually in Docusign, this is how it looks and what I’m expecting.It’s asking to fill in the fields and there are no “Fields” in the left side.Anyone knows what’s missing or the issue to my api? Thanks.

How can two recipients download same completed document (PDF), and one of them has missing (blank) pages.  Am suspecting PDF settings.  Any ideas?
