Hello!

I have been unable to receive the verification code to access my account. This has never happened in the past.  and I already checked my Junk/ Spam email.

 

Please can someone help.

If your company has an IT department have you contacted them? This is to confirm if the email system is blocking the email with the access code.

Are you the only user of your account affected by this?

Is the email that is linked to your community user the same as your Docusign account?
