Is it possible to download the comment history from a voided envelope? We have a case where we need to retrieve the comment history of recipients who signed the document before it was voided or declined. Is there any way to access this information?

Account Creation and Payment: On April 30th, I created an account using my email address and subscribed to the eSignature Standard Plan with a monthly payment of €39. I have attached confirmation from my credit card (SMS and online banking) as proof of payment. My subscription is $300 annually (excluding tax). In April, I received an additional bill of $7.99. My subscription plan was unlimited signing. If Docusign had decided to increase the price, they should have done so during the renewal period. Instead, they charged an extra fee and changed the plan without informing the customer about the changes.   I’m heading to other signing platforms.  

I have been creating new DocuSigns in our office for years.  Some of them are mine and some are transferred to co-workers.  I have never had any issues doing this until recently when a DocuSign I created and transferred to a new owner is still showing up in my DocuSign in-box as “Waiting for others” or “Completed.”  I am NOT a signer on the document and it shows my co-worker as the owner.  I cannot find anything anywhere on the document where I “exist” so I can’t figure out how to stop these notifications from clogging up my own DocuSign in-box folders.  I cannot turn off all notifications because I need to know when I have my own pending completion.  I would love some input on where to find any less obvious settings I may be overlooking!

Hello,I was able to upload the I-9 template from the template library however it only seems to have the fields filled in for the employee parts of the form (section 1). Am I doing something wrong? Is there a way to work with this template so that it also contains the fields for section 2 for the authorized individual completing that section or do I have to manually enter those fields into the template?

I created a document template in DocuSign and configured merge fields using the Data Label option.In Dynamics CRM, I created a process action that uses the DocuSign document template ID to create an envelope. Within the same process, I added: An AddRecipient step, which successfully pulls the customer’s name and email from the CRM record. A MergeMultipleFields step to populate the merge fields in the document based on values from the CRM entity, referencing the same Data Labels defined in the template. The envelope is sent successfully to the recipient, and the recipient information is correctly added. I have a Template in my Shared Template Folder that, when I select “USE” a message pops up saying I “cannot create an envelope from selected template. In the column marked “Powerforns” the template status is a “GREEN Dot” with “1Active” listed.   How do I remove “1 active” status?   

One of the members of our company account wants to change her email address that she uses to log into DocuSign and has her envelopes in. As an administrator, I cannot do this. How can she do it?

Has DocuSign charged you after cancelling?I cancelled my DocuSign subscription, disputed an unauthorised charge, and got a refund (after an unnecessary battle and headache, and only because Paypal got involved), only for them to try charging my card again months later.After checking the community forums, it’s clear I’m not alone. I have a document that seems to have my signature on it that indicated it was signed through Docusign.  There is an Envelope ID # at the top of the page however page with Certificate is missing and cannot be obtained.  How can I verify if this document was executed by my through Docusign?Thank you,Joanna

I am trying to create a new developer account on docusign using https://www.docusign.com/developers/adlp/sandbox but after clicking on ‘Get Started’, nothing happens and the registration doesn’t progress. What are the steps to resolve this? 

I have a document that has 4 columns with 32 lines each and need totals at the bottom and another place in the document that has an additional 4 columns with 32 lines each.  I’m trying to find out if I can create a formula that will add automatically such as the excel field =sum(1:32).  How do I create it in DocuSign?Thank you for any help.

First time using Docusign. I’m trying to upload my PDF with its existing prefilled text but Docusign keeps deleting it. I would rather not have to retype everything. I looked around and I never got a prompt that asks if i want to “keep” or “delete” my prefilled text. Any information would be appreciated thank you.  

Hello, we use DocuSign for the signature process of individual contracts. Therefore, we always fill in an Email text, even though it is not a mandatory field.Unfortunately, this email text is also shown in the completion notification for the person that signed the contract.This is super confusing for the receiver. Is there a possibility to adjust this notification so that the completion email does not contain the initial email text? Thanks in advance and best regards, Katrin   

Hello,I am not what you would call a “super” user of docusign so bear with me. I am the person who opened my docusign account and the only one who has had access to my docusign account since opening it in 2015.  Thus I believed all this time I am the “administrator” by default - as if not then who the H E hockey sticks else would be?I have never had need to “log on as the administrator” until recently due to a need to change my account status.When I go to Accounts Overview > Seats and Users page I see 1 seat and I see me listed as a user - I see my email, the date added, status (active), Permission Profile (is blank) then under “groups” it says “Administrators, Everyone”If I click on my name under users - I get an error message that says “error occurred while getting user detail”. If I click on “actions” then “edit” I get the same message : error occurred while getting user detail” The reason I am attempting to click on my name or “actions” in the first place is because according to

I would like to get the same link which is shared in the completion email which allows the recipient to download their documents so that I can share it in a separate email.Specifically I mean the link which is automatically included in the completion email for download when the envelope is over 5MB. This is designed securely for email as it times out and forces the user to re-send the link to their email address.I cannot find a way to get this link via the API or any other means other than the automated completion email.

In April I bought a month Subscription to docusign and paid 68 dollars and change for that subscription. I canceled the subscription in mid April and when the renewal date for the subscription came up in May i was charged 148 dollars and change? It makes no sense since i currently have the “Free version” i should not have been charged anything.  Even the 148 dollars doesnt make sense if it was auto renewed wouldnt it be 68??  I am so confused by this.  When i tried to open a case I cannot because I have the “free version” I tried calling and get auto hung up on, and the website hasnt been helpful.  How do i get this resolved quickly?

My accountant sent me my tax forms to review and sign via a DocuSign.  I attempted the authentication questions but failed to authenticate.  I had the accountant send them over several times but each time I failed the authentication. There were a couple of questions that didn’t apply, but the rest I recognized.Where does this information come from? How can I verify that it is valid?Is there anything I/they can do to help me login?I did have them send my taxes a different way but I want to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Our org uses Docusign for eSignature and Doc Gen natively in Salesforce via the Docusign Apps Launcher v6.12. I'm attempting to modify an existing Gen Template. Specifically, I want to swap out the current Word .doc being used with a newer version. I can add the new Word doc via the "Upload Documents" stage of the process, but removing the old doc is throwing an error: "File failed to delete. Try again."When I attempt to delete a second time, the page is stuck loading, and I see the following error code:This page has an error. You might just need to refresh it. Hello, I’m facing an issue when my users send an envelop and then apply a template, the “quick send” option of the template doesn’t apply.As a bit of context, I manage the templates that will be used by the users. Our aim with these templates is to ensure all the fields are filled and at the wanted place. The users should not be able to edit the template.For this, a check the option “quick send only”This worked well when the users create an envelop like this : Start>Envelopes>Use a TemplateThat result in this view : However, when the user create an envelope this way : Start>Envelopes>Send an envelopes. Then Apply a template like this The user have the ability to modify everything on the template.Is it a normal behavior where the user can by pass the quick send ? or is there a parameters to configure this ?
