I am trying to modify the eSignature resource template and update it to include the user’s title and company. I noticed that the merge tags for Sender Name and email are “[[Data:SenderName]]” and “[[Data:SenderEmail]]”. Where can I find the tags for the user’s “Company” and “Title” from their profile? 

I recently renewed my annual subscription and had to update my payment card.  When I checked my statement, I realized that I had been double billed.  I called Customer Service and they told me that I had purchased an additional seat. Which is not something that I wanted.  When I asked for a refund, I was told that they cannot give me a refund for the double billing but only receive credit for next year.  This was less than 30 days ago and I’m very unsatisfied that Docusign will not process a refund for something that is obviously an error.

HelloI have formulas that total prices on a templateI’d like to present the result as a price -- ie with a currency symbol up front.I can hack this by adding a $ into the underlying template PDF or doc.. but I’m hoping there is a simple way to tell the formula field to prepend a $ to the number.Thank you in advance-barak

Hi! We are using Nintex and Docusign. I am trying to use Document custom field tags to capture Date Signed field. Is it possible to auto populate a date field which is 2 years prior to Date Signed custom field?I tried creating a new Document custom field with the formula AddYears(\datesigned\,-2) but it does not seem to be working.Any help is appreciated.Thank you

Hi All, User’s name is misspelled because a “ null ” is appearing between first name and family name:Bruno null Turco I have tried to delete user from my contacts and recreate many envelope, but issue was not solved.User tried from different browsers and devices ( PC and phone) encountering the same problem.Any ideas? Thanks in advance Luciano  

Hello!First time user here and looking for assistance. I want to create an NDA document which I can send out to potential customers via a sharable link.The recipient would then enter their full name, signature and email where requested. I would then receive a notification that a New NDA has been signed and therefore engage. I want to essentially avoid having to enter their emails, names etc. before sending... Is this possible? Also possible to have our signature already signed on the doc? Thanks!

I cannot add multiple recipients in cc to a template. I have created a templated which includes distribution to 3 different people.Person 1. The person from whom I need the signature.  This person has been set to “Needs to sign”.Person 2. The name of the first person who needs to see the signed-off document.  This person has been set to “receives a copy”.Person 3. The name of the second person who needs to see the signed-off document.  This person has been set to “receives a copy”. I have also told Docusign the order in which people are “to sign”, with Person 1 set as “1” and Person 2 and Person 3 set as “2”.When I enter the name of Person 3, Docusign overwrites the name of Person 2, with the name of Person 3.  I therefore end up with 2 x Person 3s in the signing chain! When I update Person 2 back to the correct name, docusign overwrites Person 3’s name and I end up with 2 x Person 2s! As you can see above…. Docusign will not let me have two different cc’s as shown in the recipient 2 l

Hi, we have DocuSign in our Salesforce platform for generating documents.Some users receive the below error when trying to generate a document:"Insufficient "Read" access on field "Record ID" on object "Gen Auth Info"It seems to be a missing permission on that user on salesforce. Do you know which permission that could be?

I have a template set up with 3 different signers, the client and both of the clients parents. The first signer is the client, signers two and three are the parents. When I type in signer two, the first parent, it fills/changes the name for signer three and if i enter the email address it changes that too. the reverse is true as well, if I put info in signer three, it changes signer two. I exited DocuSign  and went back in to the template, same problem. it is only the one template.  Yes, I could recrate the whole template, but I’d rather figure out the problem in case it happens again! 

As per subject, I would need a way to have Embedded Signers receiving the Completed e-mail when all signers completes the envelopes. My integration is within an Online Account Opening application and I have a possible scenario with a mixed combination of Embedded Signers (the main owner of the account being opened) and additional Remote Signers (the joint owners of that account).With this scenario the joint owners could complete the envelopes days after the main one completed the embedded signing procedure but only the Joint owners would receive the e-mail notification.I understand e-mail notification is off by default for embedded signers and that can make sense when a single signer is needed for a given envelope… but when multiple signers are involved, especially if mixed like in my case, this default behaviour sounds more like a Defect rather than a desired behaviour. I know I have the possibility to use the “embeddedRecipientStartURL” parameter with "SIGN_AT_DOCUSIGN" to set main o

I'm trying to create template with many tabs with API - each of them require separated API call (because of my internal requirements). Some tabs gets positive response but are missing in newly created template.How many API calls can I execute in one moment for one template?I know it's possible to create everything with one call but it's not my case, I need separated calls.  

We need to have a set of dynamic values populate in multiple places across many documents so we’ve chosen to use a template in which the first document is a ‘master sheet’ which contains pre-filled fields which populate across documents.This work great in the UI but not via the API. I eventually discovered this doc which describes a specific method required to enable data replication from the API but I can’t get this to work with either regular text fields or pre-filled text fields.I can’t tell if the docs are saying that the field data label needs to have “\*” in the UI or just in the API when updating but I’ve tried every combination I can think of and it only ever populates the first tab.I’ve made sure the correct setting is enabled as described here and have tried using both the create document tabs and create recipient tabs APIs.Has anyone else been able to get this working? Or can anyone describe a better strategy for what I’m trying to achieve?

We have multiple users sending docusign envelopes from Salesforce and, ideally, each agreement would be sent from an org-wide email rather than the individual user’s email?  I see via Shared Access that it is possible to send on behalf of another user, but I can’t find information on if this works from Salesforce and, if so, how.  Any info would be appreciated. 

Two weeks ago I opened a support case about double billing on my account. I received an email from Docusign billing support asking me some details to confirm ownership of my account. I responded immediately, and that’s the last I heard from Docusign support. Why is Docusign Support ignoring my open support case? I’ve made multiple requests for a phone callback and nothing. No calls, no voicemail indicating a call attempt. Nothing. How do I get Docusign to respond to my open support case??

Certain formula fields will not save when I “Save and Close.” Fortunately, not all of my formulas are disappearing, but certain ones do over and over. I have set up these formulas six times, and every time I save the document, upon reopening the template the formula setup has been erased.

OTHERWISE, I WOULD JUST OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT WITH A NEW E-MAIL  ADDRESS.CAN YOU TRANSFER EXISTING CREDIT TO A NEW ACCOUNT?THANKS.

I have an e-signature workflow with three recipients: borrower, finance dept, and comptroller. I already have the process set up to allow the finance dept to decline the document.  I want to know if there is a way to set up a decline process for the comptroller recipient.  Say the finance department e-signs the document, but the 3rd level (comptroller) finds an issue with the document.  Is the comptroller (3rd recipient in this workflow) allowed to decline?  If so, I want the workflow to bounce back to the 2nd recipient, which in this case is Finance department.
