Hi Guys,Quick question, I’m looking at a task that was uploaded a while back, the status says it’s in a queue for legal review but then when I look at the status in the folder it says the task is not currently in a workflow, why would that be? 

I have attempted to downgrade to a Free Account since Jan-2025, yet continue to be billed $15/month!  I do receive a confirmation screen on the website after downgrading, and then I receive an email saying that my “order was not completed.”   I am not able to find anyplace on the website to downgrade my account.  Does anyone know now to stop the monthly billing after receiving a positive confirmation from the website that I have successfully downgraded to a free account?Thank You!

HiLooking at imbedding T&C’s into a document but once the document converts to PDF the T& C’s are unable to be opened and read. Is there a way around this ? or would these need to go as a separate upload ? 

HiI have one document that needs to be signed by 50 signers, that is, all 50 signatures are visible on the one page.How can I upload a bulk distribution list to do this?thank you!

Hi, I am stuck. The company I work for has shut down. The docusign account was created for company work. The account is suspended as the payment has not been done for 3 months since the shut down. I am unable to log into the support center to open a case. I have submitted three requests on the page for login issues but have not received any response. I don’t know how to cancel this subscription now. Docusign does not provide support over phone or email. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.Thanks.

Dear all,I am exhausted.I am working on the workflow. One of the steps is review and send for external review. It was working fine until it...stopped.When the Review and Send for External Review step is executed, you can define the email address and email content... all required fields are completed and the result of the step is Canceled - Invalid recipient. It does not matter which email address I use. It can be one from the directory (choose one of the account users) or a completely different external one - tested and works - the result is the same. The same happens when I use the "Send for external review" feature manually from the document preview level, the feature simply does not work.I have access to another account and everything works there and I really know how the feature works. I have also used it hundreds of times.Any idea? Any settings for recipient verifications or so? BestTomasz

I have a common document that I need to get signed by several people.Every time it is prepared to send out for signatures, there are two pieces of text (let’s call them A and B) that need to get customized specifically for this before the document is sent for signatures.Both A and B repeat throughout the document and so I just want to fill them in once, and then have the automatically copy themselves throughout the document. Note that neither A nor B are names or dates, they are short text strings.What’s the best way to do this? thanks.

I will be sending the same form to about 900 customers. They each need to sign it and send it back. They will all be on separate schedules, so I hope that doesn’t cause delays. I’ll only need to do this once, and then 1 or 2 at a time. Same form though. Which sales package would I need? From what I’ve read, this could be accomplished in 1 envelope with bulk send. Though I would probably break it up into 5 or 6 envelopes. Am I thinking about this right?

Hi Could anybody tell me if it is possible to upload a very large excel work book with quite a few tabs with different information on them so it opens in sequence or would i have to  separate each tab and load separately  ?and what is the permitted allowed size to be uploaded ThanksKatonks

I canceled my yearly membership months ago during 2024.   I was just charged the yearly renewal fee on March 3    I’ve reached out to DocuSign and no one has called me back    I’ve also reached out to my bank   I am just looking to get a refund process, but it seems like you have to jump through hoops and you can’t speak to anyone unless you’re opening a new account   When you log into my account, it says I have a free account so I don’t have an account anymore, but I’m still being charged the yearly fee.  I am looking for help and obtaining my refund

Good Day,Is it possible to add a custom field such as “Template ID” for Docusign AI to detect the ID and categorize it into a custom agreement type?For example, if there is an internal agreement template with ID “1234” on a document footer, which is a custom agreement type called “broker agreement”, can I include this ID as a custom field and also put it in the agreement type definition for the AI to detect the agreement type accurately?Thank you

Good morning, I have a serious problem with the invoice. I basically purchased a subscription but then after about 3 weeks I had to request a refund. Currently I have not received either a purchase invoice or a credit note invoice and my accountant is asking me for it. It is not present on the invoice history page. Do you have any ideas? THE ASSISTANCE CENTER IS NOT AVAILABLE AND TO OPEN A TICKET YOU MUST MAKE A PAYMENT PLAN. SCANDALOUS

We’re currently unable to proceed with any tasks, as the platform remains stuck in the loading stage. Eventually, it returns a system error message, making it completely unusable on our end. According to the service status page, there is “degraded performance” in AU, and it mentions that users may experience latency or errors when navigating the site—this aligns with what we’re seeing. At this stage, the issue appears to be system-wide. Please let us know if there's an ETA on resolution or any recommended workarounds.

Some of our staff review envelopes as the last step in the workflow. All of a sudden, this week, they are taken to the “open an account with docusign!” page after they (download and) close the envelope, completing the agreement. When this happens, they are logged out of their account. Using the back button doesn’t work. This is a huge waste of time for people to have to keep logging back in or, if they are still logged in when they open DocuSign again, navigating to the area they work out of, when spend all day in DocuSign looking at and completing envelopes. They used to complete the envelope and be taken back to their Agreements page.Is anyone else having this problem?DocuSign, do you know what’s going on? I’m guessing it’s an error in an attempted improvement?

Hi everyone,I would like to use custom fields that I have imported via the .CSV file for the bulk message in a form that is being added.In the .CSV file I have the VAT code and a job title, but when I import the table, the extra data gets lost.And I can’t select “Data Field 1” or other custom fields to the document, when placing the placeholders for the Signature and the Date.

I am using a template to do a large bulk send. I have created the csv file and upon loading it. I get the error:Role Missing: name or Email.Envelope Entries: Client Name, Client Email, Client Report NameI have ‘client’ in the Role field but was told to leave the name and email address field blank as it will pick these up from the csv file. If I accept these changes it still comes up with an error. Where and what do i need to input to get rid of these errors (in English please) . Thanks.

While exploring the Web Forms feature, I’ve encountered several limitations—but I’ll focus on just one question for now:Is there a way to split the value of a single Web Form field into multiple fields in the PDF?For example, if a user enters a date in the format dd/mm/yyyy in the Web Form, I want that input to automatically populate three separate fields in the PDF for the day, month, and year.Is there a conventional way of achieving something like this?Thanks in advance!

I just sign up for Docusign. I previously had a free Docusign account and cancelled my DropBox sign account. I now have a paid subscription. I am in real estate. I cannot access the the Forms Library to integrate with DocUsign and it appears that I can not access support because the Docusign system thinks I have a free account. I have contacted support but noone will call back. I am getting no where. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Does IAM for Enterprise Core includes integration connector for Salesforce as part of plan?

Background: Now we are using Azure AD ID username@old-domain-name.com as Single Sign On to login DocuSign. And in near future, we will switch to username@new-domain-name.com. (same user ID, but different domain name). The email change will be done within Microsoft 365. Requirements & Questions: To ensure the smooth transition for the domain name change, what should we do in DocuSign? Could you please help me to understand what we should do/change at DocuSign side? A few things in my minds, but please help to list what else is required but I may miss.-         The user will use the user ID with new domain name, and same user name, to login DocuSign as usual. And we need to ensure the users can still be able to view their historical envelopes that they submitted/approved. This is CRITICAL..-         From admin side, what we should do? I found the user’s email field is not editable. How to change their mail suffix from the old one to new one? Can DocuSign support help on this? Or Are

I have a requirement to wrap the Print & Sign flow into my custom app. I need to be able to download the document for an offline Wet Signature and then Upload the signed document upon completion.I have set EnableWetSign to “true” on the EnvelopeDefinition.   I am not finding the Api calls to download and upload the document.  Do they exist and if so, where can I find a reference for these activities?

I upload a document as the first document. I then add a template as another document. Why is the template name in the email subject line instead of the first document I uploaded? For example, document one is Employment Agreement. Document two is background check. Background check is in the email subject line.

I received my bill dated April 29, 2025 today and noticed that my bank account was swiped for over $600.00 today for docusign.  I only have one subscription and belive this to be an error and request a refund.  Can someone in customer service please contact me immediately?  Thank you.  

My test account cannot use “ID Verification”,  and I want to test all type identity Verification, how to enable it?
