I performed a validation of a signature in Adobe Reader, which was performed on a contract, but it says that the validity of the signature is unknown, the identity of the signer is unknown, and that changes were made to the document. My question is, is this a way for the document not to be validated and for me to request the cancellation of the contract? Attached photo

Unfortunately, during activation, we made a mistake and only selected one seat, even though the plan includes five.We’ve already activated the code, but we need help enabling the remaining four seats. I need to know how to reach a human to refund the auto-renewal I was charged on March 6 even though I cancelled my account more than 30 days before renewal. Since I cancelled and got moved to an unpaid plan, I can’t open a case. Nor can I chat with a human online.

Hi,  The certificate expiry for our SSO is coming up soon and I want to update the certificate.I was granted admin access recently and logged in with this url - https://apps.docusign.com/, but I do not see the Access management tab, so I can view the SAML configuration to update the certificate. Please advise, how can i update the cert.Thank you!

You need to upgrade in order to request a signature/seal."As an admin, I’ve tried to check the activity for these accounts through my admin panel, but I’m not seeing any results. Since this is related to sender accounts and paid envelopes, I’m unsure of how to proceed.If anyone has insights or suggestions, or if you’re experiencing this issue, please feel free to let me know.Thank you!

Hello! I am trying to build a quote and order form template using DocuSign Gen for Salesforce. I am running into difficulty finding the standard Discount field on the opportunity product line item in my selection of fields to choose from. Has anyone else ran into this issue? How have you resolved?

For a Business pro account,How is the cost broke down?Is it 480 per year per user?480 per year for the company?If it is per company there a specific amount of users allotted?

We are trying to pull the data of below records Source Object -----→ Reference Object (Lookup Parent) ----→ Child of the Reference ObjectCustom Object ------→ Contact -----------→ Contact related itemsThe above is the data structure in salesforce we are working with and stuck on pulling the Contact related items, we are using DocuSign Gen Template. 

We are regularly using this great product for all kinds of approvals, reviews and signatures. However when adding separate documents to one envelope (for example base contract and appendices), after signing we are finding that we get multiple pdf documents, one for each document in the envelope. We would like to be able to have the contract signed, and then the resulting pdf produced include all appendices on the same document/pdf. Is this possible? Maybe we have missed it.

Cancelled my account, was autobilled today.  Can’t get a phone number to reach anyone other than sales.  it says to open a case, but there’s no place to open a case, only review previous cases.  Tried the AI Chat, kept taking me to support and then back to Chat.Terrible way to treat a customer, all i want is to not be charged for an account i cancelled the same day you auto renewed.

I have filled out a rental application ( I have done this 100’s of times over the past 10 years) to be signed by a prospective tenant.  I have placed the text into the lease agreement as I have done for many times (names, dates, rent, deposit amount, etc).   When I sent the document out for signature...the lease agreement is blank...as if I didn’t input any fields.

I have had a terrible time onboarding with Rooms - the program does not function the way it was promised to me when I signed up. I am spending double the time trying to do the same work as before - I do not see a cancel option in the Billing section. How can I talk to someone about cancelling my account?

Hello, I have a little problem when I select several check boxes and I want to set a validation rule, in fact the validation option disappears. Validation option only appears when a single box is selected, which is of no use. I am attaching a screenshot of what happens when you select multiple check boxes.

Hi, I upgraded to docusign business pro because I needed to send out a document urgently today. I have not been able to do so as the features f the upgrade are not working even though it is showing as upgraded and I have received the confirmation. I am not even able to log a support ticket as this premium feature is also not working. Please help urgently!
