I am an administrator for our organization's DocuSign eSignature account. We previously had access to the "Print & Sign" feature, which allowed recipients to print documents, sign them manually, and return them. However, this option no longer appears in our Admin > Signing Settings or in the Advanced Options when preparing envelopes.Could you please confirm the current status of this feature? Specifically:Has the "Print & Sign" option been deprecated or removed from certain account types? If it has been moved or renamed, could you provide updated instructions on how to access and enable it?This feature is important for some of our workflows, and we would appreciate any guidance or support you can provide.

I have a DocuSign account connected to tax software. It is used to send signature requests on tax returns. When I receive a DocuSign request from another organization (completely unrelated to my tax work) it doesn’t open the document. I click the link in the email, it goes to DocuSign but I just get a blank screen, the document never loads. I suspect cookies/cache are causing an issue.I’m using a workaround of using a different browser when I need to sign something. I would prefer to be able to do both things in the same browser without having to clear cache and cookies first.I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to more easily use DocuSign in both directions.

I am a managing director of a company that would like to test docusign. After trying for an hour to find a way to contact docusign via some sort of contact form or E-Mail I am giving up. It is extremley frustrating to see how customers life is being made difficult for such a simple thing.  Also if you call up the support page you get some cryptic page that you need to loging to “IAM” or “CLM” - no new customer knows what this means and how to get some support.Just as a side note - does the designer of the community registry page knows that all entries in the form are lost when the user name is not available? Another frusttrating experience that you do not expect from a million dollar company. And last but not least we have tried a test contract and wanted to send it to two people - but the contract never arrived on those E-Mail addresses (Spam checked). The latter was in fact the original question that we wanted to ask somebody from support. 

I am setting up DocuSign templates and I am getting this error message now:  Some fields might be out of sync. Tab specified was not found. TabId: ab6e329c-0609-440c-8d58-2a6754923cc4. How do I fix this?

Our company has  eSignature Business Pro Edition. Please could you confirm if this version is compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulation ? If so, how can I activate it?  Many thanks for your help in advance,PGF

I sent an envelope to multiple recipients, however it had them all sign one document, not a different one for each of them, where did I go wrong?

A contract was sent for signature via DocuSign to one of our directors by the counterparty.However, we also require the signature of a second director on the same document.If I upload the document already signed by the first director into a new DocuSign envelope and send it to the second director for signature, will the original certificate of completion be lost? Or is there a way to preserve the integrity of the initial signature within this new process? Moreover, from a legal standpoint, the three signatures would still be valid, having been collected at different times, by different individuals, and in separate envelopes.! 

Can I make the last-in-time signature auto-populate the agreement effective date? I’ve been told that I can, but haven’t figured it out yet. Any help is much appreciated.

How do i identify the error: “Update the template:All selected recipients must have at least one text, checkbox, dropdown, or radio field.”All of my recipients have dedicated fileds associated with their role.

Hello,I’ve been experiencing some documents being sent to customers for signing that are having the following issue.Placing a custom field that is checked as a “Required Field” for the customer. For example entering their Full Name or Date Signed, these fields are coming back not completed. If they are checked as a required field, why is DocuSign allowing them to finish the envelope without completing these fields?Thanks!

Where can I find a date and time of when a fully executed document (signed by all parties) has been sent via email to all parties? 

Hi,We have an envelope that includes two sections with dropdown fields.We’re expecting to generate a report that displays the selected options from these dropdowns.I tried using the Envelope Report with the Envelope Custom Field Contains filter, but it didn’t return the expected results.Could you please advise on how to achieve this?Thank you,Angela 

I need to send a simple talent release form to about 20 people. All of the fields will be the same for all the forms: initials, signature, date, etc. I put in all my recipients (Docusign is really lame for making me do so one by one...”yeah you can use our product if you pay us, but if you want our product to be usable, you’ll have to pay us MORE”), and then I added fields to the form. Then I got that message that only one of the recipients will have any fields, the rest will get just a plain PDF with no prompts for initials or signature. And then I tried all the troubleshooting that has been suggested on this forum. I tried the template thing. It didn’t work. I tried to copy/paste the fields from one form to another, change the colors, bla bla bla, and then I went to preview it and guess what?! ONLY ONE RECIPIENT HAD ANY FIELDS EVEN THOUGH I COPY/PASTED TO THE OTHER RECIPIENTS!!! I’ve already spent well over an hour trying to figure out what should be an incredibly simple thing. Serio

When I try to active my webform I get a notification that there are two checkbox groups not connected.  I downloaded the spreadsheet and here are the two groups:  I can’t for the life of me find these two groups on the template’s form fields.  I ignored the warning and activated anyway and then filled out the form.  When I got to the signing page all of the fields were completed properly.  Does anyone have any idea where these two phantom fields are and how I can get rid of them?  I’m attaching the .json file. 

Within in the same envelope, we have some documents which require date/time signed and others that require the date only.  Can this be done with a formula and if so how?

Specifically, we’ve observed that in some cases, the field editing tools (pencil icon for adding Text, Line, etc.) disappear entirely, even though we are in "Correcting" mode.Here are the scenarios we've identified: All recipients have not signed yet, and no one is CC'd: – Full editing is available. – Pencil icon is visible as expected. One of the recipients has already signed: – Pencil icon disappears. – No new fields can be added, even for pending recipients. Here’s a question…I receive a DocuSign document requiring my signature. I sign it. I can clearly see at the top of the page, the envelope ID#. The document is returned to the sender who delivers it to another individual, probably in a manner not typical, I am then sent a copy of the document bearing the second person’s signature but this version has a completely different envelope ID# and the original ID# is nowhere to be seen. What did the creator of these document(s) do to end up with no trace of the original # on the final version?

I need to bulk import a large number of contacts into our DocuSign CLM account.  The Import functionality works, but I cannot seem to upload the contacts as shared contacts, only private.  The Import template has a column to allow for sharing.  When I leave it blank, the contacts come over as private.  However, I wish to share these contacts with anyone in the system.  No matter what I put in that column, however, it doesn’t seem to create them as shared contacts, it just says it failed due to “Invalid value for Shared column”.  I have tried “Y”, “Yes”, “Shared”, and “Public”.  What do I need to put where to import the contact as a shared one?

When adding new users to DocuSign we always give managers access to their envelopes. This has to be done manually and can only be set once the user has logged in for the first time.It would be helpful to be able to create groups to assign envelope access within the Admin centre so that when a new user is created the group is assigned to them and the managers then have access.

DOCUSIGN too a payment from me to set up a new account and then did not ever get in touch. I tried a support form and emailing.  I’ve tried calling sales.  I need the account. they took the payment on 2025-03-22    Docusign Inc. Gbp £240.  PLEASE HELP I NEED THE ACCOUNT

I have sent a document for approval to approx 10 people. The second from last person wants to sign the document, and add a note. How can that person add a note?

Hello, Right now we have a process where documents may need to be signed by anywhere from 4-18 individuals. We leverage a webform with dynamic fields to accomplish this. However, the individual who is initiating the form and passing it onto the remaining signers has no way of easily knowing where the document is in the process. These individuals would like to be able to check and follow up with where it is in the process, who needs to sign, and when, etc. There is no visibility into the process. Any recommendations on how we can create more visibility in the signing process? Ally

I opened a document to sign from an email, signed the document successfully, then the option to save it to my account popped up, I entered the details and used the Biometric option to verify and then the browser crashed. I cannot get back to the state when viewing my signed document to assign it to my account. Using the Chrome browser seems to help with the Biometric crash problem experienced in Brave, but anyway, now I open the signed document from the followup email of Completed Signing, I get to it again as a unauthenticated viewer, but there is no option to save it to my account. How can I do this?

Hi, I know that DocuSign sends emails from these domains/email addresses but sometimes it sends it and it appears the sender’s name is our company name. I like this better as it makes more sense to receiving parties. How can I make it so the email always comes from our company name rather than a weird DocuSign email?
