Two "Sign Here's" on Signature Field

Hello, One of my recipients cannot finish signing the document as she gets through all of the fields and it sends her back to the top. I looked at her signature fields and saw some were duplicated and deleted the duplicates. However, when I preview, I see the below. Has anybody else had this issue and how did your resolve? I’ve deleted all duplicate signature fields.Thanks!

Report on Last Login / Login Source for my organization's Users

My organization uses DocuSign for Salesforce, and we're trying to track adoption, including from which system users more frequently generate/send envelopes. Is there any way to report on this in the DocuSign portal? Draw Box to small for free hand drawing

Hello, I have a document where I need to use the drawing free box to circle two options. Starting last Thursday when you click on the draw box to edit the file appears tiny and the options for color of pencil and pencil length are huge. Any way to fix this?

Sending To Multiple Recipients

Hi, I am sending documents to 3 recipients and they all need to sign. No signing order requested. Question: WHY DON’T ALL RECIPIENTS GET THE ENVELOPE E-MAIL AT SAME TIME? IT SEEMS AS THOUGH THE FIRST RECIPIENT HAS TO REVIEW AND SIGN BEFORE THE 2ND AND THIRD RECEIVE THE ENVELOPE?I have not used Docusign for more than 1 recipient in awhile. However, in the past I remember all recipients got the envelope at the same time. Please explain how to get all recipients to receive the envelope documents to review and sign at the same time. Good afternoon, I am having an issue with not getting emails on expired links. I click on the option to send a new link and it says it sent it but I am not getting anything. I checked spam, had our IT company verify there are no blocks yet I still don’t receive the new email. Any idea what the issue would be?

Hello, I received a email from DocuSign. It says McAfee invoice and description of complete network security that I didn't purchase valued of $399.99. The worst part is that 2 minutes after I received another email stating that I had signed and complete. Is this a scam?

Preprinted Info at Bottom of Forms

I have my own login as an agent. I also have a login for someone else I do transaction coordinating for. Both user names/passwords are saved to my laptop, as most would do since it is a private network/laptop. When I log out of her account and log into mine, it still shows HER name and office information at the bottom of the first page of MY forms (the stamp) when I go back into my account. I’m merely trying to print a Sample of a form, but her information is at the bottom where mine should be. How can I correct this??

What is the difference between seats and users?

What is the difference between seats and users? We pay for two users annually and my understanding is that we have therefore 200 envelopes per year (ie 100 per user). My account is telling me that we don’t have enough seats and need to purchase another one, as well as more envelopes as we’ve exceed our allowance (111). I can’t find any information on either of these things relating to my plan, other than an answer from Docusign in another question confirming I should have 200 envelopes with 2 users:

Is there a way to set the font for fields that auto populate on an added field? I use zipforms to bridge most documents to docusign and it/DS defaults to Lucida Console for Dates and other input fields and I want to be in Arial.

Required fields, not working

Our documents have required fields to be filled out by the signer. For each document, we ensure the “Required” checkbox is checked for each field (assuming the signer cannot finish the document until those fields are completed), but only about 50% of signers complete them. Why is the software not requiring those fields to be completed? We “Add text” to each field to suggest what to include in those boxes. Could that text be appeasing the required step? We’ve searched support documents and we are completing the required fields as suggested, but still it doesn’t work.

Is there a way to automate inputting a recipient's name into the file name of a document in DocuSign?

A situation where this would be useful - when we're sending documents out for signing in bulk.Having the recipients' name automatically added to the file name would help us to organise the signed documents quicker when we download them.

Hi Community!….I need to share ALL users (c 1,500) access with a single user, but it seems like I have to tick the ‘Name’ selection box on each page of listed users….then continue on each subsequent page until I reach the end of all my users, which will be time consuming….can I achieve this is one step Please?

why cant I read a signed document on my laptop?

I noticed Docusign just had a begin revision.For the life of me, I cannot understand why I cannot read a signed document on my Chromebook on and am being directed to read it on my phone. I use D-sign for contracts and I need to see them complete, which means a a full size screen. I've missed stuff in the past when reviewing on my phone and don't understand why a change of this type would be forced on a consumer.Would anyone know how to change the settings back? I get that I can download and then open it up that way, but that’s like 3 extra steps when I’d always been able to simply click on the document and read through.Thoughts??

When we send contracts via docusign they can’t be signed on a phone or ipad - but when we receive contracts from other business’ we can sign them via phones/ipad - what are we doing wrong when sending out contracts thats stopping us from signing via phones/tablets?We have the apps downloaded etc
