We would like to set up two or more different addresses as the recipient for a single signer, allowing that signer to perform the signing operation from any of those addresses.Is this possible?

I’m trying to request a phone call and it’s not working. I need to talk to support! I will not be renewing if it’s this hard to get support.

I am the Docusign Administrator for my company.  I have a user who got a loaner laptop, logged into Docusign and setup their signature.  The preferences→ General looks like this However, when she gets an envelope and opens the form document to sign, when she clicks in the signature field, she is prompted to create a new signature instead of using the one she setup.  Is there something in the envelope document causing this?

I thought I added the date to my document but when the signer signed the document, it only required her signature. Is there a way to add the date to the document and resend it to the signer?

Hi, Our company name has changed, and in turn our domain email address has changed through the company. I have been trying to update this using a csv. file, however i keep running into errors even when i have used the template. As an admin i can’t change an individuals email address so how is it possible to bulk change emails? Is it possible to bulk change emails at all? Thank you for any help :) 

My Docusign is all signed but for some reason it thinks I haven’t signed and has a purple signature box where I am supposed to sign (I’ve already signed)on the document on top of another signer’s signature.  Probably and issue with my setup, I’m not really familiar with Docusign setup.  Can someone help me resolve the issue?

I amended a document before signing but a crucial line was truncated on the pdf. I was able to see the full line on the document in docusign but now it it is truncated here too. How can I proof the amendment I made?

We have our Docusign account linked to our CRM, which allows us to send envelopes through our CRM portal. I usually receive the email notification that a Docusign envelope is available to sign. When I click to review the document, I get an error message that says:“Envelope or Account Activation Not FoundThe envelope is not accessible at this time. The envelope may have been recalled by the sender or require additional processing. “I will also get a notification through my Docusign mobile app. When I go to sign the document, I am able to view the doc but the fields are not available and I am unable to sign. Is there a setting that needs to be toggled in order for this to come through? 

 Hello, I am trying to figure out how to block Signers from downloading a copy of their documents until they have fully completed the signature process. Is that possible? Thanks

I have issue for unable to disable the Identity Verification setting. From the documentation I read that I can disable this feature from DocuSign eSignature settings under Signing and Sending section, but when I enter the settings (on production account), there’s no such menu.If I go to developer account, I can see the Identity Verification menu, but the only verification is Configured by DocuSign, which mean I can’t deactivate the verification (from my understanding, it shouldn’t be matter because the setting is for demo/development stages).Right now my company owner require to disable the verification to simplify the signature process. How can I disable the verification when it not exists/visible under production account?

The Hour Glass Search Bar in my Docu-Sign account does not work.  If I input a client’s name or email address that I sent I documents to in the past for signature it will not bring them up.   Docu-Sign has been unable to provide a solution to this problem, and they take hours or days to respond.   

I have been trying to sign up for a free developer account for days and have not been able too. I have faced common problems such as being logged out and the account seems like it never existed, and the invalid phone number problem. I have emailed support but they keep asking for my docusign account number which I do not have. I tried creating this and encountered the same issue. Please help me resolve this I have been stuck for days and this is very frustrating. I have tried different emails as well as clearing cache/history. 

For the past few days me and my team have been trying to create a free Docusign developer account but every time we click the “Get Started” button, nothing happens. We have tried on multiple devices (laptop, desktop, phone) and in different browsers but we are all getting the same result. There are no errors displayed, the “Get Started” button just greys out for a second then nothing happens. Can someone please help in resolving this?

I am 2 person real estate company. The agent that works with me does not have access to workspaces. She needs workspaces to access her zipform account. I can access workspaces but she can not.

Hi everyone,We currently have a signing workflow in DocuSign with the following signing order: Account officer Client Account officer (again) Compliance The idea behind this workflow is that the account officer can review the information completed by the client and, if there are any errors, correct them before sending the envelope to compliance.Problem:In practice, the account officer often skips the review and forwards the envelope directly to compliance, who then finds the errors. My question is:Is there any way for the compliance user, without voiding or declining the envelope, to send it back to the previous signer (in this case, the account officer) so they can make the necessary corrections and then continue the workflow as normal?We want to avoid canceling the envelope or having to restart the process. Ideally, we’re looking for a way to simply “send it back” one step for corrections.I would appreciate any suggestions, experiences, or workarounds you might have.Thanks a lo

I have what appears to be a strange situation… I received a real estate document from my realtor via an attachment on an email. The attachment was clearly a DocuSign document and contained a DocuSign ID#. It was an offer to buy my property. After some discussion, my realtor sent me a new email with a DocuSign for me to counter the original offer I had received earlier that day. I didn’t notice until yrs later, but this second document had a different ID# and the original ID # had vanished from  my counteroffer document. The next day, I receive an email with an attachment, it is the accepted offer to my counter. This, like the prior 2 instances, has a unique ID#. I never noticed it at the time but each instance of the sane document had a unique ID and the previous ID had vanished. My question…is the removal of an envelop ID a rather laborious process? Could it be done accidentally by the document creator? The transaction itself was very suspicious and I wonder if this ‘scrubbing’ action

Hello - after one of the recent upgrades when I click on the Set signing order, which has to be done for every envelope I create, the Name and Email boxes shrink and I then have to expand my window to ensure I am choosing the proper person.  I am a heavy DocuSign user and this is cumbersome.Before: After:  Any advice would be terrific.  Thank you.

Wondering where to configure account lockouts for incorrect password attempts.  Is that even possible?  I know how to set the password requirements, but there’s nothing there for max number of failed attempts before restricting access.  Am I missing something?

How do I get DocuSign to send me a notification that says a person has signed? All I get is a notification saying the person has viewed the document but not when they’ve signed. It’s very frustrating, as I need to alert other parties when the first one has signed as often the DocuSign emails go to spam….

I have successfully integrated docusign connect in my development environment, and it is working well.Then I moved to production environment, and it is not working. There is not any option in the docusign production account to configure the webhook.Thanks
