I keep getting this error when logging into Docusign:upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. retried and the latest reset reason: connection timeoutI tried Chrome and Edge. I’m using Windows 11. Help please I need to get a document signed.

Hello,We are using UKG Document Manager to send bulk documents to our employees. Everything appears to be set up correctly on the UKG side. However, on the DocuSign side, the only fields available for employees to complete are the signature. The fields for date, name, and title are not even provided as options. I have added those custom fields in DocuSign and included them in the PDF with white text, as recommended, but it is still not working. Do you have any insight on what might be going wrong? Thank you!

At the moment when a customer signs a contract both ourselves and the client are sent separate PDF attachments. All of clients and ourselves require the combined version, so we have to go in and download these individually for each contract. Would it be possible to automatically email over the combined PDF attachment once something is signed

Hi!Whenever a coworker sends me a document for my signature, an email notification arrives. I can sign it with no problem, but when I try to check the records on my profile just to review the document, it doesn't appear.This started happening in the last few weeksDo the senders have to do something different, so I can keep a record of all the documents I have signed?Thanks

Hi,  this has been working up until the beginning of February, for the last 2 years or so. When a user in sharepoint selects a document to sign using docusign, they sign it, a Docusign folder is created and a copy of the signed document is stored in there.This process no longer works. The folder is no longer generated and the copy of document is no longer saved in Sharepoint?Any ideas?

Good Day,Does anyone know if it’s possible to remove a custom agreement type that was added in Navigator?I’ve searched through the support guide documentation and the support site and wasn’t able to locate this information.It looks like the workaround is to edit the added custom agreement name (label) and re-purpose it, but I’m trying to see if there’s a way to condense the list of agreement types in our environment overall to lessen the system load to do the AI review.Thank you

Hi all, I have a free account, and just created and sent a document with 3 signees (including myself). None of us got any notification from Docusign. I did not specify a signing order. I have resent multiple times now.What else to do? I tried the chat support and got the message that free accounts no longer have any support

Hello,I have a query, if we are setting up new users with the default permission profile, can users get any certain number of free envelopes to use, or will they be using the paid envelopes as per the company contract?

The Docusign email should be sent from the business user’s name/email address.Currently Docusign email domain(*****@docusign.net) is sending notification emails to User. This can be updated by creating a custom domain with specific email address. Once custom domain is configured, emails would be sent through custom domain email address. Specfic Requirement :Is it possible to send Docusign email with the user who initiates docusign from Dynamics 365 crm. The power automate connectors have Account value to fill which expects Docusign Account details and CRM User details cannot be filled there. Emails must be send with the business user email id instead of docusign domain or custom domain.

I am looking into how to set up Document Visibility settings together with conditional routing, so that when a value is triggered in a dropdown field, a new envelope containing the different document will be sent to the same recipient's email address. For example, My template is an application for paid parental leave.  The signer has the choice to select Mother or Father from a dropdown field.  If mother is selected, I want a new envelope with additional forms to complete to be sent to the signer. I would really like this to be a WebForm if possible. 

Dear DocuSign Support,I would like to cancel our DocuSign account. The account was originally created by a former employee, who was set up as the main user. I only had access to the signing function.Now that this employee no longer works with us, I am unable to log in to his account to manage or cancel the subscription. Hi, we have the Standard account, which should include the Custody Transfer function. However, I cannot locate this function on the Admin section. 

I’m trying to find a Docusign form from a tenant, I can’t. The tenant said she sign it. But why can I not see it??

How does the default envelope expiration days work?It is not working on our DEV environment. UPDATEEnvelopes sent from the docusign site do have the correct expiration.Envelopes sent from the API do not use the default expiration days. I have completed an agreement via docusign. I have uploaded a file with word files embedded in the document. Once the agreement signed, the attachments or the embedded files are unable to open in the signed docusign file. I tried to check the envelope and see if I could find the original file in word file or try to open the attachment I'm the file, but all I see is the signed pdf file in my dashboard. Anyone knows what to do to let the parties has the access to the attachment?  Thanks.

This agreement is created in Docusign. Question:How customer can be verified without docusign representative?  Can bank employee verify and confirm identity?  Can customer use for example SMS with password/token?  it’s quite typical situation but we’d like to avoid phone call from this representative each time and replace with bank authority.Everything will be integrated with Microsoft PowerPlatform Thanks,Artur

I created 5 documents, that need to be signed each by the same person. After that I need to save them separately. Can I send those documents in one envelope to the person who needs to sign them all ? And then save the signed documents separately, or do I need to send each document in a separate envelope? 

 I’ve purchased the standard plan from the website—does that mean the branding function is also unavailable? 

Under the sign document option I can’t drag files into the box and the only option to upload documents is to use a template?  Any ideas on how to fix? 

Is anybody able to get past the log in error loop? I was unable for several months, then I was shocked to learn that I could create a case about two weeks ago! I emailed back and forth with an actual person but now they have closed my case before it was finished. I am back in the login in error loop: Unable to log in.If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a DocuSign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account.For all other log in scenarios,  contact DocuSign Support  for assistance.“contact DocuSign Support” is a hyperlink, then I get stuck in the loop again. I have no idea how I was able to get past it last time. I am unable to recreate that access. I have had my account for several years.I’m thinking of opening a case with the Better Business Bureau. I see that several others have opened similar cases but a solution has never been offered.

User A has fully shared access to User BUser B can see and download any documents sent from an internal source for User A as a signer.If User A receives a document from an external source, User A is able to download that document, but User B can’tIs there a setting to fix this or does this seem like a setting from the originator of the document that we do not have control over in our enterprise account?
