Hello,I am a user from China and have been asked to sign a document that requires identity authentication with identity document. However, it appears that neither the Chinese passport nor the Chinese ID card is supported by DocuSign.In this case, what are my options?I noticed that it may be possible to ask the sender to configure alternative identity authentication methods. I downgraded my account and cancelled before our annual automatic renewal date, yet a $700+ charge appeared on our card statement on what would have been our renewal date. I can’t submit a support ticket because I have a free account and phone customer service is nonexistent. This is an incredibly deceptive business practice and if I do not have a response in a timely manner to resolve this, we will be initiating a chargeback. 

I just received an email claiming to be docusign, but my default position is that everything is a scam until I find out different.  The email included two phone numbers to use if there were any questions, and I don’t trust either of them.  Do either of these numbers belong to you - (803) ***-**** or (808) ***-****? 

I keep encountering issues when trying to create envelopes in DocuSign. Although my email account is supposed to be functional, the system consistently displays an error stating that the trial period has expired. However, the company's account administrator has confirmed that my account is active and properly configured. What could be causing this problem?

I’m building a template with collaborative fields assigned to Party A but I want Party B to also be guided to these fields regardless of if Party A has already input an entry.  Previously DocuSign allowed me to assign a field to 2 parties though this feature seems to no longer be available. If I could assign the fields to both parties that would probably be ideal, but the core issue is I want each party to be forced to go through these fields and not just skip to fields that are assigned directly to them.  Any suggestions?  

Hi,I am currently experiencing an issue whereby the user (to eSign) in Singapore can’t change the eSignature and is automatically generated. Have tried to swtich from Microsoft Edge to Google Chrome and is not working in Singapore, but is working in Malaysia. The eSignature automatically generated is like an Italic style of the name the requestor has input. Appreciate for a prompt help, thank and appreciated in advance!   

Good morning  I need help retrieving a document the sender has voided I have a document reference number on original email request to sign.  Can anyone help please 

I received two emails from DocuSign about transactions I supposedly approved and signed. I did the usual checks for suspicious links, etc., to try and determine that the emails were fake, but all of the items I hovered over looked legitimate. So I logged into my DocuSign account only to find two documents there, marked as signed! I haven’t dared to download them to see what they are/who they are from.This is what I see when I hover over the “View Completed Document” link in the email: https://na4.docusign.net/Signing/EmailStart.aspx?a=ec3456aa-0b78-4116-8faf-845827c00f99&etti=43&r=595ef2ac-c4a7-4e08-9d9b-335d0897a498All of the other links in the email are similar - they all show docusign.com or docusign.net.I did look for any unusual activity in my bank accounts, but nothing has shown up. The signature you have on file for me is NOT my signature!  Not even close.  I was sent an important document to sign and the provider used your platform.  I could not use it because my signature was wrong and I wasn’t provided with the option to do a new signature.

I paid for the account that allows for 40 envelopes a month, I have sent 5 and it says we are out of envelopes already… I need support but cannot login to support to open a ticket as it says below… I opened this account months ago… can anyone point me in the right direction?:  

Hi - When we host events I would like to use DocuSign to have participants sign the waiver. Bulk Send won’t work for most events since we won’t know who is attending until the day of the event and using the standard Send with a template is impractical since events could have hundreds of participants. Is there a way I can circulate a link and anyone who clicks on the link is presented the waiver to review and sign? I have sent a document to a client. They would like to review and manually print the document before signing. As I cannot see what they view, is there an option for them to do so before automatically being taken to the signature tabs.

I am an administrator for our organization's DocuSign eSignature account. We previously had access to the "Print & Sign" feature, which allowed recipients to print documents, sign them manually, and return them. However, this option no longer appears in our Admin > Signing Settings or in the Advanced Options when preparing envelopes.Could you please confirm the current status of this feature? Specifically:Has the "Print & Sign" option been deprecated or removed from certain account types? I have a DocuSign account connected to tax software. It is used to send signature requests on tax returns. When I receive a DocuSign request from another organization (completely unrelated to my tax work) it doesn’t open the document. I click the link in the email, it goes to DocuSign but I just get a blank screen, the document never loads. I suspect cookies/cache are causing an issue.I’m using a workaround of using a different browser when I need to sign something. I would prefer to be able to do both things in the same browser without having to clear cache and cookies first.I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to more easily use DocuSign in both directions.

I am a managing director of a company that would like to test docusign. After trying for an hour to find a way to contact docusign via some sort of contact form or E-Mail I am giving up. It is extremley frustrating to see how customers life is being made difficult for such a simple thing.  Also if you call up the support page you get some cryptic page that you need to loging to “IAM” or “CLM” - no new customer knows what this means and how to get some support.Just as a side note - does the designer of the community registry page knows that all entries in the form are lost when the user name is not available? Another frusttrating experience that you do not expect from a million dollar company. And last but not least we have tried a test contract and wanted to send it to two people - but the contract never arrived on those E-Mail addresses (Spam checked). The latter was in fact the original question that we wanted to ask somebody from support. 

Hi,I'm using the C# Quickstart project for embedded signing with the focused view, and I'm running into an issue when using agent recipients.Goal:The sessionEnd event should trigger when the agent completes their part of the signing session.What's Working: Embedded signing is working for both agent and signer. The ready event is triggered properly. The sessionEnd event does trigger correctly for signer recipients. Issue:The issue occurs only for agent recipients. After clicking the Done button on the completion popup, the iframe shows an error message. At this point, the sessionEnd event is not fired.This behavior happens consistently when the embedded recipient is an agent. Signer recipients work as expected.The iframe says:This content is blocked. I sent an envelope to multiple recipients, however it had them all sign one document, not a different one for each of them, where did I go wrong?

A contract was sent for signature via DocuSign to one of our directors by the counterparty.However, we also require the signature of a second director on the same document.If I upload the document already signed by the first director into a new DocuSign envelope and send it to the second director for signature, will the original certificate of completion be lost? Or is there a way to preserve the integrity of the initial signature within this new process? Moreover, from a legal standpoint, the three signatures would still be valid, having been collected at different times, by different individuals, and in separate envelopes.!
