Hello, I cant open the case to get call back from Docsign customer service, because its requires me to have plan. I have been charged by docsign even I canceled my plan since February. Please help me how can I get my refund and contact with customer service ?

Hi, Please help us with the below error in the screenshot. This happens when selecting the client account for promoting the app to production. 

I have a Smartsheet, and what is needed is for the row for Monday to go into the Docusign column for Monday. The row for Tuesday needs to go into the Docusign column for Tuesday.Every time I run the workflow, Tuesday copies over Monday.I set up a workflow below in SmartsheetSmartsheet mapDoes anyone have any idea how I can create this document so the data for the next day does not copy over the previous day?

Upload an Excel  format file to sign, when download files, can the signed file format is still Excel ?currently the download file is PDF formator. If  the signed file format is Excel can’t available. Can the download files include mine original Excel file? When i download files, i can download original Excel file that have not signed and also have signed PDF document.  

Is it possible to customize the document name format (e.g., Last Name, First Name – Document Name – Date) when using DocuSign’s Bulk Send feature, instead of relying on the default or random file naming?This is a key requirement when handling hundreds of signed PDFs, as it would eliminate the need to manually rename each file individually after receipt.

Hi Docusign community, I'm having an issue when trying to sign a important document due to an error on the indentification process with IDnow. Id performed the registration process via ID (Germany) on the IDnow app and it when all green on the steps and finished with an error. Now when I try to sign the document it shows me a message: This identification for this Transaction Number has already been completed and cannot be restarted. I've contacted the IDnow support which refered me back to Docusing, but I can't find a way to contact Docusing support. Would you kindly help me identify the best way forward?  Thank you in advance.João Paulo

The "Lock Recipient Name" setting is disabled in my account settings, recipients can modify their name during the signature process. When I create the document for someone to sign, when I “Add recipients” and type in the persons name (example John Smith), when I get the document back I see (Johnny Smith). I’ve read there is a Lock setting, so therefore the person has to sign with their legal name (John Smith)...but I don’t see it.  Under Signing Settings, Signature, I don’t see a link to click on for: Lock Recipient Name. Nothing is there. I read on your forum I need to submit a ticket to have this “system wide” setting updated so I can see this in the future and and LOCK this setting….so whatever I type in the “Add Recipients” field is what the person must sign with. Can you change this setting for me? Or can you provide me the ticket link so I can make the ticket and submit to your team?

Is there a way to recover a purged document so I can save it again?

But as I log in DS they appear to be not accomplished by two of the signers and I can’t update their status so its finished inside the platform. Hello, how do I disable the AI Summary from popping up every time I do anything? This feature is not relevant for me and I am getting frustrated with closing it every time I sign anything.Thank you.

I am trying to remove the envelope ID from my documents in the “Sending” Settings. However, my settings are structuring as the screenshot attached reflects. Given this is not checked, shouldn’t the envelope ID not appear? I am on a free trial at the moment - do I need to upgrade to a specific plan to unlock the following boxes and keep them unchecked? 

Does anyone know how to give other users in a workgroup access to check where the envelope is in the signing ceremony, to determine which approver/signer has yet to sign the document.  This is especially helpful for time-sensitive documents to allow someone other than the owner/sender to know which signer the document is waiting on.   There are times when signers may not receive emails or the email has been typed in incorrectly.It would be beneficial if a signing group could be given access to the signing progress of an in-process envelope as part of an ownership rule when the envelope is sent.  I envision something like an ownership rule like “when an envelope with custom field “x” is sent, the ownership/access to envelope is transferred to “Signing group” or the like?Does anyone have any ideas how this may done in the platform without creating a service account user, perhaps even with Power Automate, PowerBI?Thanks in advance for any ideas/suggestions - CW

Hello All,We have a requirement wherein email which is sent to the user for signing a document should be in Non-English language, possibly in a language preferred by the user. In addition to this, even the attached document should be in user preferred language. How can we achieve this in DocuSign?

There is currently a hacking scam going around. Crooks hack into someone’s legitimate business email account, then send messages to people (I fell for it) saying there is a document to be signed. The links lead “docusign” and everything looks legit except, of course, there is no document, and it keeps asking for passwords to access the non-existent document.Since this hit me, I’ve seen other similar “official” emails sending the recipient to docusign for documents that don’t exist.I am trying to change my DOCUSIGN password but that seems buried.

I have a consent form that needs to be signed by teens (our participants) and parents prior to participating in a research study. I want to be able to email/text the form to the teens, they would then forward the link to their parents to sign, and the teen can also sign on a designated line. I do NOT have the parents’ names, I only have the teens’ names (that is our recruitment strategy). Is this possible? Ideally we would let the parent fill in their name and sign it. I can technically fill-in the teens’ names but that could be cumbersome at scale, so ideally they would also fill in their own name and sign. I am completely new to Docusign so would appreciate step-by-step instructions for this. thank you! 

We are designing a new template that includes a document that may require entry for up to 6 fields.  We would like to have the document not populate the red blank unfilled fields at signing if no data is entered. Is there a way to automatically eliminate the lines that appear in the red section below if the user does not add data? 

Hi.I’m working in a sandbox environment and surprised that I’m able to download and print a Certificate of Completion and documents even though the envelope is still in progress with some signers still to sign and complete required fields?I didn’t expect to be able to download a CoC until all required fields were actioned and the envelope was completed.  Is this available in the production/live version of the platform - it somehow doesn’t seem right?Many thanks. Kenneth

 I can receive the documents by email and sign them without any problems. However,  I just can’t see them on the dashboard (shows “0” in any catalog) and couldn’t find them in the inbox either, on Docusign.It seems the signature I put on the documents is different from what I see from my user profile, but I’m using the same email address to receive these documents signing requests and logging onto Docusign. Strange.Can anybody help? Thank you ~ 

We built an integration with DocuSign SOAP APIs in 2012 and a few of our clients are still using them. Recently, we noticed that whenever we add the custom tags for the recipients, they are automatically are required, even if when have not specified the customtabrequired property to true. Whenever we require the custom tag, we specify the two properties to true.CustomTabRequired = trueCustomTabRequireSpecified = trueCan you please let us know what else we need to specify and why all of a sudden these custom tags are required?Thanks

I cancelled my monthly subscription plan 3 months ago, but today I saw my card statement and realised I am still charged every month. In the admin section, I could see this “Undo Cancellation” button, which means I did cancel it. Can somebody help how can I cancel it immediately? I tried “Contact Us”, but I can’t login there to send any message to Docusign team. TBH, I expected better from a bigger name like Docusign.Thanks

We are encountering the error "You must have Docusign administrator permissions to perform this operation" when attempting to open the Docusign Apps Launcher in our Salesforce sandbox environment.We have administrator access in our Docusign demo/sandbox account, but the error persists.Could you assist with this issue or direct us to the appropriate support contact?
