Over the past few days, my team and I have been attempting to create a free DocuSign developer account through their official website.We navigate to the Developer Center and locate the “Get Started” button, which is supposed to initiate the registration process.However, every time we click the button, absolutely nothing happens—no redirects, no form loads, and no error messages.after sometimes of loading this below error page will displayed

Hello,When a web form has the "Initiate Signing Session from email" selected, the “Thank you page” is never displayed at the end of the session, only the generic Docusign page (https://apps-d.docusign.com/post-sign/finish-signing).Any idea?Thanks

hi all,  i am having an issue with my updated signature not being applied to documents.  I have followed the guides to change my signature on my profile but when i go to sign a new document docusign is filling in the signature with the previous one that was saved. i have cleared my cache and cookies of my browser and have tried on the app and other devices and the same issue happens.  has anyone else experienced this or know how to get the proper signature being used?

I was sent a document to sign and accidentally accepted the ‘DocuSign’ default as my signature for the document. I have updated my signatures in my profile but am not able to sign this document with my name- the only option that comes up when I select ‘Sign’ is the incorrect “DocuSign’ default. Is there a way to fixt this?

Hi I have been trying all sorts but cannot resize a text field in an envelope, I have tried logging into the support portal but its not working neither is the chat box. I’m getting fed up now so not sure what else to try. How do I cancel the subscription?

I am using a free DocuSign developer account and encountering the following error when trying to send an envelope:“The recipient limit on the envelope has been exceeded. The cumulative recipient limit has been exceeded.”I am unsure about the exact recipient limits for free developer accounts. In my case, the number of recipients per envelope is relatively small (2-3), yet this error still occurs. Could you please clarify what the exact recipient limits are for free developer accounts? Also, are there any ways to resolve or work around this issue?

Dear DocuSign Support,I am reaching out regarding a charge of $406,55 to my card on the 23rd of April 2025 for one seat on my DocuSign account. This charge is incorrect, as I had canceled my subscription and downgraded to the free plan on the 18th of April.I never signed up for another paid plan, and I have not used any envelopes or services since canceling. When I log in now, I cannot see any envelopes or access paid features, which confirms I’ve been on the free plan since cancellation.I respectfully request a full refund for this charge, as it was made after I had ended my subscription. Observation:It has been observed that within DocuSign ID Verification, there is a mismatch between the front-end restrictions and the back-end validation. While the front end allows the selection of a specific document type (e.g., passport), the back end currently does not enforce this restriction, allowing signers to upload any form of ID (e.g., a driving license) regardless of the selected type.Issue:This discrepancy means that the document type restriction presented to the signer is ineffective, potentially leading to compliance or verification issues.Recommendation:The system should be updated so that both front-end and back-end configurations are aligned. If a specific ID type is selected (e.g., passport), the back end must enforce that only the selected document type can be uploaded by the signer.

I have a Web Form built with an eSignature Template that has two signers. All of the fields are assigned to the first signer except for two… the name and email address of the second signer. As a web form, however, the first signer enters all the information for all the fields, including the name and email address of the second signer. After finishing, when they see the final document to review and sign, all the data is visible except for the name and email address of the second signer, which appear blank to the first signer.If the first signer goes on to sign the document, it is emailed to the second signer, who can now see the second signer name and email in place, so the data definitely made it from the web form to the eSignature template.Unfortunately, this is confusing our first signers, and they are calling us wondering why it’s broken. Hi - I have created fields in templates within a doc gen form and the user fills out those fields on the contract. However, I am unable to find where that data is stored within the CLM.  Where can I see the information the user fills in on those fields? I HAVE A BUSINESS PRO ACCOUNT.  I CANNOT ACCESS CREATE POWERFORM.  I GET LET TO A CONTINUOUS LOOP PAGE.  OR ALL THE DIRECTIONS SHOW A DROP DOWN, OR OPTION, THAT I DO NOT HAVE.  THIS IS TIME SENSITIVE AND NEED A SOLUTION.

I am wondering if there is a way to require multiple authorization methods in DocuSign’s eSignature module specifically. For example, both taking a live selfie and a picture of your license. Has anyone set this up before and how did you do it?

Client has been using this email before with DocuSign and the email is over 20 years old. DocuSign emails are not received and not in spam folder.An alternative email address works. Are there any issues with gmx.net with DocuSign?

When creating a new stamp from an image I set the stamp height to the desired height but when I apply the stamp on a document it does not show the correct height. Comparing it to another stamp that was previously created of the same size it’s clear that the size isn’t consistent between the two stamps. Any ideas?

Hello,We had several in process envelopes that were waiting signers. During this time we turned on the Attach Documents to Completed Envelope setting and manually corrected the envelopes to include a CC. However, we are noticing that once the in process documents (that were started before the setting was turned on and it was corrected to include a carbon copy recipient), that the attachments are not in the email. How do we correct this? Ally

We tried to use the “Bulk Send” function. Therefore generated a new template, clicked on “Use” and afterwards on “Bulk Send (New)”. But after uploading the csv file it only says:The legacy version of bulk send is retired. Switch to the new enhanced version of bulk send There seems to be no logic behind this response, hope any else has comparable issues.

Can anyone suggest why can’t I create a docuSign developer account?I was linked here https://www.docusign.com/developers/sandbox to fill the form. However, when I clicked “Get Started”, nothing happened, no error, or any info. I checked the web developer tool, it prints “CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT” error. I tried different browsers. But all the same. I asked my colleagues tried from their side also, it’s the same.Any suggestions?  

Would like to see an option for admins that allows a toggle for notifications sent to users who do not have a Docusign account.
