For efffff’s sake, Docusign! I have a free plan. I send maybe one Docusign a month. So I sent one last month. The other party signed. But every time I try to sign I get a blank page. There is no support email or phone number or platform, it seems, for free users. Which makes me NEVER want to pay for anything related to Docusign. I need to get this one agreement signed and completed. Then I will never have anything to do with Docusign ever again. How can a SaaS company have zero customer support options? Ridiculous. Please let me know who I can contact to get this issue resolved.

Is it possible to delete a document from an envelope not fully signed yet, which was generated by the Document Generation feature and add a new document to it generated by Document Generation as well?  

Hello,I have received a document by email that I need to sign via DocuSign. I created a signature with a mistake. Now I can’t correct it because DocuSign doesn’t allow me to change the signature that I chose initially. I tried creating a DocuSign account, but when I did it, I didn’t see an option to sign a document received via email. What can I do to use a different signature? 

I run a custom cabinet manufacturing business, and our designers are responsible for selling a project to a client. The Designers are responsible for negotiating with the client and closing the deal. When they do, they are required to fill out a contract with the details of the project. Sometimes, the Designers get the details wrong. Is it possible to create a custom field that consist of a text and a date?E.g. Text; “Signed Date” & DateThen I don’t need a text “Signed Date:” in my document.It could be a little problem to have the text from my pdf file and place the “Date” so it will be at same line.Hope my question is at the right place and you are able to understand my question :-) 

When I create documents to sign and am adding fields for completion and signature, the fields always default to one sender and their respective color. What is the best most efficient way to have the same fields for different recipients (colors) without having to do it manually for each recipient. When I go to send, it tells me I did not add fields, which is true, but I would like the same fields to apply to all documents. Why on earth is there no easy way to do this, or is there?

Dear DocuSign Community,Is there a way to make DocuSign remember a device for logging in on the iOS-app without deactivating 2FA altogether? Our users are sharing iPads for using the DocuSign app for in-person signing a lot and are annoyed by having to run to their desktops to find the 2FA-code in their e-mail when switching accounts. I have initiated a docusign and all parties have since signed. When I want to download the document, I get a meaningless error message and am unable to download the document.What can I do? Error message says:An error occurred while processing your request.Reference #221.5ec41102.1747733032.9012F97 

I recently subscribed to a paid personal account of DocuSign. I prepared an envelope and sent it to the recipients for signature. While prepare the documents there was no watermarks. However, the version received by the signatory had the watermark that stated “Demonstration document only”. When the document was completed from all signatories, I received a completion certificate and the final signed document which included the same demonstration watermark. I understand that this watermark undermines the enforceability of the signed document. Every time i create a new document the same issues happen again. How can i resolve this problem ?

Like many other people, I have an issue with my docusign account and I cannot get in touch with anyone to help me. I can select the corner where you should be able to drag the corner out to resize but it does nothing. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

I there an expiration date for the envelope after the signatur process is started. 5 out of 7 signatures are done.

I have uploaded a pdf for signing and when I go to add signatures it has marks all the way through it - like this.  Why and how do i fix it?

I have admin rights in Docusign with our company CEO, and I have the ability to manage envelopes on behalf of our CEO. An envelope was sent to three signatories, two of which have signed the document, and we are waiting for one additional person to sign. I’ve looked through the help forums to troubleshoot/resolve. What I am trying to do is resend the envelope to just the remaining individual who needs to sign. However, when I select the envelope it doesn’t appear that I have any ability to resend the document just to the outstanding signatory. The only options I have are “MOVE” and “MORE” which options are “History” and “Export as CSV.” Any help much appreciated, thank you. 

I'm going to use one more sub-account in docusign and I will migrate the user. In the old account users have customized shared access.Is there a possibility for the user itself or for me as administrator to migrate the shared access of the user? Or have the user to configure the shared access from scratch in the new account?Thanks in advance!

We use DocuSign as both internal and external tool to sign document and it is very difficult to have a report with internal vs external envelopes. Especially with the Envelope Recipient Report limitation of only 50000 rows at a time, we have to general several chunks of reports and merge if the data is over a long period. Is it possible to run a volume report instead?

Prior to very recently, when specifying signatures for a document, my signature icon would appear in one color and my client’s signature icon in another color. Now they are both the same color and that seems to “confuse” DocuSign so that when I receive my copy to sign (I’m #1 to sign) and click “Start”, I’m taken to sign for both me and my client.

Logo Size under Brand is too small. When the logo on  "review and continue" shows up, the logo is barely to be viewed.  We uploaded different pixel and resolutions of logo but still did not work. Support from DocuSign asked us to submit an idea here. 

Can someone tell me what the above message means?  is it just the disclosure that we wont see or does this negate the electronic signature all together.Total Nube here, any information would be appreciated.
