Hello, I need to make a change to the template for a form.Am I able to replace the existing template in the form? Or do I need to create a new form altogether?I’ve done some tests, and it looks like all the fields that were created are lost when the template is replaced.Just to clarify, the template is the document (XLSX, PDF, DOCX) that we use as the basis for the DocuSign form. ​@Chris.Lavin  the challege for me is when we tried to request customer sign the aggreement, some of the customer metioned they couldn’t get the email from docusign, due to different customer has different IT policy, some customer(companies) will block email from docusign to avoid email spam or phishing email, how do you handle such situation?

I’m sending DocuSign through Salesforce with 2 files. On the Salesforce opportunity the files save as one PDF, but in the completion email it’s received as two files. I want to combine the files to one PDF in the completion email too. It is possible?Thanks!!!

Can the business located in Turkey use Docusign legally? Is Docusign legal in Turkey? If it is not, is there any plan or situation to make the Docusign legal in Turkey?

I signed this contract almost 48 hours ago. I went through the video identification process with the live agent, and everything was confirmed successfully at that time. However, it has now been stuck in review for nearly two full days without any update.This delay is unacceptable. I am unable to bill my client because the signed document remains locked in this pending state, and I’m losing revenue every single day this persists.I’m posting here because DocuSign Support is currently unavailable for me (I can’t log in to submit a ticket). Has anyone experienced a similar delay with the video ID process? Is there anything I can do to unblock this situation faster?Any advice or ideas would be really appreciated. Thank you!

I am trying to send a document to a client but it isn’t being received.  I’ve tested it with my personal yahoo.co.uk address and it doesn’t work either.

The task a witness to a signature it to attest to the signature being placed on teh page by the party signing - no more, no less.The witness should not be able to see the document the signature they are witnessing is attached to, should not be able to see what the document is about - its title or headings of the DocuSign envelope.It is a major problem for confidentiality and makes us and our clients very reluctant to use DocuSign where signatures are required.

I am using Salesforce to access the DocuSign folder and documents. From the DocuSign file component, I have this. From here I select 2 documents, and there is also an action button on the right side that will trigger a workflow.The workflow needs to combine these 2 selected documents and then create a new document. I did create a document workflow. When I run this workflow, in the XML I found that it has 2 documents in the Params variable. When I imported that XML, I found that the XML contained only one document.  Please help me out to achieve this requirement.

Here is a question - Why does DocuSign think it is okay to charge someone’s card $266 without any warning that there is a bill coming due after 2 years?  This morning I logged into my account to change my subscription to monthly instead of annual because it is no longer necessary for me to maintain an annual account.  DocuSign charged me for the next year (amount not authorized) and changed my subscription starting next year.  This is NOT okay.  My annual subscription ran out as of today and as of today I would like to change the way I am billed. I would like a full refund for the annual rate that, again, was not authorized and to immediately switch to a month-to-month plan or cancel. I have been a long-time user of DocuSign and would like to continue, however, I am very disturbed by the way this has been handled and by the lack of support for this matter. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday I purchased a docusign Business Pro subscription for its advertised ability to create PowerForms. In spite of updating a properly prepared template and having (I had to add this…???) PowerForm Administrator permissions, I do not see a link to create a PowerForm from my template. Please advise as to why this is occurring. 

HelloI am trying to access a copy of a signed document that was sent to my email last May (May-24).  I no longer have the email with the document ID and I am desperately trying to get copies of those documents.   Is there a way for Docusign to resend those emails to me with the document ID so I can review these documents?  Otherwise how do I access the documents?  Thank you!

Can someone please explain what happens when there are two people who need to sign the document? Does it get sent to the first signer then only after they sign it does it get sent to the second signer? Does that process happen automatically? Does the signing always have to go in order or can it get sent to both parties at the same time?

DocuSign is literally the worst company! Ive been trying for 2 days to create a case to speak to someone about them just randomly changing our account and the amount of envelopes we get each month and I cannot get any resolution. Everytime I try to create a case it wants me to login but when I try the login does not work even though im logged into my DocuSign account.We’ve been using them for years but at this point I am looking for a different solution and will cancel this. INSANE that you cant get a hold of anyone to help you!

Some documents we put on DocuSign, such as shareholder resolutions do not need to be signed by all parties.There needs to be a facility to delete a document when the time period for signing has passed without the system sending the signatories a deleted, expired or void notification which just causes confusion.We generally, as a result, have to email all signatories and tell them to ignore the email from DocuSign as it is incorrect and this is not good for DocuSign’s reputation or ours.

I am not able to access my Docusign account, and am not getting a timely response from customer support.  Case ID 15534001.  This is affecting my business.  It has been approx 18 hours so far without any resolution or direction.  I am hoping that someone from Docusign sees this post and will help out!

Is it possible to add some additional roles. In the instance of the way I am using the tool for the signing of documents it would be really useful if I could allow the first point of contact to review and comment.On their approval I would like it to flow to the signer to actually sign off the document. Then for another role to be added that sends only the completed document to another contact for their reference and record keeping. Currently I am setting the first person as a viewer, then a signer and the third is in CC. But the first person is viewing and before they get a chance to comment or approve the document is signed. The third person is getting too much information. 

Hi,I have created a Power Automate flow for DocuSign, and it is working fine when the KYS DOCX form is attached from SharePoint — the approver is able to sign without any issues.However, I'm encountering a problem when I try to attach additional PDF files along with the KYS form (for review purposes) for the same approver. In this case, I'm getting the following error: "ANCHOR_TAB_STRING_NOT_FOUND." Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Lately Every document I do is getting auto tagged on every signature line?? How can I turn this OFF? I am having to go through every document and remove all the “Auto Tagging” it does on its own before I can tag for signatures :-(  Hoping some way to turn it off and I’ve tried everything I can think off. We have a few follow-up questions regarding the use of Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES), which — as far as we understand — are also part of the Docusign offering. We are particularly interested in using this functionality within our HR department.Under German law, there are specific formal requirements. For example, fixed-term employment contracts generally require the written form (a "wet ink" signature) to be legally valid. However, the legislator now allows this written form to be replaced by a Qualified Electronic Signature (only!), which makes QES highly relevant for us.We have reviewed the available documentation on QES provided by Docusign, but we are still unclear on how the process works in practice.We understand that QES differs from a simple electronic signature in that the signatory must be formally identified — typically using an official ID document.Here are our specific questions:1.      Which types of ID documents are accepted for QES identity verification?2.     

I want to know if there's a way to hide the DocuSign header when embedding it in an iframe. I'm currently using a standard envelope template and displaying the signing page in an iframe, but I only want the user to sign the document — not see options like 'Decline to Sign' or 'Finish Later'. Is there a way to hide those options or the entire header?

I need assistance figuring out what product best suits my needs. I have written emails and tried finding contact numbers. This is my last attempt before going to another platform.
