In our industry, people must use their finger or a stylus to sign their name but the only we find we can force that is to use the drawing field, instead of the signature field. However, I don’t see a way to do that with the mobile app. Is there a workaround?

How do I bypass the pop out window to create account once users have signed the webform and go directly to landing page? There isn't a way for users to close it out.

I sent (3) DocuSign paperwork to a customer with (3) different and separate signers.  It was for an annual renewal.  (2) of the (3) signers came back with last year’s documents?!  I definitely did NOT upload last year’s forms and especially, the forms were renamed and I uploaded this year’s forms.  I received last year’s with last year’s pricing.  How is it possible that my customers were able to upload or replace the form with last year’s data….….OR did DocuSign sent last year’s data from an old cache…..?  How is this even possible??

When I navigate to Admin > Plans & Billing > Manage Your Subscription, and click ‘Cancel Plan’ absolutely nothing happens. This led me to go to the support center, where I cannot open a case. The sender of a Docusign envelope has made corrections to a contract without my consent.  Now refusing to send me link to the Issue 1 of the document.  I can only access Issue 2 through my account as the receiver and not the account holder.  I believe certain paragraphs were removed from Issue 1.  Person has sent  an‘Issue 1’ which I do not believe to be the actual Issue 1.  The envelope ID has been removed from this issue.  How can I retrieve the true Issue 1?

I have sms texting option for sending envelopes. When we do not need to send via sms we have simple unchecked the box. As of yesterday, we are not able to uncheck the sms option. The box is grayed out and we have not made any changes in our settings. How can we fix this?   

Hi everyone.I'd like to know if there's a way to ensure that once a user claims a task from a task group, all upcoming tasks in that specific task group within that specific workflow execution will be automatically assigned to that same user.So I saw that there is an opition in the configurations of a human step called Task Group Assignee and that it is possible to create expressions from it. How would it be an expression where a task is directed for all members from a task group the first time, but redirected to the user that claimed it, in the first time, afterwards (when returning to the same step, like a choice for example)?Thanks

How do I stop the XML from being created, along side of my Word document?  The history said it was from a document package builder but I cannot find where that is located or how I can edit it.  I only want the word document with the signature at this point and this action is cluttering up my folders.  Thanks!

Hello, On 07/24 our annual account was charged $600.00 for 2 seats and 200 envelopes. I downgraded the plan to 1 seat, wanting to receive a refund for the extra seat that we will not use as I saw that refunds are still possible if they’re in the 14-day window. However, I saw I needed to cancel a plan or close the account.   So, I decided to cancel the plan, which would default me to the free plan, then sign up again for the 100 envelopes. However, My ability to cancel the plan is greyed out, and I do not know what to do. I am currently being charged for more than I need and I am still in the return window.  I also attempted to undo the “pending change” and keep the 2 seats to see if that will allow me to cancel. But it will not change back to the original plan.  I have been a long-time DocuSign user for two business operations. I hope this can be corrected.  Any help will be appreciated.  Thank you,

Hi All! We’ve got an issue with a signer who is unable to sign a document in QES, due to a "Cookies should be enabled" error (browser = Safari). However, she accepted cookies + tried with another browser but still remains blocked.Have you ever encountered this problem? 

is there a problem with sending documents to a yahoo.com address for someone.  Is yahoo blocking docuSign?  I have sent docs to person numerous times and they are not getting them and address is correct.

For the personal version and the standard version, I have a few questions regarding their use.The first question is: can the signatures be modified for both versions? For example, if I am Lucia and later on I want to change my signature to Linna on the envelope, is that possible?The second question is: can the company seal be operated in both the personal version and the standard version?The third question: For a small company that might only receive 5-10 envelopes a month, would the personal version be sufficient?Looking forward to getting answers, thank you all.

An unscrupulous business sent a document to sign by two of us.  They only received one signature, and the document was subsequently voided.  This business then decided to take the signatures they had on the document, download from Docusign, and publish the document as though it is complete.  Because this Docusign envelope was sent to me before I had a Docusign account (using this same email address), Docusign won’t allow me access to be able to download the voided document, nor will Docusign go on the record formally to state the envelope was voided.  Instead, Docusign has told me to reach out to the very business that’s published the forged document to have them print the voided document.  I had to purchase a Docusign service plan to even open a claim, and after a month, Docusign is still unable to satisfy my request.  This is a clear case of fraud, and I need Docusign to definitively show/state that the document in question has been voided, and that any portrayal that it’s a valid do

Hi all,when a user accesses one of our powerform URLs, they enter Name and Mail and then receive the following error message:The error message translates to “cannot be loaded, an error occured”. The error is “on and off” sometimes it is there for hours, sometimes for days. It affects all users and all powerforms. DocuSign Support was not able to help us after 4 weeks of back and forth. Do you have any idea?  

I have read every post here and seen all the videos but the Bulk Send option still not showing on my options to send any template. I have also open a case 5 days ago and have not received any type of support from docusign. Any idea on what I can do? This service will not work for us if I can’t bulk send my documents.

I have opened a PDF with Acrobat Reader and looked at the signature panel which reads as below. What is the significance of the expiry date/time 2025/10/26 18:16:34. Does that date bear any relationship to when the document was signed? And why when I first opened the document and looked at the signature panel it said the “Signature is LTV enabled” [as at the end]. I ask as the document is undated and it is key to know exactly when the document was signed. I am confused about that date  2025/10/26 18:16:34. Can anyone help. 

Is there a way to have the signer printed their name and then sign the document?  I am having problems where the document gets sent out as Mike and they sign it as Michael.  I want them to be able to enter their name and then sign.

I’m experiencing an issue with IDnow Ident’s document verification. I’m originally from India, currently working in Ireland on Stamp 4 (IRP), and I hold an Indian passport.During my verification call, IDnow requested an Irish ID card and declined both my IRP and Indian passport.
