I’m looking to create a form that would generate an envelope to be signed. I want the person who fills out the form to be able to set additional recipeients or signers. I could think of two ways of doing this - either, setting the names/emails for the individuals to be added as recipeients 2 and 3 or by having them set their name/email so they could then use the “Modify Recipients” Recipient as the second recipeint. Is this possible?

When sending a a DocuSign to a client I always CC myself. Now when I CC’d myself I did not receive a copy of the email.. When I login to my account, by my name as recipient it says waiting. Why?

 Our Salesforce organization is linked to DocuSign through a generic integration admin account. However, we have five sales representatives responsible for generating contracts and sending them for signature. In this scenario, should we purchase one DocuSign Gen license based on the integration admin account or five licenses based on the number of sales reps?

Hi, I have sent an document to be signed by two people. One of the signees has declined.  I have asked the other signee to decline the document also so i can resend as I can’t void or correct the document. However the other signee is having problems trying to decline this.  How can i void the whole document please. There is an option to delete but does that just mean delete it of my page rather than cancel the document.  Also why is there no phone number to contact Docusign uk!  Every time I have a problem I have to send numerous emails to get someone to understand what my problem is. 

We've enabled ID Evidence for ID Verification Type - IDV EU Advanced with Liveness (ID Image). Currently, we're receiving the ID image and it's accessible in the envelope record. However, as we're initiating the envelope sending process from Salesforce, the business requirement is to capture the ID document image in the Salesforce record along with the completed signed document. Is this feasible?

Hello, hello! I’ve watched several videos and reviewed documents on this subject and cannot find my way around completing this. Is web forms the appropriate tool to use to send an agreement to a large group of volunteers who need to review, sign, and opt in/out of a few activities? I’ve successfully used power forms for this, but the web form option is so much better for mobile use, I’d love to use it.  Is there a recommended video or step by step guidance doc you could point me to? I’m trying to pull in the text of the agreement. Thanks is advance.

I am having the hardest time figuring out how to start over on a contract that needs editing after it was signed.  I want to void or delete and start over with edit and have people resign.  Can anyone  help? It would really be appreciated!!

Good Morning i seem to have two accounts and would like to cancel the one that is not supported by my company. When i log in it seems to default me to the company account and am struggling to delete the other subscription. 

I would prefer if there was no signing order for documents. From what I can see, it seems that if you just don’t click the signing order box it’ll send the document to sign to all participants at the same time. Am I understanding correctly? I also want all the participants to be able sign on the same document. It seems as if all the participants do sign on the same document. Or does there have to be a signing order in order to all sign on the same document?

Hey folks,  I’m sorry if this has already been answered, but I haven’t found a resource on this topic yet. I’m looking for a way to customize the subject line a signer / person receiving a copy gets once a powerform has been submitted. The specific example in this case is staff submitting for reimbursement. They fill out the powerform for approval and then they receive a copy once it’s been approved. Is there any way to make the subject line on the copy they receive populate with a text field from within the form they submitted (like the name of the item or date submitted, etc.) Staff are concerned that because they complete the form so frequently, it’s hard to search for / locate the correct pdf in their email to upload to show proof of approval. They can’t differentiate between different requests. I currently have it set so the person requesting’s name shows up, but this only helps our purchasing team, not necessarily the individual staff members.  Please advise! Thank you for your t

I want a form to bypass an individual if an amount equals zero. If the dollar amount equals $.01 or greater then I need that person(supervisor)to DocuSign the form.

Hello. I added and saved a dropdown box as a custom field. I would like to add the same dropdown box into my document at various points. However, when filling out the document, all of the dropdown boxes are linked and auto-populate with the most recent answer. That is not what I want. I want each dropdown box to operate independently from one another. Is there a way to do that? The signer is completing a rubric so each question has different criteria but is scored on the same scale (i.e. outstanding, good, average, needs improvement, NA). Thanks for any help you can provide!

Is there a setup option to allow one recipient to sign a document two different ways without adding them as two different recipients?I have a form that requires the recipient to sign two different ways - one signature with just their full name and the other signature their name with POA indicated. Example attached. 

Hi team,I tried to download the files with "Combined PDF" option, but I can only download the signed file.I'm a "Receive a copy" role.If I use the "Separate PDFs" option, I can download 2 separate files which Signed file + Envelop into 1 Zip.Do I need any special setting for download the Signed file + Envelop into 1 PDF combined file?Thank you very much for your support.

I keep getting pop-ups suggesting tools to use, such as how to edit a PDF.  I don't mind seeing it once, but it constantly pops up while I'm trying to work.  Is there any way to stop this from happening?  Thank you!  MGB

So I am creating a template for the first time and came across an add on called “Healthcare” fields. I used it to create my template fields, but it is asking me for patient information.  When I send it to an outside client it gives me an error message that those fields are there. Is there a way to change the field or bypass this?

I need to have 3 fields to be signed and need the recipient to draw sign 3 times with out it duplicating. I found a post where that option should be in singing settings in prepare view, but i do not have that option. 

Envelope’s I sent yesterday (1/23/24) and today are not being pushed.  The recipients are not receiving the DocuSign email and the emails are not in the spam folder.

I’ve been trying to see if it’s possible to do some kind of dynamic routing. For example I have a form that can have anywhere from 0-3 additional people needing to be included but those people are always known until the form has already been started. Ideally I’d looking for a way to do something like this where they can specify whether or not the form should be sent to a supervisor, include the supervisors name and email and then have the form get kicked over to them after they’ve filled out their portion of the form. I just don’t want to make 1283 different versions of the form document for each possible combo that could maybe happen.

Identifying who the Requester is without having to click on “Your Electronic Signature is Requested”. Can a FILTER be added with the name on the "Action Required" page? 

Student participation no-show reported in error. This needs to be corrected wi the Change of Enrollment Form which is not easy to find in DocuSign. Please advise ASAP 

I have sent a document using same template through the bulk send feature in multiple evelopes.  Role 1 is lease, role 2 is co-signer —Recipient 1 is student, 2 is parent Our response rate is low, so I would like to change the send order, so that the parent (Role 2 receives the document 1st instead of 2nd?  . Additionally, I would like to modify the email message.  How can I do this within the bulk send envelope without modifying each individual recipients envelope?  I know I can “correct” a single envelope, but don’t wish to repeat the process 100+ times.

I have a client that has tried to use the KBA to sign a package but is failing due to not picking the "correct" address. He says the address question has a new address, and old address, and a PO Box that he used to use. He picked his new address, but it failed. Which address should he be picking? The old, new, or PO Box? How does the system determine which answer is "correct"?
