Probably the easiest question but I need to sign the document and then send for signature of client. How can I sign it first?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had the following situation: My CEO has added me as “delegate” to his gmail account. The same account he uses to login to DocuSign. Therefore, now I am able to access his emails and once I press on the Docusign link - I can sign all of his documents. Please let me know if there is a way to stop this from happening? I do not have any legal permissions to sign any contracts or docs. Cheers,

Hello,when sending a document, the recipient/signer receives an SMS asking him to take a picture of the driving license or passport in order to go on with the verification/signing process. The recipient clicks on the link and takes a photo of the ID. Then he always receives the info “we couldn’t verify your identity. Try later”. With the docusign app it works, but it doesn’t work in the browser. Any ideas what could be wrong?Thank you!  

DocuSign iphone push notifications not showing up though turned on in settings

I have created a powerform from a template. The template allows for users to assign it to someone else to sign. There is 1 recipient as a Needs to Sign with the relevant fields to complete. When I try to assign it to someone else in the DocuSign screen (usually under Other Actions) the option is not there. I can’t find anything online to understand why I don’t have the option to Assign to Someone Else, like a normal envelope.

I want to complete a template - the document to be sent is an invoice and will be different every time.The recipient has to sign, and input an account code in a text box. The signature needs to be auto dated. We can do this manually but is there a way to input the signature box, date and text box as a template?

hi there  I am currently part of a plan and I want to purchase a separate personal plan outside of the plan I belong to. When I try to do so I get an error that I cannot purchase a personal plan since it is not part of a successor plan. Does shared access continue to work after a user is deactivated.(Ex. If user A has shared access of user B, will user A be able to continue having shared access of user B after user B is deactivated.)

I am creating a process that gets completed envelopes and then uploads the envelope’s documents, once uploaded I would change a custom field that I wanted to use to filter out the completed envelopes that had their documents uploaded, but since no changes can be done once the envelope is completed, I cant change that custom field value. Is there something else I can do?

I lost access to a Google account that is associated with a Google Voice number.  When i registered my email address for a free Docusign account so I could sign documents from my accountant, etc. (who has a Docusign corporate account), I used the Google Voice number, specifying SMS. I still can receive phone calls on the number but because I cannot login, I cannot see SMS sent to me.  When I attempt to login, it tells me to try again when I have access to the phone number (which I don’t ever expect to get).Is there a way to get Docusign to change the 2FA setting on my account from SMS to phone call?  Can my accountant, which has a corporate subscription to Docusign contact Docusign support and somehow get me access? I have other email addresses, so solving my immediate problem is easy, but I really would like to recover my Docusign account.Note the same userid and password is required for this community forum, but it doesn’t use the same 2FA mechanism.

I have two documents that my sister in law needs to sign and notarize.  She lives in Mexico so she can’t just go to a notary.Is there a way I can find a notary here who I can schedule a meeting between SIL and notary to get these documents executed?I’m on a hard deadline as I can’t proceed with filing taxes on this issue until these papers are filed with the court and tax day is fast approaching.Thank you

Hi,We recently issued a document to a customer to sign.Next thing we got an email to say ‘here’s your signed document’ with a link to access the completed document.However when we log into Docusign, it is still showing as incomplete, waiting for the customer to sign it. Can anyone shed any light on this?The customer in in a different region (N America as opposed to us being in Australia) would that be something to do with it?How do we get the completed version in our Docusign? Thanks all.  

I uploaded a document and sent for signature on 13 Feb to 5 signatories. On 20 Feb I checked in the morning and there was only one signatory left for signature for which I have chased through Teams.when I checked in the evening same day, document seems to be missing from the list. I can’t find it anywhere. its neither deleted nor purged and even I didn’t get any mail if it is complete. How can I find that document?

Hello,We have user who has @ DocuSign Accounts with the same email address, but different Account #'s. Ss there a way to get rid of one those accounts? I have seen a few  other related threads here but I did not see one that provided a solution for this in particular. We see "Count is greater than 0" show up on the document when Quote_Lines_Count has a value > 0. It also does not show up when the value is <= 0.However, the second conditional test is not working. "Count is less than 1" does not show up on the document when Quote_Lines_Count has a value <= 0.We tried the following too but it did not work.<# <Conditional Test=”number(//Quote_Lines_Count) = 0” /> #>Count is equal to 0<# <EndConditional/> #> Any idea what’s wrong here or what would be the right way of achieving what I am trying to do? Thanks.

I am trying to add a postal address field to a bulk send. The standard fields are populating but i can’t seem to label the field properly to pull through from the CSV, is this possible? 

A number of us are recipients of a docusign sequential multi-person form. Three of us have signed it.  The document never appears in the 4th person’s email or account.  Their email address has repeatedly been checked, the form has been resent twice. It never appears for the 4th signatory (neither by email notice or in their account “inbox”).How do we fix this?Thanks,PJS

One of our users has started to also work of a subsidiary of ours. Is it possible to have an account with 2 different email addresses/signatures or do we need to make another account for her second email? She is going to user eSignature on both emails.  Many thanks

We have a client who wants to use the new DocGen features from Salesforce as they have a requirement for Dynamic Tables.Additionally, they would like to have a Partner on their Partner Portal utilise the same functionality (not embedded signature.)Anyone know if this is possible?

I selected a signature for DocuSign and it worked for several documents, but now it appears scrunched and messy.  I deleted the selection and added a different one, but the issue persists. Any ideas?
