When you edit an active web form, does it change the URL link when it is reactivated?

11 signature pages needs signed by the same person. Is this a bulk upload and if so, what will the recipient receive, 1 pdf with each page or individual pages. OR would I need to send each page and start a new envelope for each?

While I use the connector ‘when the status of the envelope changes’ it throws this error when i use it in the power automate flow.please find the error message below: The request failed. We are experiencing issues with the OTP, clients are receiving their OTP via SMS even after re-sending a few times. 

I am using DocuSign eSignature on my university’s paid plan.I am trying to implement conditional routing.I create an envelope, set signing order, add first recipient that needs to sign documentWhen I am I proceed to “Add Routing Group” from under “Add Recipient” that dropdown option is not present. The only dropdown option under “Add Recipient” is “Add from Contacts”.What could be causing this? I am using default settings and the only thing I can think off is that my uni’s plan does not include routing groups.

My upload of docs to sign is repetative, is it possible to automate the creation of new envelopes as well? After each sending I have to click again for Create Envelope - New Envelope - Send Envelope i.o. opening automatically to Send a New Envelope. 

Is there a docusign “bank” of commonly used templates?  I am looking for payroll forms.  Specifically I-9 and NYS tax form & Federal tax form.  No need to recreate the wheel if they are readily available. Thank you

I have one template document that 20 different people signed separately, is there a way to get all the signatures onto one document? This is not a contract, just a basic petition letter.   

We have someone who inserted a selfie picture of themselves as the signature.  Is that accepted??

I have an envelope with multiple recipients set in a power automate flow. It all works sending it out and getting it signed. Since we have 5 people we need to sign the doc one after the other, I would like to be able to see progress as people sign it. So when the first person signs, I will update a sharepoint list that they have, then the next, then the next etc. I have tried a flow which is triggered by all the different docusign status changes: completed, sent, resent, accept clicked etc. But it seems to only be triggered when the first one is sent out (or the last one if set to completed). I would like to be able to log when each person signs it. Is there any way of doing this?Thank you. 

Hi Team , In our model for one of the user GlobalSalesComp@cognizant.com was deleted and now we have added them again , the issue is that GlobalSalesComp@cognizant.com had created it’s own Workflows and Envelopes in DocuSign and also had a lot of “Sent Items” too. Now as we have added the user again , the user is not able to see it’s Sent Items + Workflows + Envelopes. We want to Retrieve the DocuSign data for the user so can you please provide some assistance here. If user ID deleted from Anaplan users tab will it delete the sent items of that user from Docusign? Is there any possibility to retrieve the items? ThanksJerin

Is there a way to have an "open" document or folder in Docusign where documents can live until they are completely signed and initialed? I want to sign a document showing I read a “set of rules” then have the ability to go back to that document and initial for reading another rule that was added to the set after I had originally signed. 

 I'm encountering a problem similar to yours. Everything was functioning smoothly in my workflow until a few days ago. I conducted numerous tests without any complications. However, starting from yesterday, my workflow has been executing multiple times for the same envelope, particularly when it's marked as completed. This results in DocuSign generating multiple "configurationID" instances, eventually causing the "MAX_CONNECT_CUSTOM_CONFIGURATION_EXCEEDED" error to occur.

We have departments that use “generic” user accounts so that all sent envelopes are contained in one account and we use a powerform so that the “sender” is consistent.  When we turn on MFA, how can multiple users of the generic account set up a secondary authentication?  The only thing we have come up with so far is to be sure that our generic departments have an alias on the email that we are using for the DocuSign account.  Does anyone have a better way to resolve this?  Obviously they would not be able to use one specific email or phone number as different users have access to the generic account.The other thing is a suggestion to only use “shared with me” when trying to access items in that generic account.  I am not sure if they would lose any envelope functionality if they only use “shared with me” rather than logging into the generic account.  This needs to be reviewed.Thank you for any insight.Susan

Is it possible to create a DocuSign with not requiring a signature but just have the client confirm receipt that they received the document?

The 21 CFR Part 11 eSignature requires more space on a document to prevent text overlap with other document text and multiple signatures. Are there any specifications on the amount of space required (height and width) and how to align the placement of 21 CFR Part 11 signatures when sending an envelope? 

Hello, We use DocuSign eSignature and I would like to add a password to a template so senders don’t have the ability to edit the template but still send.There are instructions that state to use Advanced Options when editing the template under Password section.When I click on Advanced Options, there is no Password section for me to add a password to the template. I am the Admin and wanted to know is a setting or something I need to do to account settings to allow this functionality?Thank you. 

I attempted to sign the document using Docusign, but the signature process was not completed well.To provide detailed information about the situation, I have arranged screenshots as follows.I also asked the company's Service team, but I only received the following response.“Please be advised that as per Access team you have DocuSign access” Is there a solution to this problem?  I selected the signing reason and clicked ‘sign’ button click continue button A new popup appears and Input email address and passwordA new popup appears and then click close Despite clicking "close" at step 4, authentication is still in progress. I’ve created a web form with a signing order. When I initially made the template, there was an area that Signer #2 needed to be able to edit in case Signer #1 made a mistake. It looks like when Signer #2 made edits, it tried to push the DocuSign back to Signer #1 but there’s no way for them to go in and approve the changes. Am I trying to do something that’s not supported or is there a way to make that work?

Account no longer storing docs sent to me and will not allow me to sign my own created documents without using email link.
