Why is the stamp vanishing when we are trying to upload a 'scanned stamped' document into Docusign and how to solve this issue? The document gets uploaded but the stamp vanishes---please help resolve

As an Admin, Is there a way to at least see the header info, envelope ID, sender, recipient, etc. for envelopes sent to our domain? I've got users struggling with opening envelopes sent to them, but I can't see the details without screen sharing while the user logs into their account.

I have a document that the customer has already signed. The account name area of the document has the incorrect name. Please note it is not a signature line. Thanks 

How do i enable MitID (Danish eID) solution for my demo account so i can demonstrate this to a customer? There is only phone validation avaible in the settings when i try to add.

A document is sent for e-signature to a person, and when this person try to access the portal he gets the following message:“The information you are going to send is not safe Because this form is being sent through a non -safe connection, the information will be visible to other users.”So he cannot access the document and sign it? Hi everyone! We want to create templates but we don't have a administrator role. I believe we then can still create templates but we need to have specific permissions. Hello, when I sign a document myself or send out an envelope, whether my own nor the ID-card of other persons show up. What I need to see is the “DocuSigned by:”-Tag (ID-card) that normally shows up with every signature, but for some reason, it is not visible. The box in the settings to display my own ID-card is checked. Can somebody help me please? Thank you very much. Oskar

Dear all, I have 5 departments (5 different groups) managed under the same account. All the senders from the same group shared their envelopes between themselves. Is it possible for the Department Managers to have a view on all the envelopes sent from the same sender’s group instead of per sender ?Thank you olivier   

I am sending out contracts to clients, the contract follows the same format every single time but depending on the number of people participating in the contract varies on how many signatures I require. E.g 5 people using the service 5 signatures required / 6 people using the service 6 signatures required At the moment I am having to manually edit the document then upload it to docusign each time I have to add a new signature line depending on how many people I require to sign this. Is there an easier way of doing this? Can I set up some rules to help show or hide signature lines depending on how many people require to sign this doc? Thanks

When other assign the signature task to me, I could log-in link via the e-mail notification. However, when I log-in the Docusign web directly, I could not find it under my 'Action Required'.

My detail tab is not filtering all of the data into my documents for my whole office. How do I change this on the admin side?

Hi there, I am testing now for a client using a trail account an Oracle HCM (Journeys) - DocuSign Integration.Things should be pretty easy according to Oracle documentation Configure Electronic Signature Using DocuSign in Journeys (oracle.com) however I can’t male these 2 custom fields work.They say in the link above quoting ‘6. Enter the custom fields for Company and Title (mapped to Legal Employer and Assignment Name respectively in HCM) as ORA_LEGAL_ENTITY and ORA_JOB_TITLE respectively. Optionally, you can add a text box with custom text or checkbox and other standard fields that DocuSign offers in the document. However, note that there aren’t any delivered mapping to fields in HCM.’My questions are:given this is a standard integration should I expect to find in search these 2 custom fields ORA_LEGAL_ENTITY and ORA_JOB_TITLE when I search in the custom fields area? or should I create these 2 custom fields? if i am to create them is there a way I can make them to pull the details re

I transferred an envelope to myself from another user at their request and I can’t find it anywhere in my files. Could it be because it was an envelope that was in their “Action Required” folder? The plan was for me to take custody of it and complete it for them. 

HelloI have asked this question before & I was asked to send an attachment to show what I mean.I will attach the document but, my problem is when I send an envelope  to a customer they receive itwith red squares around all the information.I don't get the red square when I am building the envelope it is just my customers receiving it with red squares.Any idea how to fix this problem. Hello, what are my option to highlight that the envelope is a Rush? In the subject line or is there a function that I can click on that will show a Rush document for approval/signature? Thanks

I am new to docusign and want to make sure that the fields are showing up correctly when sending.  There are 5 receiving the document to sign and one of them has a text box added that is not required.  I do not see this text box when it is sent to me to me first to sign.  Would this be transparent and viewable only for the one signing this section?  

Hello,Envelope needs signature by outside vendor, internal departments, and finally signed by appropriate CP level.  Would both signatories and recipients who needed to approve along the way, receive a copy of the fully executed document or would it only be the sender, and outside and internal signatories? Also, re comments, I’d like to avoid internal comments, if any, to not go to the outside vendor when document is executed. What is the process to avoid that happening?Thanks

Hello Fellow Docusign Users Have a query and thought id try this platform for an answer.How do you correct an envelope, once it has been sent to the first person for signature?Ive tried selecting Correct and amending the name however this correction isnt reflected in the document as shown below.  Should read Nick Alygizakis.Can anyone offer any advice here? 

Hi everyoneI’m integrating the embedded signing and once I generate the URL by calling recipient view API and launch it on the browser I see the name that I set in my account on the header of the view which is below to “Please review & act on these documents” also I would like to know how to change the avatar photo that appears too. I tried to set up the branding configuration but I could update the company name and DocuSign logo only.I attached a screenshot hiding the Name that appears. Thanks in advance. 

I change the date time format to show the date and time. I no longer wish to display the time. I am unable to change the format back to just display the date.

When I sign a document using SharePoint online, it does not store the document as a new version of the selected document selected to sign. it used to work fine last week- It does not update the document in SharePoint online even it does not show the signature but when I download the document form the DocuSign account it does show the signature. 

 I have a document that has is to have 3 people sign it. Two have signed it but the third person is out of the country. How long the document stay active and the third person can sign the documents? Thank you.
