cannot receive sms message to sign

I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand the importance of completing the authentication process to sign an envelope. I understand that you are not receiving your SMS for the authentication process.

 

There were two outages on 02/27/2024 related to Authentication and account access  (IM-39536) and (IM-39537), are you still experiencing the same issue?
